This is biggest fraud and worse fitness facility in Weston, I have been an user of this place for so many months, I have been trying to cancel my membership for so many months now. I sent the cancellation letter, emails so many calls, Instagram message and nobody respond, they still getting my money from my bank account! They need to stop doing this, I don’t understand why a local company is treating customers like this.The facility it’s not clean and bikes don’t work!There are so many fitness options in Weston, do not waste your money and time here

I had to cancel membership due to injury. After following the steps, signing and returning the form the club kept charging my card. When I contacted them to stop charging my account more than a month and a half after cancelation they sent the account to collection refusing to end membership and adding additional charges despite providing proof of numerous emails sent to the club to terminate membership.

We were first introduced to cycle bar at weston. Their Try 3 ride offer was amazing and we got to try it with Pia and Mike. Both classes were amazing with different styles. Both classes were super fun! Cyclebar Weston made sure we were able to strap in and made sure everyone was comfortable! We will definitely come back.

Avoid this location.The two young girls upfront are terrible. They do not know much about any questions asked. I asked them about the point system they said “I asked my boss she said not to worry about that it does nothing”they also allowed two people on my Monday class come in 20 minutes late but when I showed up 13 minutes late because I had an urgent matter I had to attend to at my house they told me “you can’t go in because your more then 5 minutes late” I told them to show me where it says that and explained the other girls went in late in my previous class. Mind you I am NEVER late I always show up early and like to adjust my bike. The one time I arrive late I couldn’t go to my class BUT they still charge you. When you cancel the membership they also charge you for the next month because you have to tell them 30 days ahead of time. What a joke. Go to the pines location. Customer service there is awesome and they allow the point system which gives you free classes or free merchandise!

HORRIBLE place, to begin with these people charge you for memberships you never signed up for. I called to speak to a manager that apperantly cannot do his job correctly and you cannot take his word because he lies to you. He told me that he will return my money withing 10-20 days.... which is way too much but i said okay, he also said that he will cancel all future charges and I AM STILL getting charged for something i am not using or even authorized. truly upsetting his name is MARk.

Deceitful promotional campaigns, & final payment when cancelling the service.They offered 3 free rides and first month 50%. Upon my first free ride, I decided to enrolled. They reversed the 3 free rides and proceed charging the first month 50% off.When I decided to cancel the membership, they enforced a final payment. I had to agree otherwise they would not have cancelled my membership and continue the monthly billing

I have been at this location for over 3 years. As a nurse... I had COVID for 2 months when it first started and I frequently get exposed so I’ve held off from going out in public. However, this morning I tried to register for a class today and ALL of my class THAT IVE PAID FOR are gone. I called to find out what is going on and the girl at the front desk today me that there was nothing she could do. She stated she called the manager and that was that. There was nothing she could do. I can believe that. During a pandemic, for someone who’s taken close to 100 classes at your location, that’s all you can do?? That’s absurd. Money wasted and terrible management if that’s all you can do for your customers is steal their money.

VERY DISHONEST STAFF.They will just try to blame you for misunderstanding membership contract information. I was encouraged to sign up on the day of my free ride, under the agreement that my membership wouldnt start until the end of the month.I was immediately billed and when I asked about this they tried to guilt me into believing that they had done me a favor and given me a full month and a half.By the time I officially started I had only 2 weeks worth of classes, and I had to pay already for another month.Manipulative staff, only care about your money.Go to a different CycleBar.

Best new spin gym in Weston. It’s modern and clean snd so much fun. The bikes are all high tech and you can follow your progress with on line stats. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Been very happy and will keep going back. No stress no drama. All about excellent customer experience.

I took spinning classes in the past at other gyms but never had such an amazing experience as i did at Cycle bar in Weston. The environment is always clean and staff are friendly and very welcoming. I love the different themes and all the instructors have a unique style which i love. I would recommend anyone to check out this phenomenal cycle bar location, you will not regret it !

This place is terrible, they dont have good customer service and I asked to return my money as they lied to me and it has been 3 months and they havent return $99, always emailed back with different excuses. This is the first time in the last 24 years in this country that this happened to me... I am still sending emails because I have the right to receive my money back.

