My daughter had a nail in her tyre and they ended up they saw the new set of tires for the back and they were wonderful day and stay the night our past when they close to fix that for us and then when was right about to leave I thought I had a leak of air in the front tire and they even checked out for me so I really really recommend

IF I COULD RATE LESS I WOULD, I recently had a tire that was losing air periodically so I took my vehicle up to Discount Tire in Wichita Falls to be looked at, upon arrival the crew seemed very nice. They inspected the tire and told me that It had a nail in it and was not able to be repaired due to the nail being on the wall of the tire instead it would have to be replaced. I wasnt able to buy the tire then and there due to funds and timing I live an hour away from Wichita. I left and took the car to a local tire shop to have the tire replaced, from Discount Tire recommendations. Turns out my tire was totally repairable, no need to be replaced, so the difference is Discount Tire in Wichita Falls saw a single women who they thought they could take advantage of and my local tire shop saw a customer in need of help.

Great service, very helpful and friendly. The place is so good that the only problem youll have will be the wait time but thats because it is constantly busy. Ive never gone up there and there was a bay free in the several times Ive done business there so if you dont mind the wait, its worth it.

This place is ridiculous! Ridiculously awesome. While the staff is very busy, the person I talked to on the phone was very courteous, answered all my questions, didnt feel rushed at all. I even changed mind and swapped out tires no issues. I received calls to confirm appointment and tire arrival. They were able to program and even installed TPMS sensors that I bought elsewhere, didnt even give me any issues about it or force me to buy theirs only. I showed up actually a day earlier than my appointment due to work. They had me in as walk-in, serviced, and driving in about 20 minutes. I have had oil changes that lasted 2-3x this time! I watched them work and it was like a well oiled pit crew working on my car, was amazing to watch.P.S. I forgot to add, with the rebates and low install fee, it is hard to beat their pricing as well.

Knowledgeable and good prices. Not totally sure how the appointment thing actually saves you time. Made an appointment there today after the service person stated they could get me out in time for another appointment elsewhere an hour later. Arrived 15 minutes early to check in. When I checked in, I passed along the same info, and was told should be no problem. As it got close to the point of having to abandon the appointment for another day (as I had already paid for the tires), I told the service counter I had to go since they didnt keep the appointment time and I didnt want to be late. They rushed my car in (25 minutes past the original appointment time) and actually got me out so I wasnt late. Thanks for getting it done, but could have lived without the drama and hassle.

They were fast putting our new tires on, and have always had great service until today. Called them at 5:50 because one of our brand new tires blew out on our way back home 40 min away, we were just on our way out of town- they said they only stay until 6:15 at the latest. We scrambled to get a tow truck as fast as possible and were able to get there by 6:30. There were about 6 guys there including a manager that literally ran inside so we couldn’t get their attention as soon as they saw us pull up and then they all walked out staring at their phones knowing full well we had called and needed help about 10 min later. Having transportation is a necessity- I’ve worked in eye care and have had to stay after we were closed so many times to help patients with medical and optical necessities. But I guess not everyone thinks the same way 🤷🏽‍♀️ I now know they don’t care, I would go to a smaller local shop who will lend a hand when you need it.

I do not typically post reviews however I would be remiss if I didn’t comment on the exceptional service my wife and I received from the discount tire in Wichita Falls.While traveling, we had a tire blow out on our 40+ ft fifth wheel. The team at discount tire went above and beyond to help turn a very stressful event and put us back on the road again. A special thanks to Chris for ordering the large tires we needed (with delivery the next day) and his follow up, Jeremy for providing status updates (and talking my wife off the ledge) as we spent the day waiting and Jose for his professional installation in the 100 degree parking lot.There are a number of comments regarding long wait times. We spent an entire day observing the number of vehicles getting new tires and air checks on many many vehicles. These guys work nonstop providing service. If you have to wait a minute, it is because they are servicing the vehicle in front of you with care and will provide the same service and care to your vehicle.

I’m very satisfied with cares, I had tired that need to be replaced and all other tires were flat but Jeremy got everything taking care and even putting the air on my tires. I would recommend 100% I will be back for sure.

This place is a very well organized and well-run organization. I found the shop to be extremely clean and the employees to be extremely friendly. I went in there to get tires for my pickup and told them that I told a very heavy RV. The associate was very friendly and very knowledgeable about tires and guided me onto a good set of tires that were made for the purpose did I need. I was in and out in less than an hour

Even though they were slammed and couldnt get to me until 15 minutes after my appointment, they were nice! And they expedited the tire replacement and I was out in 30 minutes after being seen. Thanks!

