Nice cozy apartments. Units are usually available. Maintenance is wonderful, always there whenever needed. The girls in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable! Great with the tenants. A great place to live.

Living here for almost 2 years and if you are considering moving here DON’T DO IT!!! During the snow storm the apartment below me flooded never mind the lady that had a roach infestation prior to my new neighbors moving in and barely any clean up upon them moving in... now I’m faced with constantly opening the door for maintenance blaming me for their pipes they NEVER truly fixed... The apartment manager Carolina is very rude and demands you to stop LIFE so that they may enter your apartment for their mistakes and blame you for them as well... one of the maintenance guys came over after stating last month that he didn’t speak English SPOKE TO ME IN ENGLISH AND TOLD ME HE DIDN’T CARE ABOUT MY GRIEVANCE... I recorded his actions and he also dumped waste for the vacuum he had into my tub and lied about it when confronted by management... I also recorded his actions when asked if he was done in my apartments... Carolina then informed me that my lease won’t be renewed because I recorded his actions... and that in MY HOME I had NO BUSINESS RECORDING MY SAFETY BECAUSE HE IS SAFE TO HER! I’m currently filing a complaint for discrimination because she mentioned my Autistic sons as the problem as well... don’t move here!!! I am not the only one with issues concerning this place it’s a nightmare!!!

Only lived in these apartments for a year and the few months was ok, my big issue was that their maintenance crew always seemed like they were always wanting to be in your apartment for so called maintenance like every 2 weeks and then for something else within another 2 weeks, and they never really did anything but look around the apartment; then they change blinds every so often that made you have to pay them to replace it or you had to go and spend money to replace them, either way the maintenance crew was going to do whatever they wanted to do and then come right on in without you opening the door up for them which means they would be in your apartment if you were not home without consent, then they leave trash around and blame their tenants on it. dont recommend this place at all

Dont move into these apartments management not good at all drugs there when theres a problem management dont take care of it cockroaches very bad they take their sweet time to spray

No crime but theyre is roaches and if you have upstairs neighbors they are loud. And half of the laundry rooms dont even work and its basically Russian roulette if you get a working machine so dont risk it. The bus is right In front of the apartments which is a plus and the maintenance is quick.

Ive lived here for about a year with my 2 kids. So far i have nothing to complain about. The staff here is friendly anytime i have a question i just call the office or swing by and get the help i need. I did have some trouble with the ac during the summer and was fixed that same day. I feel very safe here with my kids as well.

They need to get it together this is sad when grown workers pick and blame stuff on kids plus its bad when u been trying to get gnats out of ur house for a long time and what they do. Nothing smh ready to move out

Don’t expect the office workers to ever be in the office at posted times, they don’t even bother to show up for posts hours Saturday and leave early the rest of the week. Act like they could care less when an isssue arises, the apartments are nice on the inside themselves but this staff has got to go.

That so called lady in the office needs to be fired . I and my roommate had to send her out bank statements 3 times and she still couldn’t figure it out. My room mate and I filled out an application and was approved 3 weeks ago .Today she calls and want us to fill out a 29 page applications because she apparently sent the wrong one .Plus send the same damn bank statements. Why ???? We filled one out and was approved and ready to move in, in 16 days. She screws up and now I need to find a new apartment in two weeks or become homeless. By the time I printed up my application because they had to have two separate ones I ran out of ink . She suggest I find a place to print it off and get it to them, I’m 262 miles away, outta ink and outta of money to have someone print it up and over night it .I’m not filling out the same stuff because she couldn’t figure out her job to send us a new one weeks ago when we applied .Looking for a new place, now .Her boss must be just as bad, she needs some schooling on being polite on the phone. If you’re that miserable, find a new job.

They let you make it like home and they are warm and friendly my friends say they love the way it looks now they love coming over and spending time with me here at Indian falls i really love my home here at Indian falls its a great place to live.

I have lived in this property for 2 years now, and I totally love the place. Office staff really professionals same as maintainance crew. When ever there is a problem in my place I calle them and they are promp to solve it! Swimming pool always clean, it is always nice to relax with a little swim or take the kids out swimming on a hot day 😄. Will renew my contract again...Nice place to call home!

Love living here ..if a problem occurs they are right there to fix it . Would also like to add that the lady working in the office has never been anything but nice to me . The whole staff is friendly and professional .

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Ive lived here almost 2 years, and since its been under new management, theyve been awful. Very rude, the lady in the office is very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I wouldnt recommend these to anyone. They are falling apart and extremely outdated. The updates they make when people move out, are so half ass and cheap, it falls apart within months. They painted the lines in the parking lot and got yellow paint on everyones cars because they never asked anyone to move. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Youll be throwing your money away.

What a bad service the truth is, the lady who answered the phone in the office must be fired.

Very poor management, never cashed checks on time then said you were late paying (even though on the check it had a date) after you move an make sure everything is clean they say you owe more money ! Its all a scam dont make a mistake an move in .
