I go to Sunny for my tips and she impresses me every single time!! She’s also the sweetest woman. I always get funky designs and send them to her in advance. Eden is also very welcoming and clean - there is a masseuse who comes around to provide massages while you get your nails done and I absolutely love that. He’s amazing as well.

I had used this salon for several years with no problems. When I returned, post closure, much had changed. Many regular employees are gone. I was given a new person for a pedicure, she proceeded to abrade my foot to the point of bleeding. I was ready to leave then, but gave them one more chance with someone recommended to me. She was great! I made a follow up appointment with her for today. When I arrived, I was seated and a stranger came to do my pedicure. I was informed that the employee I made the reservation with did not work on Monday. Bait & switch. Lost my business for good.

Good service and they accept reservations! Seems safe during the pandemic.

I came here for my birthday and it was my first visit. Wonderful service and they are very clean! They did a beautiful job on designs too

I have been coming here ever since I moved to Westfield 3 years ago. Ive tried many other places in town and I keep coming back to Eden. Rosa the nail tech does a phenomenal job at manicures (Sunny too) very attention detail oriented and sweet to talk to! Carmen is my go-to pedicure tech. I always call ahead to make an appt for the time I need and they have always fit me in in a pinch. In a post covid world they have taken all the precautions to make you feel comfortable.

Clean and friendly. Sometimes theres a wait so make sure you make an appointment!

So friendly,Erika at the front desk is amazing, she is so sweet and helpful.I had a full eyelash set by Sunny and she did a fantastic job .It was a fluke to find a place - the way they do my brows and lashes is great. I truly enjoyed the quality of work.They look great and lasted well till my fill in which she just finished.I will defiantly be a regular customer at Eden Nail in Westfield.

Finally found a nail salon im happy with! I work in the area and recently started going here for my powder gel manicures and pedicures.We were greeted warmly, told to pick our colors, and, despite being walk ins, brought back really quickly.The prices are very fair, the place is clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. Only minor complaint is I wish they had more colors for powder gel but other than that I am very happy with this nail salon.

I picked white and is a thinner color so it needs an extra coat so that you can’t see the nails underneath. My lady “Kathy” said it was just the color and she refused to do another coat...

Such a great job! I usually go to a different nail salon all the time but this one is my new favorite.Technician took her time and really did a perfect job.I called same day and got an appointment. Definitely recommend.

Clean, expensive, friendly staff...initially, until me & my 87 year old mom accidentally messed up two of our nails each while they were still wet. Then staff became irritated and made us wait approximately 20 minutes before repairing them. The repairs were quick, sloppy and looked so bad we both removed everything within 2 days. We had specifically chosen Eden Nail & Spa based on all the good reviews theyve received. Sadly, still searching for our favorite, forever nail salon in the area...

Initially loved this place. Been going here with my teen/adult daughters for about a year. But the last two times were terrible - nails unevenly cut and filed, messy polish, sns peeled off after 1 day, cuticles were cut and bleeding by 3 different people! Sorry, but we can’t go back.

So if you’ve been missing your nail lady lately it’s because the new owner (Kevin’s wife) is firing everyone! She only wants to pay $40 a day with no lunch breaks! With an 11hour shifts! She’s also filing false paperwork with the state on who’s licensed and who’s not also filing false claims on how many days workers are working so not to give any benefits or holiday pay- all illegal! She’s like a slumlord only slum boss- not cool -Also if you notice on your spa pedicures that the timing is being cut by 5 minutes (start your watches) and the product used is significantly less well yes thank the new owners! Also if you can even believe this the wax-the freakin wax is cheaper I can’t even believe I noticed this smh this lady wants to ship people in from queens to work cheap- totally fine with me if they do a good job and are paid the legal rate (we have laws and they should be obeyed) however - she’s also giving cheap services now- once the expensive products that were all accustomed to run out she’s replacing them with knock off versions- we all know were that goes- chipped gels and fungus in ya toes! Me and my family had our last pampering day there- off to find a new salon sadly we were here for a few years

Extremely disappointing nail salon. Ive been getting gel power sns for over a year and done at several salons I find it lasts me 3 to 4 weeks no cracks or breaks. Which is how it should be. However I went on sunday to eden nails and by monday night my first nail broke, Tuesday 2 more and by Wednesday all 5 on my right hand were broken. Called the nail salon and advised them and they said they could repair my nails til the next day on thursday. I was unable to go til the following Sunday. When I went in a week later 8 nails were broken. They repaired my nails for no cost. Today is tuesday 3 nails are broken. I will never be getting my nails done there again.

Very expensive and their nails do not last. I will never go there again. Paid $80 plus $10 tips for gel nails that lasted only for one week. Very sad and annoying 😢

Probably my favorite nail salon in the area. Call ahead and schedule an appointment to ensure the service youre seeking....they are busy at peak times
