I came here to get my nails fixed after a horrible manicure done at a nearby salon. Not only was the nail tech was very nice and professional, she also gave me one of the best manicures Ive ever had! They have the best variety of gel polish colors from any salon Ive been to. This is my new go-to nail salon, I highly highly recommended.

The reviews here had me hesitant but I just moved to Westfield and I was pleasantly surprised. I had the dip polish manicure and they did a fabulous job. I’m very picky about shape and she did the perfect almond shape. The pedicure was the best I’ve had, I was so impressed with all the techniques they used. The hot stone massage and shoulder massage was a nice touch. Will be a new regular!

Pricy and they had no patience for my 5 yr old granddaughter, She asks questions and the person rolled her eyes, her nail polish came off 2 nails within 2 hours someone told my daughter in law they do acrylic on the phone and they dont. My daughter in laws nails lasted a week

Not bad, not great. Very middle of the road. The pedicure was amazing as far as the massage and the callus removal but its just like very expensive for no reason I feel. Manicure was super basic and my nails chipped after a week so I probably will not go back unless I have no other options

Aura Nails & Spa is good. It was my first time there. I wouldnt call it pleasant because It was like I was being stared at for just wanting to treat myself. Also, the person who took care of was great but the personal questions which I assume are normal didnt sit well with me. It was assumed that I had a girlfriend. Its 2021 people not everyone is straight anymore. But Ill probably never go to any nail salon again from this experience.

Super last minute trip, but they took both my girls. One for a gel set, and one for just her toes painted. They were extremely friendly and Fair priced. And my daughter got to get a hot stone massage while her nails were being done, which just topped off the excellent service. Also the nails came out awesome. Would highly recommend.

Ivy was professional, very detailed, didn’t rush & did an amazing job on my manicure & pedicure. Highly recommend, will be coming back!

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. They are super outdated. The nail techs are not friendly. Their nail work is suboptimal. Every single nail is shaped differently. On top of that, they are SO expensive! Never again. I now know why guys are so loyal to their barber. 👎

Only went here because my girl was on vacation. Worst mistake ever! They barely speak English, they completely ruined my nails. Then when I said I dont want a massage they did it anyway and I broke out in hives from the lotion.

Ive been going to aura for 4 years consistently, staff has turned over many times but my suggestion is find one you like and call ahead to make sure they are working and request them. Ive always had clean utensils used on me and the chair massages are nice.

They took appointments. They also require masks. There are barriers up between all the manicure and pedicure stations. All the employees took the utmost care in keeping everything clean and all the patrons happy.Maribel gave me the most amazing pedicure!

This place does a great job!Ive also brought in a couple friends to try out the place and they absolutely loved their nails and the customer service. I refuse to go anywhere else.Thanks Salon .

To be fair, I did arrive 30 minutes before closing. My work hours conflict. Just needed a gel paint job. They turned me away and told me they were closed. Took my business down the plaza. They were happy to take me. Thanks anyway! Idk why I bothered with them!

I have difficulty trimming my toe nails without causing damage to the nail beds.Just the savings from not having to buy sock justifys the cost.

Michelle did a great job yesterday. She made my nails short and natural looking. Also made my nails thin which look so much better than thick fake nails that some nail techs do! Comes with a shoulder, arm and hand massage. Very nice. If you pay cash there is a discount. I will be back

Enjoyed a blueberry spa pedicure. I got right in didnt have to wait. The message was so worth it and the smell of all the products was very enjoyable. Well worth the time spent.

Although I was here for the first time, I felt in love with this salon already. The owner and staffs were so nice and friendly. They didnt rush like Ive experienced in some other places and did a very nice job. I really loved how my nails came out. My friends keep asking my where I did this full set pink and white. I do recommend this place and all of my friends love it.

I have never had a bad experience here before. I usually can just walk right in and theyve been able to take me. Their pedicure service is very comprehensive and priced similarly to other local places. Very clean.

Sucks terrible service

The first time I went to Aura I had a pedicure done which I enjoyed and was satisfied with. I didn’t even mind that it was 4$ more than my usual salon. I went back for a fill a few weeks ago and had a very off-putting experience. Poor use of manicure tools (using a nail file as a buffer to attempt to remove most all of my previous gel polish instead of using various correctly sized electric tools that would not have irritated my skin around the nail... etc), and a startling rough and uncomfortable shoulder “massage” without my permission asked. Nail polish, shape and thickness were not of quality and unattractive. The nail tech was very distracted throughout.

I like my nails short for work & she managed to make them look great & they are short.Love! Great fast service and did a great job! My nails look soooo good! Thank you!

Its a nice atmospher, clean. Often friendly could greatly improve in that area never know what youll find. They give a brief shoulder massage that sets them apart from other salons. If you pay cash its a bit less, ATM in facility and you only pay 25 cents to use. Mani and pedis are done very well.

Everything here is great. The staffs are very friendly and talented. They know alot of designs. Highly recommended!!!

Disappointing! $15 for a low quality manicure and $65 for a full set gel nails. Definitely over priced and not friendly.

Was very impressed by Aura Nails & Spa and how they run the nail salon, very organized, huge selection of nail polish, and modernized technology like their super comfy pedicure chairs. Their staff members clean their tools after every customer which I highly appreciate, and theyre very skillful in their field of work.

My sister and I made appointments for mani/pedis. Walk-ins are accepted. We were seated right away. Buisness picked up while we were there, but I did not see anyone waiting. The salon was clean, and well maintained. The pedi chairs are not massage chairs, but are very comfortable. Kiki assisted me and she was kind, thorough and efficient. The prices were comprable to similar sevices at other salons. The spa pedis included a hot stone and wax glove on the heels. I did not see a menu of services other than the spa pedis, but Kiki said they offer waxing as well. They do not have TVs, but the music is soothing. I would return.

They turned me away because they refuse to do facials on men even though I wanted a womens facial just to remove black heads and never asked for a mens facial. Then when I called in my complaint the woman on the phone called me an ugly woman and proceeded to tell me they dont offer facials even though their sign states they do. Also after the fact someone told me they arent great sanitary wise so over all wouldnt recomend at all. If there was a negative star review id hit it.
