I was traveling from Houston to Vernon, Texas. My air conditioning stopped working and I called several places in Wichita Falls where they didnt have time do the repairs. I spoke with Matt even though it was near the end of the day and he told me to come in. Matt and his staff repaired the air conditioner, cleaned the cabin filter and showed me all of the repairs. I thought the cost was very reasonable. If Matts business were in Houston I would use them exclusively. I cant thank him and his staff enough for staying after hours to help me.

Took our 2019 Acura MDX in with dashboard warning messages after an Acura dealer had done recall work & did not reassemble correctly. Instead of going back to DFW for an Acura dealer, we took it to Falls Town. They diagnosed the problem, corrected the dealer’s mistake, & cleared all of the warning lights. All for a very reasonable price, even knowing the dealer was going to reimburse us for the cost of the work.

I was visiting in Wichita Falls and the alternator on my truck quit on me. I needed to be back in the Dallas area the next day and this business got me in quickly, replaced my alternator and had me back on the road the same day. I can’t thank them enough for their quick service. In addition the charge for their services was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Falls Town Auto to anyone in need of vehicle repair.

I drove in from Dallas on Saturday and realized I was getting a severe shake when I hit 65 or above, but couldnt locate where it was coming from. On Monday morning I called them that I wanted them to look over my tie rods, tires, and ball joints, because even though i know how to look for this stuff, I wasnt confident that I could properly diagnose it on a jack, and I wanted a professional opinion. I needed to get an oil change anyway since I didnt have the equipment at the house. They told me to come in after 1:30. When I got there, a gentleman walked up with paperwork and I handed over my keys. After a test drive he put it on the rack and was able to confirm that my problem was a combination of my old worn back tires and that my front tires were super out of balance. They balanced the 2 good ones, rotated them, and put the brand new tires on the front. They made do with the way a former mechanic rigged my oil pan as well, even added a seal around the bolt. So, my oil change actually got done. All of that was just over 350 after taxes. They put me at the front of the line because they knew my wife and i needed to get home to Dallas for work and I got my car back by 5. It ran smoother immediately and I didnt feel a single shake the whole way home. Super great work for a decent price. Most would have tried to take advantage my being a young woman and tell me I needed more, but these guys were honest and good at their jobs. Thank for getting us home safe, fellas!

Any time I have had a problem with my car I bring it here. Why? They are honest and charge you what the job actually cost. Anything that theyve fixed on my car has stayed fixed. I remember one time they even came and fixed my car at my kids school cause it broke down. Some hose with coolant in it had bust. They go above and beyond and I will always be a customer!

I dont usually review, but I couldnt be happier with their service so I decided to. Visiting from 1,500 miles away and needed new ball joints. Very professional from first call to final service, quick work, honest communication about whats wrong and what needs fixed. Went out of their way to help figure out and fix a separate issue. If I lived here theyd be my go to shop.

They are great! Personal attention and quick service. Most repairs are done in 1 day. They keep in touch during the day to let you know if theyve found an unexpected problem and keep you updated to any delays that will keep your car in the shop longer. If a part needs to be ordered they let you know how long a delay will be and whether or not you can drive your car while waiting.

After another mechanic overfilled my oil, by THREE quarts, Randy and Co. went in an replaced the camshaft, lifters head gaskets, etc. Pretty much everything except the pistons and block, as my truck was ruined and making bad lifter noises after my other debacle. Took my car in on a Monday morning for a belt noise and a check engine light. They called me back after lunch, with a diagnosis. I approved the repair and the vehicle was ready for pickup within 48 hours. Drives perfect! Will definitely use them for future needs!!!!

Less than a year ago they replaced my starter and it recently broke again. They replaced my second starter for free. Then I had problems with the battery so I came again, to which they fixed my problem free of charge. The mechanics were kind, patient, and understanding and had my troubles fixed in less than an hour. Really great people here.

Was definitely skeptical about a place with nothing but 5 stars but I can see why. Ive had a history of running into places that intentionally break items for return customers, or places that will try to up sale items that you dont need but this shop just seems to be honest straight shooters.First off, I came in for a full look over before a long road trip and to fix a clicking with my AC. Up front they said theyd see if they even need to pop anything open for the AC before bothering to charge anything. I found out that they didnt charge for the inspection which was great, and they agreed with me that I probably had something jammed in my AC causing the clicking. They gave me a very fair price and offered to take care of it on the spot. Though they took a little longer than what they said, the same price they quoted me was what I checked out with. If it was any other spot, Id be charged for extra man hours regardless of what I was quoted! They even shared with me exactly what was going on.I also told them to not bother with the tires since I was going to get new ones soon. I already knew they needed air, but regardless, they still took care of that and filled it to the exact same point I would if I were taking care of it.Another nice detail is that their waiting room was not only nice with refreshments, but it had large windows facing their work area. This made it super easy to watch what they were doing the whole time.Overall, I had a great experience. Between the quick service, lack of BS/up selling, extra bits of effort, and an honest setup, I would definitely trust them for future maintenance.

I was just in town for the week for training and my check engine light came on a few hours into my drive. I brought it in on a very short timeline as I was supposed to be heading back the next day. They were quickly able to diagnose it as an engine misfire shortly after arrival. They had it fixed by the next morning and for cheaper than anything I was reading online! I cant recommend this place enough! Honest, affordable, and quick. Id give 6-stars if I could.