I just bought 4 new Continental Control Contact Sport SRS Tires. I researched an abundance of tires and settled on this one. When I called I asked Lucas what he thought would be the best for my Roush Mustang? He said the same thing I was thinking in my head. Continental Sport SRS. We laughed about it...and then went into specifics about the properties of this tire. I have not had them long enough to review them yet. I would just like to thank Lucas, Cooper, and Joseph who displayed professionalism and courtesy to me on my 1st visit to Discount Tire in Wichita Falls. So far so good with the ride and handling of the vehicle. I will be back for service in the future.

Our tires had to be ordered, and came in earlier than expected. These guys were amazing. The entire staff were genuinely friendly, had great personalities and extremely fast. And quite frankly the prices were lower than larger chain stores. Add the superb customer service with great prices. 5 stars!

They were really busy, however, I did not have to wait long to get my tires checked and inflated. I had a couple of questions and the tech was very helpful. I have always been pleased with Discount tire.

Discount Tire is a great place to buy Tires. they have treated me great over the years, for well over 20 years. This place and manager was great in helping me out with a issue.

I went to get my tires filled with proper air levels. Waited approximately 30 minutes. Small moving truck before me. I appreciate the fact that they dont charge to check/fill your tires. Need tires but they are to costly when you add taxes, old tires disposal, etc. additionally charges, I am on fixed income and a senior. But no better place to get your tire air checked/filled.

Excellent service. All staff were friendly, and was able to select tires, get them on, and out within 45 minutes on a busy day. I would highly recommend at least checking them out if you are unsure where you want to get your work done.

We had a flat on our way home from Santa Fe to Houston and had to spend the night in Wichita Falls so we could get to Discount Tires first thing Monday morning. They were brilliant! We got there when they opened and they got us a new tire and sorted quickly and efficiently and even washed our dealership spare tire before putting back in the trunk. Purchased 4 new Michelin tires which are great and am very happy with. However I was told all my lugnuts were bad and they could sell me new ones. I recently had absolutely no trouble removing and installing a wheel with the correct socket. You would think a tire shop would have the correct tools to change tires on a 2009 Ford Expedition. However they managed to damage most of the lugnut chrome covers and even cut one in half. Am very disappointed with the shady business practice of trying to eek out another 50 bucks. I guess I shouldnt be suprised since they pulled the same sham with another customer while I was in there.

Very efficient and thorough. After inspecting my tire they figured out it was a small rock lodged next to my valve stem. Inspected the other tires and made sure they were alright. They didnt charge me. It was a great surprise.

I have been a long time customer and have bought a lot tires from them throughout the years. I generally always get great service. But if or when I do have an issue they have always done their best to make it right.The other day my wife went in to have the tires on her car balanced and rotated but was told two of tires were too worn and needed to be replaced. They gave her a quote and she called me to see what I thought. I felt the quote was to high knowing the tires she had should still be well within the tire manufacture warranty resulting in her getting some prorating toward the new ones.So I gave them a call and spoke with Jake and I explained the situation to him. He agreed and asked if she could bring the car back and let him see what he could do. Sure enough he made out a new quote including the prorating due us towards the new tires saving us money.They order us the new tires, called us a couple days later to let us they had arrived. I took the car in the next day. They installed the new tires and rotated and balanced the other two very quickly and professionally (in and out in probably 30 minutes).Jake, Thank you for taking care of our issue and for the great team y’all have that did that did the service work.

Two visits here, 1st was an appointment. When I arrived, they claimed I had no appointment, even after showing them the time I called and the person I spoke with. The 2nd time, I called beforehand to make an appointment and was told that due to the bad weather, there were almost no customers and an appointment wasnt needed. Upon arriving I was told it would be a one hour wait for tire rotation. After two hours I received my vehicle with the suggestion that next time I should make an appointment, as it would mean quicker service. You cant make this stuff up.

Im welcomed at all locations nationwide. They take great care of the customers and youre on their network wherever you are.

Had an appointment to get a full set of tires on my car dropped my car off on time and when I arrived 2 hours later they had not even started! I understand they were busy but they treated my appointment like a walk in. Very disappointed. But the tires were good and on quickly once I said I would be waiting for them there.

Need a second store, for a city this size very slow and they tend to forget the small things that keep customers coming back, i ordered 2000 dollars worth of tires and wheels they promised a phone call as soon as they came in ( did not happen ) scheduled an appointment said they would call when done (did not happen) they knew I was on very tight schedule, I was to leave town and headed for Georgia as soon as they were done needless to say I was very late leaving town.The small things count as well.

They have a lane especially for people who just need air in tires. I was liking 3 or 4 16ths short on tread of being able to fix my tire if it was leaking said I would have to get new tires was their policy just a way to try and make money off of people.... I found a used tire shop down the road and it was a bent needle in the valve stem and that guy fixed for free said my tires wasnt really bad.
