I loved everything about these apartments. The manager was amazing and attentive. The maintenance was amazing as well. It’s in the perfect location, located on the same street as MSU and just minutes away from Vernon junior college. The landscaping of the apartment complex is beautiful and well taken care of.

Outside lacks quite a bit, it’s an obviously older complex. But the inside is very spacious and it’s a good complex for the fairly low rent. You get what you get. Management has been hard to ever find in the office, when you needed them (not sure about now, I haven’t needed them.) If you choose an upstairs apartment, the floors do creak, but it’s not loud enough to be a nuisance and it’s very easy to overlook. I’ve been here since November 2018, maintenance comes when needed. AC isn’t that great in the summer due to window drafts coming through. And heater isn’t that great, for the same reason. The pool wasn’t opened til the end of summer last year, but we have hope it won’t be like that this year. Everyone stays to themselves here, but when nearby I’ve never encountered someone who’s rude. Best part of this complex is, having the weeks park trail next door, if you like to ride bikes or go on runs, jogs, or walks. No one sits outside unless it’s to smoke so it’s really a quiet community. Residents range from college students to grandparents. College students have never caused a ruckus.

Not the place to be if you like peace and quiet. The walls seems like they are paper thin. You can hear everything going on in the apartments beside/above/below you. People are outside loud seems like all night. I’ve lived in different apartment complexes in town and this one is definitely the worst just because it’s so noisy. My 1 year old can sleep through a lot of noise but we still have problems with neighbors waking her up at 1 am when they are outside yelling.

Its falling apart has rats the front door wont close the laundry facilities have two washers full of water for two months now and one has something stuck in it and the walls are so thin you can hear people talking upstairs. What a dump not to mention the fight the tenants get into cops there all the time. The super or the leasing agent is so in competent obviously or it would be a better property yuck

I just moved into The Edge, from the moment I walked into the office I felt almost like family the staff was sweet and honest. Everyone seems to know everyone. I had a problem with my blinds when I moved in the day after I showed my concern they came to correct it. I can ask what the neighbors around me are like and it amazes me that Donna seem to have some kind of summary like she takes the time to know her tenants. I couldnt ask for a better experience for my first apartment!

Beautiful on the outside, spacious on the inside. Beware of roach infestations that apartment office drags their feet for months in treating. And they fly. Whats worse than flying roaches? When they climb in your bag and hitch a ride into your car. Thats how bad the infestations are.
