If you enjoy having your appointment canceled 1hr before time then this is the place for you. We had this happen twice with in a one month period after we had rearranged our schedule twice to get these appointments. The office staff does not seem to care, they simply say make another appointment.

I am so pleased with my filler and Botox injections. My appointment was originally for my yearly freckle check. Dr. Lustig was so kind and patient I expressed my desire to have a more rested appearance. She explained the process and made me feel as ease. I cannot believe how painless and easy it was. I am so happy with my results.

I’ve been going to Dr. Chava Lustig for over 20 years, she is absolutely the best!!!!!!! Always has been!!! The reason I gave 4 stars is because the front desk (check in) was very unorganized and seemed very overwhelmed. There’s also a problem with their billing department. Always seems to be a problem each time I go. All snd all though, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and HIGHLY recommend it!

Dr. Chava Lustig is a pleasure to meet and her service was perfect. She is intelligent and extremely Patient friendly. We are very happy with the staff and the doctor. Recommend her highly.

Dr Lustig is absolutely amazing!!!! She’s our family’s dermatologist and I’ve been going to her since 2006. She helped my son clear up his severe acne without oral medication and he has no scars from the acne. I can go on and on about her. She along with her staff are incredible.

Dr Lustig is Extremely caring & kind. She was so wonderful with my son, because as a mom herself she knows how to say just the right things to children to put their mind at ease when getting treated. As a patient of hers myself as well, she’s one of the best Physicians I’ve ever seen, and always takes the time to listen to all concerns and take all precautions! You never feel rushed or like you don’t have the time you need with her. And the staff is responsive, thorough as well!

The office visit was a great experience! I love Dr. Lustig,. Everyone was very nice and very thorough and professional. The only down fall would be that no one has contacted me regarding my biopsy results and I got them on Quests website 5 days ago and I am waiting because there is an explanation of follow up needed.

I was able to get a same-day appointment for a strange looking lesion. Dr. Lustig reassured me and gave me medication. Her staff is very serene and takes all the stress out of the equation. Dr Lustig is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Lustig is very personable and works with her patients to create a practical plan of action -- which is important when working with teenagers and acne. She does not prescribe something if the patient feels they will not follow the regimen. Office runs on time and efficient.

Dr. Lustig is wonderful, but a bit rushed because shes busy so be prepared to have your list ready. The staff is great, very helpful and polite.

Im a new patient of Dr. Lustig and from just one visit to the office I can already tell this is the type of clinic to which one becomes a faithful patient. Im sold!Understandably, because of the quality of treatment, the wait to get an appointment is quite lengthy so I dont discount it from my rating. Mine was given for over a month from the date on which I set up the appointment, but it was well worth the wait. Unfortunately in the Miami area it seems most doctors offices are overcrowded/overbooked which makes it hard to find quality, trustworthy doctors that take the time to conduct a proper assessment, listen to patient questions or concerns and make you feel as though youre leaving with the best personalized treatment plan for your condition. After researching & reading reviews I was willing to wait and make the drive to Broward for this appointment. Aside from reading good things about Dr. Lustig, I also read good things about DOs and their approach to medicine.From the gentleman at the front desk to the medical assistants, to Dr. Lustig herself, I felt truly cared for as a patient. I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out my paperwork (digitally). Unlike what Im used to seeing in Miami, this office was not packed with patients waiting long past their appointment times. I was taken back right on time where the assistant carefully reviewed my forms with me, asking further details or clarifying anything that needed to be clarified and making additional notes as necessary. She stepped out and less than 5 minutes later Dr. Lustig stepped in. She took her own history of the reason for my visit and presented me with an array of options along with the pros and cons of each, taking cost into consideration as well. I was able to ask questions every step of the way and she gladly addressed them. We were able to decide on a good initial plan of action and set up a follow-up for 3 months later.I started out with 2 medications. One of the medications she prescribed cost ~$650 and my insurance only covered $400 of it, which left me with a cost of $250. It just wasnt possible for me. I called the doctors office and left a message with the nursing staff to see whether there were other options. A few days later, I received a call from Dr. Lustig herself. She sent in a different prescription and sorted it all out. I was more impressed with the fact that the doctor called me and not one of her staff.The personal touch went a long way and has won her a faithful patient. I truly appreciate & respect her for her kindness and sincere concern on top of her obvious knowledge and expertise in Dermatology. In such a fast-paced world, it matters & it makes a difference. Great care, but took a while to get a spot available to schedule an appointment. Even with the appointment, there was long waiting time to be seen on the day.

Front desk agent was annoyed with clients on the phone but pleasant when greeting patients arriving. Wait time was short however the dr was judge mental about not being proactive about issues noticed but took 3 months to get back to me.
