Good camaraderie, personalized service, convenience. Ive been going 3-4 times per week for the past three years, which is a much better record than I ever racked up at any conventional gym Ive ever belonged to. 25 minutes of strength training, 25 minutes of cardio and youre in and out in an hour.
The trainers provide one on one attention even thou we are training in a small group. Fun, friendly and supportive environment. The other clients are all working towards a healthy goal too. The environment fosters real comradery.
