I had such a great workout at Activ8 ! I just left — at first I was a little hesitant and timid, but the instructor was incredibly patient with me. She had alternative moves that I could as well as various levels of training intervals that are easy to do, fun, and challenging. This is the most unexpected and amazing workout ever. I was skeptical at first, but Im a believer now! My body loves it and Lucilene has a very positive energy that just makes it fun as an added bonus.
