While driving from Albuquerque to Orlando, my Ford 4.6 shot a spark plug out of the cylinder head while passing through Wichita Falls at 4:30PM on a Friday. I first took it to a Firestone who recommended Jim (the II I believe). I left my car with him, expecting that I was going to be in town until at least Sunday. I got a call on Saturday morning that he installed the helicoil into the night before, and I was back on the road by 11:30. I completed the remaining 1200 miles of my road trip without incident. Jim/James went wayyy beyond my expectations, and I am immensely thankful that he took the initiative to help me out. If I was in Wichita Falls, taking my car to him would be an easy choice.

Very nice and helpful. Car started making noise on my way to Dallas. Stopped at a couple of places who said they didnt have time to look at it since it was closing time. He took the time to listen to it and explain what was wrong, the cost and how soon it needed to be fixed. Got it fixed the next day in Dallas, but I would definitely have let them do it if I planned to stay in Wichita Falls.
