Long story, I went into another nail salon a week prior, and paid double the price for scuffed nails, and none of them were even. The paint was horribly done, and the lady didnt even bother with my cuticles.I went into euphoria today, and had anamazing touch up Lin completely revamped my nails and they dont even look like they were horribly done before. 1000% recommend for the price and amazing customer service. Lin also wore a mask and gloves with a shieldbetween us for my service.

I been coming to this place seance opening. Long enough to see 3 different management. It was good at the beginning, but started to go down with time, I was getting the same package every time but less and less treatment. The last time I purchased the $45 pedicure and the lady (the one the talks to much and makes you think she’s so professional always pushing to get more service 🤨) she didn’t even use any lotion on my feet, only some cheap oil. Asked for extra massage but I didn’t get the one included on the$45. Plus the place got dirty. I feel bad not to use this place anymore after so many years, but I do work for my money.

I ended up paying 63$ plus tip after I told the lady I wanted the 35$ package. They added 10$ Extra for my toe nail color and 10$ Extra for my hand color, I was charged for nail clipping that I did not need. Then by the time I got home the shine was gone and the paint was chipping. I was not told about the extra until it was time to pay. Beware ! Never again for me!!

The receptionist was nice she let me choice a color she told me sit down but didnt acknowledged me after and I had to ask how long was the wait she didnt want to tell me . I walked out and its very out dated

This place is amazing! I’ve been coming here since like, I think, 2012. They have never disappointed me. I always look forward to my next visit because I know I’ll be relaxed and pampered! I’ve found that being really clear and specific about how you like your nails (or other) guarantees beautiful work! I usually make an appointment with Betty, however if she’s unavailable when I’m hoping to go, I still trust everyone that works there to do “the job” to my liking. I love this salon!!!! 💯💯💅

Only place I go to get my pedicures. Having diabetes, Betty know just how to take care of my toes that most do not. All about getting you out of the chair. Im not looking for the CHEAP! I enjoy the quality when pampering myself....

My manicure lady put foils on my nails ( to remove prior gel) and then took off for 30 min. When she finally came back with no apology she half assed it, theyre not even shiny and I had gel all over my skin. Pedicure lady was too busy watching a movie on the TV to pay attention to what she was doing- barely touched my foot with the file and polish everywhere. The first time I came with a long time customer they were awesome, but without her they were lazy and sloppy. Wont be returning.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now, this is the only place that shapes my nails the way I like. They don’t have a huge selection of trendy colors or keep up with the latest trends, but every time I ask for my nails thin and coffin shaped, they do an awesome job! A little pricey, but worth it to me.

My family and I got a gel manicure and pedicure today and it came out great! The girls there are so nice and they went out of their way to accommodate for our big party!

I had the spa pedicure with sugar scrub, parafin (too hot) Susanne cooled it down, and some other scrub. Afterwards I got a leg massage (relaxing)I had ankle surgery (broken ankle) seven days prior with a cast. Susanne was extra gentle.

Went in to take off a full set of acrylics for a soak off removal i was asked what I needed and I said I needed to soak off my set wasn’t too sure if they even knew what I meant and I was sat down seemed everyone was busy so reception brought me a bowl to soak he needed assistance so another lady came maybe the manager to cut the nails to begin the process I put my hand in the bowl and sat for about 30 minutes until the receptionist came back and began the removal process he didn’t know what he was doing at all and was VERY shaky when he took the drill to my nails missing and getting my skin FINALLY I got an actual nail tech to finish the job but by the time she came I was frustrated bc I had my nails soaking in pure acetone for 30 mins and she told me this should be about 30 mins I told her I had already been there for that same amount of time she said the receptionist didn’t know the process and apologized for the wait in total I was there 1 hr 45 mins and was completely unsatisfied paid 22 dollars for a bad removal and no manicure! I wanted to dash after the first 30 mins I was there! I WAS SCARED!!!! This process should take no longer than 45 minutes WITH AN ACTUAL MANICURE + POLISH!!!!! Ps they do not put liners in the bowl when getting pedicures! GROSS!

Good deal! I came in late and they stayed open an extra hour for us. Very clean.

Worst nail place I have ever been to!!! My spa pedicure was over and done within 20 minutes. I asked for the special which included the paraffin, hot lotion massage & sugar scrub. The paraffin wax was very hot and when I told the woman that it was hot she just ignored me. The sugar scrub may have been a total of 1 tablespoon for both legs, and there was no leg or foot massage. Never will I go here again! They dont even deserve 1 star. I now know why they were the only nail salon NOT busy today!
