Our family has been getting their hair cut and styled by Carlos for many years. He is personable and does a great job meeting each family member’s requirements. That is not so easy. 😶We will continue using their services as long as Carlos works there.

Every time I go in here everyone is friendly and welcoming. I hardly speak Spanish but they do a great job of making sure you are getting what you want. They treat me great. Wish it wasnt $20 now but I understand they need to make money

Always full full full, the open and available seats are often those who are new at hair cutting and they often messed up. The salon raise their prices not long ago.

Asked to shorten the hair on my neck and keep the rest of my long hair.. They continued to cut off 7-10 months worth of hair.

Ive been coming to this place since it opened. Ive always loved the cuts and the price. Customer service was good until the guy Raul came along. Likes to give attitude, acts like if hes the owner of the place, and acts like if its privilege to be there. Bit by bit I see how much respect this place is losing because of it. I feel bad for the other workers there, I hope for the best for them.

This place is the best place to go for a fade. I usually come in as a walk in and have had a different stylist each time and they all do an amazing job. If you are looking for a place to get a good fade I recommend trying here first.

Stylist cut my hair but not for what I had asked and went back and tried to fix it. She was nice and tried. On the other hand, the manager kept rushing her and the other stylist as they cut peoples hair. When I went to pay at the front desk the manager who was cashiering told me I had to pay for two haircuts and told me it was because I made the stylist change my haircut. Wont be back.

Sometimes it has fast service, I didnt have to wait at all to get my first haircut. From the outside it looks small, but when you enter it becomes a larger space. It needs an aesthetic touch up though.

My wife and son came in for a haircut today, she stepped out for a few seconds. Upon returning she was bumped to the back of the line,and once my son recieved his haircut the beutition hacked his hair in a mad rush to close. I have gone to your shop for many years and received decent haircuts, now I have to take my some to another shop to correct the terrible job that was done to him, my wife and I vowed never to return.

Some of the hairstylists are probably not even licensed, they overcharge on prices.

They were packed when i stopped by and thought Id have to wait for a long time. However the stylists seem to work with speed and yet manage to do a great job. The lady that cut my hair gave me exactly the cut I asked for and worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Thanks.

I went to cut my hair today the lady who cut my hair was really rough on me not gentle at all probably was angry or something careless. The hair cut is not cheap.

I seen I alot of this place, i been there for the last 13 years. And no other place will I go. I was then 12 years old. Gotten dozens of different kinds of hair cuts. No, no one has cut me nor I have put a complain if I gotten a little redness or scratch or shorter here or there. You have to grow up if something like that happens, else just cut it all off. I remember when i had it cut by scissors only, in my earlier years. Scared to hell to get my ear chopped. Now they use blades to trim my beard. Price has always been cheap and service overdeliver. The staff has always been great, i always ask for someone that can do the cut I want and theres always someone. Also they want to engage in a conversation. Feels like making a new friend everytime I go there. Aswell as looking super after my haircut is done.

They skip you if they like the other people better. No tienen systema de orden. Have been coming to this place for 13 years. no more.

I have been coming to this salon for the last 6 years. I love Luli and how she treats people but sadly I cannot say the same about Lulis daughters husband. He was rude and unapologetic for what had happened with our son. We took our son to get a hair cut, my husband explained the stylist what needed to be done. She didnt understand and cut his hair super short and on top if that gave him an awful cut in his ear, that was still bleeding for 30 minutes after we left the salon. So we explained and complained with Lilis husband. He only got defensive arguing that it was a mistake.If you are an owner, as he said he was, you will try to keep your loyal customers happy, but instead he only defended the so called stylist to a point to get defensive. This is not right. You lost a whole family as customers. Lets see how long your stylist lasts there. Your lost not mine.Luli, I am very dissapointed.
