Love Helen she is the best for a gel manicure. Due to recent poor management I have to take stars off this review. I cannot tell if this place is under new management or not. But I had an scheduled appt with Helen. When I arrived I was about to be sat down with someone else who was not Helena. I told the manager that I had an appt she looked at her book and scheduled me for the next day. She not only overbooked but made my appointment wrong which I confirmed 3 time when I called to schedule. I got a $5 voucher but this doesnt cover the 30 minutes it take for me to drive here and the disappoinment knowing my nails were not going to be done before my vacation. This has been my go to nail salon for rhe past 3 year and now I dont know if I will return and need to fine a new salon.

I got a gel polish manicure and I love it. If you are going there ask for Cony. I love how she did my cuticles and my color came out very nice. I also like the clean and relaxed atmosphere.

My go to place for the last year and a half. Best powder gel manicure Ive ever had and lasts me over two weeks.

Made appt to have acrylic nails removed. First time doing it. They clipped and filed down back of the nails. She then dug her fingers in to tear off nails and also used a card to pull off. Very painful. Then sanded down my nails. The beds are raw. Came out in tears. Went to get something to soothe the nails and was told at the store that they should have soaked my nails in acetone and not just pull them off. There is still acrylic on some of the nails and my skin on other parts. Had to take Tylenol for the pain.

I had an appt for gel mani. When removing the previous gel polish she filed a little then started to use the corner of a Metro card and her own nail to dig under the polish and tear it off! I asked her to stop and just soak them off, she then put soaked cotton on on them, no foil or anything over them, for about 3 mins then just filed the rest off. The rest of the manicure was ok, just extra polish left around and under the nail, but peeled off easily. Don’t understand why she wanted to rip off the previous polish, otherwise it was ok.

The ladies did an excellent job. Felt safe and very clean

Every time I go here I am so impressed! Helen did a gel tip set for me today and I am astonished with how good they look. She did them in a timely manner but did not rush. On top of that, they are very clean and have been attentive to the COVID-world we live in today.

The best nail salon! I came across this place because the usual place I go to was too busy so I went here instead and am SO happy I found them! They take their time with everything. They are all so nice and helpful and friendly. From the moment you walk in, they are so welcoming. Love it here !

Got a gel manicure here the other day and I’m disappointed. My nails have bumps and bubbles and just overall look sloppy. I also felt like the lady doing my nails was getting frustrated with me and started to rush near the end. Overall a decent experience, but I just expected more based off the glowing reviews. I was looking forward to my appointment but I don’t know if I’ll come back.

The staff is so kind and always do an amazing job! The salon is clean and relaxing! They always try to accommodate walk-ins. Have been coming here for over a year and never have been disappointed!

I’m so happy I found this place! Prices are average for the area, however, the service provided really goes above and beyond. I’ve tried several different nail salons in the area and I always left dissatisfied. The pedicure comes with a long leg massage and the manicure techs always take their time. My nails have never turned out looking as good from anywhere else.

This place is so nice.l and clean. Has a little zen garden to sit at. Helen always knows exactly how I want my nails and really takes her time. Definitely recommend.

I LOVE Arituan! They have great service, ambiance, selection of colors and do a great job on my nails! I do pedicure and gel manicure in the spring/summer and then just gel manicure in the fall/winter (and give my nails a break every so often of course!), my gel has lasted for three weeks with no chipping before the regrowth drove me nuts and I had to get a fresh mani (I was very busy and couldnt get to the salon). The salon is nice and clean, and while its always full its never incredibly loud and I never feel rushed, or feel like a number. My favorites for manicures are Deily, Amy and Hannah and for pedicures, Yesy and Michael.

Just happened to be in Westwood with a my friend and she wanted to get a manicure. I remembered looking for a new place a few months ago. I said lets try this place. It looked nice and had good reviews. No appointments that too us right away. Very pleasant people working their and they did a REALLY NIce Job. Ill be back for a Pedi and Gels.

Very professional and clean. Best mani/pedi I have ever had. My manicure lasted 3 weeks (regular polish) and no chips. So happy I found Aritaun.
