I have tried several times to contact there office about leasing an apartment and no answer at all. I finally gave up and ended up getting a 2 bdrm at Raintree. Also Indian Falls next door are very friendly and helpful they would’ve for sure been my 2nd choice. Anyways do not waste your time with these people they simply do not care and just imagine how they will act once you get a 12 month lease with them… do not recommend, try the apartments next door to them!

I have been trying for 2 weeks to reach someone in the office. Calls, trips to the complex, and emails. No response. Not sure I want to continue trying to live here if you cant reach anyone!!!!!

I will be suing this property soon and Donna for my pain and suffering of her lies and playing get back games.. Everything about this place an its inconvience. Glad I have proof and some people on my side..Good Luck!! Star rating is a 0 not a 1

I really wonder if this apartment is real. I have called them more than 20 times and nobody is picking up the calls or returning my calls .I have been to the apartment office more than 10 times and nobody was in the apartment office . If there is zero rating,that is what their Barnett apartment should get. I also feel they need to remove the leasing signage in front of the apartment since they are not ready for business

Nice new apartments close enough to the highway to make it faster to get around but far enough away to not hear it.

The manager was very helpful. She explained the policies and the details.

Called to receive information on possibly renting an apartment there and after multiple failed attempts at reaching someone and calling corporate I finally received a call back. The woman working the office is extremely rude and seemed irritated that she had to do her job. I thought maybe it was just me, until she called my grandmother back as well and was also rude to her. Also who charges more than several other apartment complexes in the area and calls themselves low income? Needless to say, I will not be looking in to them again.
