Everyone here is so professional and knowledgeable. I got an unlimited wax pass and will probably get more. I’m very comfortable with everything they do from my eyebrows to my underarms. Great staff. Just wish they had bathrobes for us shy people!

I came here for vacation and needed a bikini wax done. My waxer was Magdalena (Maria) and she was absolutely amazing. Very kind, friendly and most importantly my wax was painless! If you can try to book her!

Lara at the desk made the wait go by so quickly before my appointment since I arrived pretty early. We had a fun conversation and she made me feel welcomed! The salon is clean and I love their variety of skincare products. I would 10/10 recommend this location for any hair removal service.

Always very clean and great customer service!!!I always book with Clara..she is awesome, literally THE BEST... and so friendly ...my first time she made me feel super comfortable which is a plus because I was terrified! First time ever getting waxed, the manager Wendy was wonderful and kind. They’re very professional and Kelly, the lovely lady that waxed me was amazing, did it quick and painless. I’m definitely coming back again!!

I booked an appointment online and called a day before to rescheduled it for half an hour earlier, the lady on the phone told me it was fine. When I got there the front desk attendant “Andrea” (not sure if she provided her real name) told me that my appt wasnt in the system and they couldn’t receive me, she didn’t apologize and when I showed her my phone record with the call she only said that they had a call center in Utah and that probably they didn’t add my appt. When I asked her what she could do to solve this she rolled her eyes and said “ there’s nothing I can do” I told her that I was going to complain with corporate and her response was “this is a franchise so you cannot complain with corporate” . For whoever is managing this location, do yourself a favor and hire someone that can take care of your customers, specially during a pandemic when getting these services is not a priority

I walked into the Weston location without an appointment and someone was available to see me in less than 15 minutes. Sheila was great. It was my first time and she made me feel comfortable as possible. There are also discounts for your first time. Also discounts for referrals as well, not mention the great value package deals too! Clara is the absolute best! I get a Brazilian wax and she is the ONLY one I dont feel ANY, AND I MEAN ANY, PAIN WITH WHATSOEVER! UNFORTUNATELY, SHES LEAVING SHORTLY AFTER CHRISTMAS SO I HAVE TO FIND A NEW GIRL, well hopefully not cause Im gonna ask where shes going because that may be my last visit. I had another girl yesterday cause Clara was sick and I have hair there today and it hurt. She doesnt really talk to you like Clara either. I didnt even ask her name cause I didnt need it, literally. Needless to say that I will be extremely happy to see Clara when I go back.

Ive been here only 3 times. The first 2 were for brazilians. The third was for sideburns. My first time, I was nervous since Ive never waxed before but the technician assured me that I would be fine & she took care of me easily that I had to return. When I got my sideburns done, my normal technician wasnt employed there but another lady I believe Jessica assisted me with care. I will keep returning and recommend friends

Liked the Weston location much better than the one on Pines. The atmosphere, seating, and temperature were all pleasant.Mongolian with beef had good taste though half of the meat was on the tough side. M-m-m for the Crab Ragoon. Salad with Chicken was delicious. Probably the best of anything we had tonight. Original Pei Wei with Chicken on Noodles had heat but fried chicken didnt have any flavor. Shrimp with Peppers Rice dish had HEAT. There was some sweating and nose blowing going on.Fortune cookies good and FRESH with a nice crunch and good flavor. Fortunes were promising with good news for all.

Every month, when it comes time to do my personal grooming, this is my go-to place. All the waxers are really good too!! Ive never had any complaints! BTW, you NEED to get the RESTORE IT!! It made my eyebrows thicker and fuller!

I’m a regular customer and always schedule my appointments but today I showed up without it, needing waxing and the front lady didn’t even try to squeeze me in, right away she said she was booked. I totally understand being busy but at least she could have try. Called EW in Pembroke gardens and the lady (Stephanie) was so nice, she asked questions and at the end she scheduled me right away, took me 12 mins to get there. Not going back to Weston

I only leave reviews when things are really good or really bad. This experience was the latter. Went in for a brazilian on New Years Eve. This was not my first brazilian, let alone at this European Wax, however because it was such a packed day, I got placed with a waxer Ive never had before. She was nice, but thats where the compliments end. We had a conversation about leaving a triangle on top, and that wed discuss it when we got to that point (she never asked about it again and ended up removing all hair without discussing first). She then proceeded with what ended up being the most pain-free brazilian because it turns out she never even got in the crevices and missed SO many spots, I might as well have paid for just the bikini line. Its one thing to miss a few hairs. She missed entire AREAS.I called customer service to complain, and they said the owner would reach out in 1-2 days. Its been a week and I havent heard back. I just want the job done completely so I can never return to a European Wax again. Been coming here since 2012, sad it ends in 2019.

I have been here before and had ok experiences but today was the worst ever. I’ve been waxing for about 4-5 years and this was the first time I got burned. I got my eyebrows done and now from the bottom of my eyebrows to the crease of the eyes are red, swollen, and burning. I got my eyebrows done at 11 this morning. It is currently 4:30 and they hurt worse then before. Nothing is helping for the pain and I have work where looking good and presentable is important! Never coming here againb

DONT TOUCH my brows, I said, dont shape them. Please just do the little, barely noticeable fuzz around the brow. But when she handed me the mirror... I looked back at her and said wow... I just wanted the little baby hairs around it. She began to explain well you see.... I felt like yelling back at her NO. I dont care what you think. I communicated with you. I asked for you to take out the baby hairs AROUND my brow, and now I look at myself and see a different person. I didnt say that to her but instead, I thought whats done is done and just didnt tip. She overdid them enough that even coworkers and family noticed that they were too far apart on my face.OVERALL: I have to wait till everything grows out again and continue my journey to find a waxer that will listen to my request regardless of what they personally believe the brow should look like. Also may I add not only did she wax what I told her not to even touch, when she waxed my brow it did not create clean lines. Its like she let some wax drip in the brow and when she waxed it off it left a little noticeable patch of no hair on my brow
