I have officially found my go to nail salon and technician! Lynn was INCREDIBLE. She has such attention to detail and I got the best gel manicure I’ve ever had with her. I told her my long term goals for my nails and she’s going to work with me for future appointments to help me get there. She actually massaged my legs and feet during my pedicure (a lot of places I have been have stopped doing that) and she was so warm and friendly and her skills are excellent. I HIGHLY recommend her and H20 Nails and Massage for your nail needs!

I am beyond disappointed from my second experience with this salon. This first time was great with a basic gel manicure and pedicure. I wanted to do something fun for fall though and they fell very short. I have pictured my nails along with what I wanted and they don’t even compare. Outside of the colors being completely wrong, the lines are crooked and my cuticle was sliced open. I gave the extra star because the pedicure I received was relaxing.

Service was quick and great! Loved my nail tech YoYo. But I got a gel manicure and even though they said 2 to 3 weeks for gel, mine are peeling all the way off in just a week. Disappointed to say the least after spending $40 on a special treat to myself

I had a great time getting my nails done here. The shop was well decorated and very clean. The employees were really nice and all the nails I peeked getting done looked awesome. Good pride for gel nails that have lasted pretty well so far. I expect them to last the full 2-3 weeks gel promises. Would visit again when Im in the area.

If your a BIPOC don’t waste your time here, go elsewhere. They cater to white women.I had an appt and was on time. When I arrived, two women were waiting. While I was checking in and speaking w/ one of the techs, two more women walked in. The tech stopped talking to me to address the two white women, answering all their requests (who had no appt). I stood and watched this dynamic. I was told to hv a seat. To my surprise, the two women who came in after me were seated before me. I was seated last for my service…the person with an appt time (which they were 15min late). The walkins (which came in after me) were seated before me, no clue why. ???First service completed, moved to a different tech for second service. Now this tech (Vicky) placed my hands in acetone to soak while she juggled two other ppl. She came back over to me when she wrapped a womans hands in foil. Vicky removed the little remaining gel that was left on my nails. Then there was confusion/misunderstanding about the service I asked for. I visited the day before and inquired about a particular service and was told they could do it. That’s not the reason for this review. Vicky called over a young girl and spoke in her native tongue to detail what was wrong. The young girl explained and then said I would only be charged for my first service. Which I completely understood and didn’t hv a problem with. However, then Vicky scoffed at me not being charged for second service. This is the reason for this review.All Vicky did was soak my hands in acetone and removed a little gel. She didn’t push a cuticle back or cut any cuticle. She only filed and drilled off gel on a few nails, nothing else was done. She told me my nails needed to be cut, I declined. She persisted that they need cut, I asked why? She gave no response. So I simply took it as she was just trying to save some time by cutting them so she could get to next person quicker. I could tell she DID NOT want to finish my service so I simply ended it. I understand being busy, however I offer instead of rushing incomplete service just tell people they hv to come back or better yet, make an appt like I did. That’s the whole point of an appt, so service doesn’t hv to be rushed.As I began this review, I recommend going elsewhere. Carmel Nails was a much better experience. There’s no pandering there. Crazy thing is, I felt Vicky assumed she was dealing with someone who was stupid. Like I don’t know what the steps are to a gel manicure, then when I paid my bill she shouted out to the tech that completed my first service that I left no tip! Wrong Vicky, I gave cash to that tech. Again, you think some people are dumb enough to not know when you’re talking negatively about them. As I said, as long as you’re white, you won’t hv any problem here. They cater to you and kiss your rear.

This place is amazing! The service was fantastic and the results were perfect.

I received a quick service, I always tip. But when I came back to get my nails fixed, due to maybe the light that was used during drying caused the nails to have purple streaks through them; that is where the issue lies. I waited 15 mins, which is fine; but then I had to leave. This was a Friday and they told me that they are too busy to fix them on the weekend and come back on a weekday. On Saturday four of my nails had peeling😩. Now I do not think that was a professional response. If I spend money for a service, that service should be right and if its not right, by no fault of my own I should not have to wait an entire weekend for them to fix it. That to me is ridiculous!

