Over all the salon itself is beautiful and the customer service was awesome, but my nail tech could not deliver what I asked for or keep the shape of my nails. I opted for the next best nail color/style and it didnt even last a week. The gel started chipping off 5 days after I got them done and that has never happened to me. My experience was great but my nail tech wasnt the best match for what I was looking for.

This nail salon provides thee upmost best customer service! From the minute you walk in, to your service being provided, and completed service-Payment. Everyone is very welcoming and always making sure the customer is happy with the service being provided. I highly recommend this place if you want a little extra pampering.

Sweet workers but they have no clue what they are doing. The pricing is itemized so you dont really know how much anything really cost till the end. The workers have to call their boss on the cell phone every 5 minutes to ask about pricing because all the customers are confused. If youre going to hire people with limited experience then be there to train and dont charge people $45 for a gel manicure that they had to redo twice.

One of the WORST pedicures Ive ever had. Very polite but didnt have a clue of what to do.Price was the same as other places, but wasnt worth it, not even close. No hot towels, no foot & calf massage, no lotion . I told her I was getting ingrown toenails on big toe on both feet, she didnt know what to do & just used cuticle trimmers on the cuticle around nails. I now know why nobody was there. So far since moving to Whittier a mo. ago, Ive tried 2 nail shops, & Im not impressed with either one ! Guess Ill have to go back to Fullerton to get the services I need.

Went in without an appointment, I was worked in an received a satisfactory mani/pedi. Three days later I went in for polish change and gel. Everything was again satisfactory. Hard to communicate, only one person there spoke English but their work was good.

I went in for the $9.99 gel polishspecial advertised on the window everyone was very nice at first, (NO ONE UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH) I wenton a Monday and was back toget it retouched on tuesday, then wednesday another 2 nails chippedSo I went back all week, waste ofmy time... Then they finally got it right by layering it more than a couple times, by this time I was treated like Im doing them wrong, before all of this there was a beautiful little girl, innocently she offered us a drink and I was surprised to be offered a drink from their menu considering that I was a $10 customer,Well me and my daughter chose our drinks, they were brought to us, but once the owner that was doing my nails found out I didnt want a full manicure, and that all I had gone in for was the special, she wanted to charge me for the removal of my old gel an extra $5 and as Im sitting there she treated me like she didnt want to do my nails, but get this at the end when I was gonna pay for my nails, the drink that was given to me was taken away, she stood in front of the drink and argued about how Im supposed to pay more for what I got! all I got was a gel polish advertised for $9.99!!! Mistreated and a WASTE OF MY TIME!I RECOMMEND GO ELSEWHERETHEYLL TICKLE YOU FOR MORE MONEY!LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICE, NO WONDER ITS ALWAYS EMPTY.
