Absolutely awful, my dip is lumpy, bumpy and crooked. He rushed my nails and did a dip with extensions in 20 minutes. To top this awful experience off is that not even a week later my nail has already broken. Will never recommend or be back. If you want to spend the same money but get 100% better quality- go to sky spa in Norwood.

I messaged Queenie Nails about doing a pink & white fill in, they responded quickly and got me booked. The salon is clean and welcoming. They have tons of colors for gel and SNS. Julie did my pink & white fill in and she did an awesome job. Definitely a great salon, and will be back when I come in town again.

Queenie Nails & Spa is amazing! I recently moved back home and was eager to find a quality nail salon that put health and safety first. Queenie did not disappoint. Each time I’ve gone, there hasn’t been more than 4-5 customers at a time. Each time socially distanced with plexi glass in between both pedicure and manicure stations. In addition, the high quality work done on my nails is so great! Designs are done flawlessly, pedicure is done with care. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

It was OKAY service. The gentleman burned me TWICE with the UV ray gel drying machine, didn’t file my nails properly and didn’t properly wash my feet. I wouldn’t recommend especially since a gel color change is a bit pricey feet is $33 and hands $23. Super disappointed. The place itself is beautiful but the service was subpar and not worth the price.

My go to place to get a mani pedi. Great service and a great selection of colors. You won’t be disappointed!

Even though I was very careful my nails started chipping and peeling the very first day. This has never happened to me before except after going to this salon. A waste of money!

I recently had a Mani/pedi this past weekend. I am thrilled with the outcome of both! The staff were very professional,kind as well as friendly. My nails still look great, will definitely be going back!

Went here for the first time and I’m very impressed! I had Jessica as my technician and she was very sweet. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure this visit. The pedicure was great and very thorough. The gel nails she was very precise and particular and really took her time to make sure they were perfect. I always feel so rushed at salons and this was the first time where I felt like I could actually relax! After the manicure she gave me an incredible neck massage. It’s worth it to go just for that. Plus they have SO many gel polishes! If you like dip they did have a good amount for that as well. I recommend going here!

Great experience. Nice and relaxing. Very clean. The pedicures and manicures are super thorough and I appreciate the attention to detail for little things (like that extra piece of polish that ends up somewhere but they go back and wipe it off before it dries ☺️☺️)

I have been here several times and have always had great experiences. After reading some of the other reviews I would say, please dont judge a book by its cover! The quality of the pedicures is excellent!! The tubs are always clean, the massage they give is wonderful, and they do a fabulous job tidying up feet!

I showed up without an appointment and they took me as quickly as they could, keep in mind it was right before the holidays. My tech My did a great job and they gave each customer a full size lotion as a holiday gift on their way out. Will be returning!

My acrylic manicure was uneven, sloppy, and very bumpy. The women helping me was very nice, but seemed to be very inexperienced with nails. The nails used were too big for my nails and she never asked me what shape I wanted. It was a cute place, but I probably won’t go back considering I paid $50 for an awful job.

Best place! All the employees are incredibly kind and the manicure is over the top! Starts with a warm pillow on your neck and Ends with a neck and shoulder massage !

Quickest manicure I have ever had. My nails look good. We shall see how long they last... Needs a thorough cleaning and fresh paint.

I took my niece when she turned 13 for Mani/Pedi and it lasted forever!! She was hooked. The leg message (she is a dancer) was awesome. I loved their choice of color, she had a french done.

As a treat from a friend I got a mani/pedi here and the entire time I felt like I needed to hold my breath from the awkwardness. The moment I walked in, with an appointment mind you we were instructed coldly to sit and wait. When the nail techs were ready there were no smiles or friendly greetings. It felt like I was stepping into surgery and none of them wanted to even look at me in the eye.Silence continued throughout the manicure and the pedicure. They were also rather rough in my opinion (but then again Ive been told that Im as delicate as a peach). At no point did they ask me if the pressure they were applying for the massage portion was appropriate. Oh well! The end result was decent, but on my hands it looked like they missed some spots. (This is why I prefer to do my own manicure at home...) The only moment they cracked from their stone facade was when I handed them a tip. I couldnt wait to get out of there.
