Amazing n friendly service very happy with my manicure n pedicure.

Very overpriced. I asked for a full set and they started doing a regular manicure. She charged me before hand so when I caught on to the fact that she wasn’t doing a full set she told me I would have to pay another $45 on top of the $85 I had already paid.

It was a little chaotic, i had an appointment but still waited. The girl that did my nails, did an excellent job, however I feel they were $$$ pricey $$$. Tooooo pricey

At first they said it was 20 minutes wait, I got up and said Ill be back later, right away there was someone free, besides that they have good service.

Was my first time going there...i was very dissatisfied...on how they removed the gel polish from my fingers 💅 nails...they used a electric nail sander...to take the gel polish off. Which caused my nail to thin out and which damaged my natural nails... they should have use that acetone tin foil wrap and scraped off the gel polish

Yesterday the lady suddenly stopped working on my pedicure without excusing herself to take care of business in the front and didnt apologize for staying away for so long. Their equipment is not sanitized, the wait is long because theyre short of workers. No professalism whatsoever, dont waste your time or money, go somewhere else.

This place needs a service menu, they all charge different prices for manicure, pedicure & acrylics. I went today for the very first time & their pedicures suck, their massage machine doesnt work, Ive never once seen them sanitize their hands or sanitize their equipment. Go to a real spa nail salon trust me you will get more pampering for your hard earned working money. This place is just for emergency need.

Ever since this place had new owners. I really love it here ...Tammy takes her time on my feet. Very relaxing. Comfortable. Massage spa chairs are the best! ..They offer you water as soon as you sit down. Relaxing. I feel welcomed here and i will be coming back ...😊

I Stop by today did not need an appointment my nail place that I used to go to close down so I was looking for something close to my house I was happy with the service and Vanessa was the one that get my pedicure very sweet lady and great job on my nails will be going there for now on

I got toenail fungus from this salon they don’t have disinfectant tools it’s cost me $1000 Be carefull

The lady who worked there was very rude. The attitude in her voice was so unbelievable. I left right away. Some of the other workers had to apologize for her.

I love natalie nails in Whittier Jenny is great I have been going to her for awhile now even before they changed names. I get my daughters nails done also and I am very picky on the way they get done.Very happy with Jenny.

Came here for the first time in so many years. Very happy with my service and the lady I cant remember her name just her nickname Hollywood was very nice. She worked with me and listened to what I wanted. I didnt want my nails too long and ambre look plus a little design for the holidays. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you so much. The only thing is that I was hoping she would clean and shape nails before doing the full set.

Their customer service is good, their work quality is HORRIBLE. I got lashes doesn yesterday less than 24 hrs they ALL fell off, I told her I had makeup mascara and eye liner, asked should I take it off she said no that she would.....at NO point did she cleaned my lashes before starting to glue. She told me not to wash my face until tomorrow (being today) today I woke up once I put some water on my face the clumps of lashes started falling off butnto mentioned the ones left behind on my bed. I would NOT Recommend this place to lashes . I cam in today and asked for a refund she said she would put them back on I said no all i want is my refund she did no fuss, but I will not be coming back to this place.

It was just a bad experience this time the guy who did my nails left me with 2 burning scrapes on my hand from being so rough with the nail file and while he was using the electronic file he accidentally hit my skin I can’t see a mark but at that moment it burned he did give me a free rhinestone but it was very painful. :(

The first time I come Natalie nails, the owner she so lovely, she very nice all the customer! Tom him does very good job for my nails, I like it ! Thank you so much! I’ll come back!

I literally cannot say enough good things about this place! I just left after getting a gel manicure/pedicure and had to express how amazing they are. I hadn’t planned on getting my nails done today, but I walked by after dropping a package off at UPS and asked how long it would be because they looked really busy. She said she could take me right now so I sat down and they started working on my toes. The lady who did my toes took the time to do everything you’d expect when going to a nail salon, as did the gentleman who did my nails. I’ve never gotten such a thorough manicure/pedicure before and I will 100% be going back! I tried 4 other nail places in Whittier before coming here and none of them were worth the price I paid. I’m extremely happy with the price I paid because it was super cheap for such amazing work and I’m glad I decided to stop in!

Went a few days ago and the person who did my pedi cut way too far down on the side and now I have an infection. Also took over an hour for a pedi because the person doing my pedi literally stopped to do other things. Lastly the person working on my pedi kept doing things with her gloves on... that she was touching my feet with (ie. gave people water, answering phones, etc). I do want to say that she was very nice, but definitely unhappy with the service I received.

It was the worst mani n pedi i have ever had in my life . The place has been remodeled beautiful but dont fooled by that customer service isnt too bad but the work n service is horrible i wish i didnt have to pay n now im walking around with ugly nails n feet im soo embarrassed😞😣.

First visit there. It was ok. Over price for work not done well. Paid 30 dollars for my daughter to have acrylic nails for the first time and the work was ok. I had a manicure/gel and pedicure. The pedicure was fine. It was the manicure that was not good. He didnt trim or file my nails. He just took care of the cuticles and clean up and put polish on my nails and massage my hands and arms. Overall my visit was ok. They just over charged me when their acrylic nails is price at 25. I will not return. I went back to my favorite place Nail Bar. They saw the work and told us that was done horrible. So that was a lesson learn.