Donna brings a great vibe to the Saturday 9:15 am class! Miguel motivates everyone at the 8 am Saturday. Facility is clean and organized. Staff makes everyone feel welcome!

Amazing full body workout with empowering teachers. Left sweaty and motivated. Much more than just a stationary bike .The best spinning option out there. Staff in general is very nice and attentive to customers

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The studio is clean and welcoming. I love that they have shoes available to use. Their cancellation policy was really the deciding factor for me to purchase a package. They don’t penalize you if you call to cancel before the class starts, which is a lifesaver for my schedule. Tamker is an amazing instructor and I’m hooked!!!

I started doing spinning about 20 years ago. I stopped for a few years and now I’m back and I think I found the right place. Spinning is not easy however they make it easy for you. The staff is great, the classes are challenging however you can go at your own pace. I also love the the extra amenities! I recommend it!

I am HOOKED on this place! The instructors are wonderful; they truly push you to do better than the last time you were there. The theme rides are fun, especially when you join in on the lyrics! Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs an awesome workout.

Just hit 15 classes at this studio and still in love with it. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Tamker is the absolute best instructor. Shes funny, uplifting and pushes you to be your best. Will continue to come here and recommend this studio to friends!

Ive been to CycleBar in Weston and in Chicago, and my experience at the Weston location has been the best. Ive had a few different instructors and theyve all had a ton of energy and make the classes so fun and lively. The classes are also always packed which helps motivate me!

CycleBar is addicting. Not just the classes but the people as well. The instructors and other riders are super supportive and welcoming. I dropped in for a class once and have been back every day since!

This location has gotten rid of all its BEST instructors! When I tried to cancel my membership the woman at the front kept asking me why, she asked me to write down my name and phone number and someone would call me. When I insisted that they cancel my membership there and now, she told me she didn’t know how BUT Another employee was signing up a new member. REALLY?? Very disappointing. Also when I joined the manager asked me if I traveled because Cyclebar has locations all over the country and I could go to the one in LA and New York! NOT TRUE!! Cyclebar is a franchise! This particular owner owns 2 locations, so those are the only 2 available to me. Not “ANY LOCATION” as she told me.

Classes are always awesome! The staff is very accommodating and will help assist with adjusting the bike. Music is so good, keeps you going.

Cyclebar Weston is fun! The instructors are EXCELLENT! I love the amenities and that they provide towels, shoes, water refills. They have fun rides throughout the month and make every ride a memorable one.

I love cyclebar Weston!! Past experiences spinning led me to not want to try again for 5+ years until I went to CB Weston and had a great workout and experience. The instructors push you without making you want to leave in the middle and I always feel great at the end! Top notch service, equipment and staff :-)

This venue is absolutely a great workout every single time. All of the trainers make every class unique, fun, and entirely worth going whether its your first spin class or 50th. My only critique is that many of the bikes are very close together and I sometimes feel like Im on top of the person next to me.

Love CycleBar Weston! I wasn’t one to work out much, had really bad stamina and very low motivation . Tamker has got me and my fiancé hooked! Place is super clean, everyone is super friendly, but what I love the most is how much I see I improve class after class. Just wish they had a 7 pm or 7:30 pm classes during the week.

I am OBSESSED with a CycleBar Weston! The instructors are all amazing! They push you to your limits and encourage you along the way. I’ve lost 60 pounds over the past 2 years and CycleBar has recently showed me I am capable of more than I think I am. The facility is super clean, and the amenities (clean towel, shoes, water/snacks) are huge perks. Try a class, you will not be disappointed!

I was invited by a client who is an avid cyclist. I throughly enjoyed the instructor Alex. Her energy is awesome and getting the class to sing along w/music at 7 AM is pretty damn good! My initial concern is my knee, i have issues especially with the motion of peddling. Alex was good about making sure i was set up correctly and after class she came to speak w/me to follow up w/my concerns and she spoke with me about my knee issue some more and how cycling can help strenthen. Great staff and owners were right there making sure we had everything we needed and to find out our experience after we had taken the class. I love the aspect Cyclebar that really all u have to do is show up! Everything u need is there...shoes, towels, water bottles. Im telling all my clients and frinds as its a great way to keep in great cardio shape in a group class!Tami Gabel, LMT
