I get it’s saturday, busy day, but is it worth rushing through services? My cousin and I weren’t even here for an hour and they got done with our toes quick. They cut us multiple times, one of the ladies that was working on my cousins toes was rushing through her like she needed to be somewhere else not putting any effort into our service at all. Not to mention they forgot about my manicure. I’ve been treated better at other salons.

I felt like I was treated very nicely and I got what I wanted as well, prices are fairly! Didnt spend too much waiting to be called maximum time they took to get what I wanted was about an hour!

First time going in and I left with $140 less than I came in, but that’s ok because I was super content with my nails, the cute little butterfly decals and the pedicure I received. I think there was a piece of plastic that was supposed to be removed before apply top coat and because that wasn’t the case two days later that plastic lifted and literally left me with no butterfly also the small studs on my other hand are all gone. I feel conflicted because I left in love with my nails, but for them to last literally two days... kind of devastating.

I stopped by this salon seeing the pictures i saw through google and comparing it to the ratings i wasnt sure what to expect.the guy did a good job on my nails dont get me wrong BUT they sure as heck dont follow safety guidelines. he didnt have me rinse my hands, he was using random tools to create the design on my nails his station was so dirty and to top it off i paid $70 for a pretty basic french tip design w 1 simple flower on 2 fingers total. i guess bc the gel but i dont believe it should go from $35 starting price to double that. luckily they didnt come out too bad or id be pretty upset. they have quite a few customers so idk what they think of all these things

Jenny and Sam was the best EVERRRRRR Iv never had a mani and pedi done so perfect. The time they put into their craft. But fast at the same time. I found the perfect nail spa. I’ll take the 30 min drive.

I would give this place zero stars if I could my wife came to this place and they hurt her hands horribly.I know we all have bad days and we are humans but it’s not okay to take your anger out on the customers hands.

Was recommended this place had an appointment at 12. Walked in at 11:55 and was not greeted. Waited till 12:10 and finally I asked the lady looked at me like I was stupid walked out! Never using the service!

I just moved to Whittier needed a nail spot closer to home! Should have never done that! Came back to my original nail lady and she took off the nails fungus on all my nails very disappointed I paid 65 for this! I’m calling a health inspector on them!!!!

Annie did an amazing job! She’s very attentive and took her time & made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They weren’t pushy to try and get me to add more either. Very clean salon & everyones very friendly. Plus she has a Scentsy warmer in there & it smells amazing. Very happy with my service & will definitely go back.

This was terrible, they overcharged a fee they dont tell you about, we had a gift certificate and they took it and then after we got our stuff done they said it wasnt valid and made us pay 70 DOLLARS and they cut us of skin out of my moms pinky toe NEVER COME HERE

The BEST eyebrow waxing spot in Seattle! I went to at least a half dozen places before coming to Annies. I wont go anywhere else as long as Im living in Seattle. Thank You for Always making me feel Beautiful!

I went to Annie Nails & Spa for the first time and had a great experience. There was no wait and I was taken care of right away. The nail tech was very attentive and made sure I got the color and shape I wanted. My nails came out great! I will definitely be back.

They overbook appointments, twice they have asked me to come back and I had called for an appointment. I only come for one lady and she takes about an hour and half on your pedicure but they book her like every hour. I’m done, I’ll drive to my old girl.

Annie did my nails so beautifully and painless that she is my new nail lady now! Its been about a week and my nails are still looking perfect! She really knows what shes doing and she is up to date with todays gorgeous nail trends! AND her prices are affordable!

My pedicure was awesome, full set ok but they ruined my eyebrows and said it’s ok just fill it in, I don’t do make up like that I don’t fill in my eyebrows! First and last time coming here for my eyebrows

I had to change my review. I have been coming to this location since it opened. Slowly things changed. I felt rushed every time I came in. My nails started chipping and breaking when they never had in the past. I found out that the salon had changed ownership which answers why there was such a change. I’m on the hunt for a new nail salon now.

Ask the communityHow the heck do i try and get pampered at this place for the lady that is working on my full set shes falling a sleep and yet doesnt clean or take dead skin off, but everyone comments nothing but good things. Owner has mayor attitude n offered to fix it but it was too late...will not be coming back 👎experience but i will go to diamonds nail place in Norwalk ...the do pedicure on point but thats it

This place was nice and clean but I hate when two people work on me at the same time I always get hurt and low and behold I did the machine cut me twice I wasnent even moving, she argued with me on how I WANTED my nails -.- I need them a certain way for work and ontop of that they didnt even last a week but I dont have my receipt so I cant go back and get them fixed, I got the deluxe spa jelly pedicure and for the massage I dont thing using your hands to beat at my calfs is considerd a massge. Never coming here again, sorry but not sorry.

Annie no longer works there..... go to nail lounge across the street if you want Annie to do your nails ... this place is not the same without Annie

Super rude owner. It was my first time there and I had an appointment with the owner she made me wait an hour she was like mad and annoyed cut me twice from how hard she was filing my nails. I kept asking her about the services they had and she kept ignoring me. Never again

They do a good job but I do not like that every time I go they assist me but if someone else needs something they stop what they are doing and help someone else and or answer the phone and I have to wait longer it happens multiple times
