Absolutely loved the actual instructor dedication and content of the class.But...Had the most miserable experience with the front desk about cancelling the class. Cancellations require 30 days notice, so if something happens in your life, where you have to abruptly stop attending the class - you will still have to pay over $200, because.. well, because thats their policy.Its absolutely insane and entirely lacking flexibility for peoples lives and lifestyles for the year of 2021. Non - progressive bureaucracy.I have friends all over the country where ***depending on the branch*** they dont have to pay anything, unless they are PHYSICALLY attending the class and taking up space.Not here in Westport, CT, I suppose not.Do not recommend this branch. The branch manager most likely cuts deals for others, but if they dont know you, and they dont feel like it - theyll screw you. Seems like the branch just runs rogue without any supervision from execs. Very sad.

Come for the workout, stay for the community. after over 300 classes in two years i can say its not just a workout its a lifestyle. Pure Barre gives me 50 minutes to myself and allows me to be my best in all the other aspects of life. before i found PB i honestly hated working out and now i love it. the teachers and barretenders are all amazing, knowlegeabe and helpful and honestly feel like friends. the members are supportive and kind. honestly i can go on and on!!! come try a class, you wont regret.

Today was my first time visiting Pure Barre in Westport and only my second time taking a barre class. Todays class was fantastic. It was challenging, but I was able to modify the movements to where my body is today. The instructor was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire class. She even made it a point to introduce herself after the class was over as I was clearly new. I will absolutely be back!

Signed up for a class package last year but only attended a couple of classes before package expired -- was out of commission due to a severe ankle injury. I emailed the owner to ask if there is a way to get a longer extension. She said I was required to provide physicians note proving that I had an injury. Due to the fact that I am a physician myself, and was hobbling around for months, it seemed pretty obvious that I had an injury, but alas my word was not good enough. It wasnt worth the hassle for me to set up an appointment with another physician just to get a note to prove to Pure Barre that I was telling the truth. Oh well. I have happily taken my business elsewhere.Update: the class package was sold over the phone (they placed an unsolicited phone call to me). The original purchase agreement was not provided at the time.

Though Ive done barre before, this was my first time at a Pure Barre location. I signed up with ClassPass for a 50 minute Pure Barre Classic class. The studio is very clean and spacious and feels pretty welcoming. The class was pretty fast-based and upbeat and you get a good burn. However, Im not sure that it would be the best choice for someone who is brand new to barre. Though the teacher did observe everyones form and corrected where required, I do feel like some of the movements were unclear or confusing.

I started taking classes after I purchased a groupon for 20 classes and Im hooked. The classes are a really tough work out but completely worth. The whole staff is awesome. 10/10 recommend, your first class is free!

Completely changed my whole approach to working out. The teachers are fantastic, the classes are fast paced, and while challenging, theyre not overwhelming, and the results - with regular sessions - truly are extraordinary. As one smart teacher said, Come 10 times and youll see the difference. Its so true.

Amazing workout. A full hour of a complete body program Leaves you sweaty and happy. Low impact with super results. Everything gets a little smaller and a little tighter. Anyone can do it. Teachers are fabulous and music gets you going.

Love the way I feel strong and muscle fatigue but also stretched out after every class. Love that no class is ever the same. Never a bad instructor. Great music. Nice relaxing atmosphere at reception area and always friendly.

Really enjoy the classes as an addition to my other workouts. Studio is nice and clean and there are enough classes during the week to meet my schedule. My favorite classes are the Empower classes as they incorporate cardio and killer glutes and abs! I have been able to take with multiple instructors and they all teach a great class. Any barre studio can be pricey, but if you can make it work, it is worth it.

I really love the studio and the instructors! The classes are challenging and fun. I would recommend the studio to anyone interested in Pure Barre!

The classes are monotonous, not enough stretching, and next to zero attention paid to your form. I was sold into buying a 12 month auto pay (shame on me) and there was zero flexibility to cancel it without paying for two months I did not use and $255 fee, despite my complaints on the classes and schedule. Youre better off anywhere by here.

Ive tried many different workouts in my life and Pure Barre has been the only one that has changed my body! Lift, Tone and Burn sure is true....Even after 2 kids, Im more toned than I ever was! Thanks again PBW!!

I always have a great experience at Pure Barre in Westport. Everyone is so friendly, staff and clients alike! The best part about it though is the full body workout I get. It really, truly does lift, tone, and burn. My advice- try their new client special for 30 days unlimited and go as much as you can (even if you are a lil sore) and youre sure to see results!

LOVE THIS STUDIO! The instructors are amazing and give such great workouts! I really loved the boutique in the studio, too! So addicted to Pure Barre now and will definitely be recommending this studio to everyone!

It really pushes you from the first class and it motivates you to get fit and keep going. It also makes yourself push harder every class to do the exercises better with the help of the trainer.

55 minutes all to myself. I feel stronger, more focused and centered at the end of every class I take. It helped me throughout my pregnancy and Ive bounced back so quickly post partum thanks to PB! I tell everyone to take one class and theyll be hooked!

Pure Barre is a fun, challenging, and fantastic workout. I was hooked from the very beginning. The community of people who work and workout there are wonderful, inclusive,and encouraging. I would highly recommend Pure Barre to anyone who wants a great workout by highly trained professionals!

I started Pure Barre at the end of February and I absolutely love it! I am so addicted. The instructors are so helpful and amazing at both the Fairfield and Westport locations. What is so awesome is that no class is ever the same. Each instructor switches up their routines each class. I am already seeing results in the short time I have come!

I love that the instructors try to know everyone’s name and check in on the people taking the class. It is so much fun to be in class and finish. the class!I wish there were some classes around 2:30/3pm

Pure Barre Westport is my second home - I love going here. The studio is beautiful, the staff is so welcoming and the workouts are amazing. I cant say enough great things about this place!

Classes are great and always change so you never get bored. Instructors give you that one on one attention during class so you get the most out of each workout.

Killer workout that will help you tone and lengthen your muscles! I was somewhat skeptical of a group fitness class and afraid Id get bored. 350 classes later I cant get enough! Every class is fun and challenging in different ways. The 55 minutes flies by and I leave the studio feeling better about myself. The instructors are so encouraging/motivating and Ive made so many friends with fellow LTBers. Also, the retail boutique stocks the best workout clothes around. So many are versatile enough to wear to class and then around town.

The teachers and staff make you feel welcome - Learning your name right from the start. Definitely a positive environment. I havent had a bad class yet!
