Management is rarely ever in office. Anytime you report and issue or have a concern, they act like you are inconveniencing them. Maintenance is garbage. They never do things in a timely manner. Having a/c is apparently a luxury. The pool has been covered all year. The pool cover sags so rain water has collected so much on it, causing the mosquitoes to have breeding parties. A resident shouldn’t have to wear long sleeves or mosquito spray just to take their animal out or take a stroll by the pool area. The new washer and dryers constantly have problems that don’t get resolved. I have been here well over a year and it hasn’t gotten better. There was a massive tree branch in one of the grassy walking areas for 2 months that collected loose trash blown in. You expect to have working facilities, amenities and decent living conditions when you pay rent. So if you’re looking for those things, don’t rent here.

Very quiet complex, neighbors were nice but management was never there. They were always at the Townhomes and hardly ever answered the phones. Overpaying entirely too much for such a small apartment. Then they give you a list to clean by, and still charge you after you follow and complete said cleaning list. Just a money hungry complex.
