My girlfriend has been trying for weeks to get in contact with the property manager, Tracy, in order to find out the details of her supposed contract and apartment shes put down for. Now, two days before shes supposed to move in, she has yet to sign anything or know where shes going to live. I have also tried to get ahold of Tracy, but there is only ever a receptionist to take calls that are NEVER returned. Congratulations, youve made her cry all weekend while Im helped her pack, just because you cant do half your job. You even told her you were hired because you were more responsive than your predecessor. Its unprofessional and unethical.