I went there last weekend and it looked very nice but when i got my pedicure is was rushed and very bumpy with the gel and for my nails there was dust flying under the blue light and it got on my nails so you can see and feel it. they didn’t clean under my nails and overall too expensive for a poor job done.

One of the best places i’ve ever came to for a manicure. Very friendly and a very clean atmosphere! Will definitely be coming back ❤️

Got nail fungus two times. The first time I didnt know what is was and they said it was nothing when I asked them. The second time it happened I decided to Google and found out it was nail fungus.On my last visit I decided to pay attention to their sanitization. They do not sanitize chairs or tools between customers. The clear dividers have residue that looks old implying that these are not wiped down everyday.I have never had nail fungus ever in my life. They are good at nails but are moslty rushing all of the time. Sometimes your nails come out good other times its mediocre.I used to recommend this place as they are new and new usually means clean but now I definitely do not recommend this place anymore.Really grossed out with what happened to me. They definitely get a zero for cleanliness.

My nails were done by Vicky. I had a new set of acrylic nails done and they look great! She was quick and professional. I got a deluxe pedicure, which was done by another woman whose name I didnt get, but IT FELT AMAZING! and the pedi looks great, too!

Outstanding nail salon! They always do a great job; the place is always clean; and the nail techs are always make the experience fun. You have to see their nail art to believe it. I’d give them more than five stars if I could!

This place is fantastic! I am new to the Westfield area and was looking around for a new nail place and I have found it. The staff is so friendly and their store is clean and designed so beautifully. They really listened to what I wanted and made me feel welcome. Definitely recommend!!

Best nail salon in Westfield hands down! My friend and I drove to multiple different locations and they all turned us down cause it was late. H20 took us in fast, gave us the VIP treatment and stayed overtime to do details on my friends nails. Amazing service and fun people to talk to.

Loved the nail service, but wish there was more space between each customer (social distancing) or some sort of wall in between.

Nails turned out amazing! Exactly like we wanted! They turned out perfect and I definitely recommend it. My nail technician was an amazing artist, I couldn’t believe how well it turned out, I’ll definitely be coming back.

I walked in for a gel polish change. It took a few minutes for the service to really start, even after they brought me back, but then they double-teamed my hands and feet and it became quite the experience! They tried to be mindful of my time, the work was great, and they listened to what I wanted. Every time I’ve gone to a new nail place, they ask, “Where’d you go last?” And then they proceed to trash talk the last place and say how bad my nails are. This was the first place where I didn’t have that uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. They were interested in where I’d gotten them done before, but they were complimentary. I appreciated their attitude, their professionalism, their work, and their communication. I’m usually ignored when I get my nails done. This place is very friendly. I recommend them, and I’ll definitely be back.

Highly Recommend! I am very particular when it comes to my nails, I have tried countless nail salons around the Carmel/Westfield/Fishers area for a gel acrylic fill and nothing compares to this salon. It is very clean, comfortable, friendly and have a variety of colours. The pedis are so relaxing and they take time to do an excellent job. Shout out to YoYo :-)

I have been to this salon three times and it really pains (literally) me to write this review because the staff is friendly and I have received a great manicure (gel acrylic set), every time. My first visit was ideal… I made an appointment, the salon took me right in, and I got an amazing mani plus pedi. The second experience… I made an appointment and arrived 30 mins early (to be fair). I ended up sitting and waiting for over an hour. I decided that I couldnt wait any longer and left. I understand they get busy and had no problem waiting for quality/clean service. I returned later that week as a walk in and was able to receive my manicure as I walked in. The third experience… I made an appointment (arrived on time) and waited 45 minutes to receive a mani plus pedi. After leaving the salon, my big toe on my left foot began hurting in a throbbing pain. The next day it was swollen, red, and extremely painful. I contacted my doctor and received the diagnosis as a nail bed infection. I have been on antibiotics for the past week and still suffering. I am hoping not to lose my toenail from the infection. Ultimately, I will not be returning to this salon for a fourth experience because of the infection and long wait times.
