Regardless of when I choose to get my balance done should not dispute the fact that my nails were done poorly. This nail salon obviously does not care about keeping customers satisfied as they did not seem to care that Ive lost 2 of them & I have since had to super glue the rest down in order to not lose anymore. Smh Poor quality & poor customer service

I have been coming to Sandy for a number of years and find her work superb. I have had acrylic nails, fills and pedicures and all have been professionally done. The atmosphere is professional, yet casual enough that easy conversation can take place if you wish. I am always welcomed by name and find the staff to be very friendly.

First I will start with the positives of my first experience at Posh. I was able to get in same day appointment. The salon was extreme clean and appealing. The techs were very friendly and only spoke English which was nice and welcoming. They also had a ton of gel polish colors and the front desk gal was very sweet and patient-making helpful suggestions. Now for my actual gel manicure- I walked out spending over $40 and the quality of work was just mediocre at best. I left for my honeymoon later that evening and 2 days later my polish was chipped and in general just appeared messy (see picture from day 2). I had to walk around for two weeks out of the area on my honeymoon with nails that got worse by the day. I got my nails done so they would last and look nice for such a special occasion, but ended up feeling disappointed and embarrassed. When I returned home I called Posh to ask how long their gel manicures typically last and was told on average 2 weeks- could be less if you are in a lot of water. I explained my situation, concern and I was in Alaska (so no water activity!) and called as soon as I was back in town. They offered for me to come get them fixed or to take gel off for me. I explained that due to my job I am not allowed to have gel and would be returning to work the next day so unfortunately that was not an option to do an immediate fix. Basically all I got from them after hearing about my concerns was “ok sorry.” Exceptional customer service would’ve been an apology and a gift certificate offer to “make it right” for your next big occasion.

Well, I called after I googled this place. I asked an amount for a service, and she told me. I asked what time they closed, and she told me. When I got there, I was told I needed an appointment, but they could schedule me for the next day. I mean, nice okay. I felt like that should have been relayed to me when I called before coming out. So, I tried Nail Styling Salon instead. They did a great job. Thanks Posh.

First time getting a manicure and pedicure. I walked in and gave them my name and a lady said come with me I followed her and she said pick a color. There was several displays with different types of polish. I had no clue which display to choose from. Waited and told her what I was having done & then she brought out little displays of polish for me to choose from. I was then told to sit in a chair and a lady came up and started the pedicure process. Then we went over to table for manicure.This being my 1st time, which I told them.at the beginning, wouldve been nice to have more direction given and explanation of what the procedure was. A hello and my name is ________ wouldve been a big help also.As far as the manicure and pedicure, they did a good job. Seen a couple mistakes.I would recommend them but they need to slow down and make each customer feel special.

Ladies at the front desk were really rude. Inside is very small and didn’t have a lot of chairs.Changed my mind and went somewhere else.Better prices too. And much friendlier. Setting a good first impression is important, that was my first time in and my last.Update!~ Gave this place another chance. I made an appointment to get my nails done. Then when I got there I said I wanted to try the dip powder. Lady on the phone never asked specifically what I wanted. So when I showed up to my appointment *15 minutes early* she told me “They didn’t have time”. Standing by my review. This place is a nightmare.

I absolutely love Posh! Ive been coming here for years and Sandy does such a great job with my nails, Im admittedly a perfectionist and thankfully she is too lol. The atmosphere in there is always a fun yet relaxing one and the staff makes you feel welcomed. Ive been getting my nails done for a very long time and out of the salons Ive been a customer of, this is hands down my favorite one. :)

I waited 30 minutes before I decided to leave. There was no apology for keeping me waiting so long. Terrible service. Don’t waste your time with these people, there are hundreds of other places that give great service

Went in with my mom who uses a walker due to complications from cancer. Rotana was excellent, helped her get in and out of her chair, and paid special attention to make sure she was comfortable. It was so appreciated!

Okay experience. My nail tech asked me if I had ever been to the salon and I said no. He then asked if what salon I usually go to, I told him and said that I just try to find a salon that can get me in the quickest who has the best reviews. He responded with Youre not a loyal customer. I did not like this comment at all; he did a good job on my nails but after that comment I just didnt feel welcome there. I have not been back since.

Great atmosphere and employees! I got gel and it stayed on with no chips for a super long time (which never happens anywhere else).

I got a gel manicure from here. I cant even remember when I got them done and theyre still on. Theyre not chipped or trying to peel off. Ill definitely be coming here for now on.

A few friends and I went here for manicures over lunch. The staff was friendly and the respectful of our schedule. My nails look great and the atmosphere was spa like and relaxing. I will definitely return to Posh Nail Bar for a mani or pedicure again soon!

Experience is awesome, the people are great and funny, the atmosphere is just so chill and relaxing so it made the experience nicer! If you go there ask for tho! From what Ive been reading from the reviews sounds like a personal problem or you dont get their sense of humor. Instead of writing a review and complaining why didnt you just talk to them and told them you didnt like this or that and see their side of view. Im guessing the people who posted a bad review complaining dont really know communication but they can come online to complain.Rant over. This place is dope tho!

I have been to this particular Posh Nail Bar in the past and in fact I would drive 30 minutes just to go to their establishment. The staff was nice and my feet and my husbands feet were done perfectly. However, I wanted to come back as I have been busy in Nursing school, and working two jobs. My husband and I are Muslim, and in Islam a man cannot receive any services like a massage, nail care, or medical care (unless there is absolutely no males that are free) anything that involves touching from a woman other than his wife and the same rules apply for women. I called to schedule an appointment that I was eager to enjoy only to find that the male techs at the Posh Nail Bar was not comfortable doing another mans feet? Which means if there was a gay man, black man, white man, any man that came into this Nail Bar would not be serviced? I find that to be childish and extremely poor customer service. Doing nails mani or pedi is their job and if they want to be picky and uncomfortable they should choose another profession. On top of this, the female that was going to schedule my appointment told me where I could find the male tech that had done this for my husband in the past, His name was Logan and he was very nice and professional, made our first trip the best I have had and the reason I wanted to come back. She said he was working at the New Albany location, she gave me the number and I called to go there, but the number rang busy, I called back to see if there was an another number for New Albany and now Logan is back in Vietnam? With all of the diversity here in Columbus, people should be more courteous and respectful of others religions or cultures, it was a job that needed to be done and therefore working with the public it should not have been a big deal. My husband is 60 tall and 280lbs he does not want any man touching him period, but because of his religion he has to for some things. I had to make him go the first time. He had never had one before, and desperately needed one. This day was the worst experience I have had in customer service at Posh Nail Bar at 925 N State Street, and I will never go back to Posh Nail Bar, at least not this location.2/25/2015

I got married on Friday October 7th and had a mani+pedi done at Posh with two of my bridesmaids. It was heavenly! They did a beautiful job on all three of us! It was such a peaceful and relaxing start to such a busy day! And through all the planning last week I didnt have to worry about doing my own nails! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I sent my wife and her mom here as an early mothers day gift. They had the signature mani-pedi combo and loved it! Kinda pricey, but worth it for the quality and relaxing atmosphere.

Prices are in line with other salons. Employees are very friendly and do very good work!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had! Polish chipped after a few days and a week later my feet look like they haven’t been touched in months. To top it off it was pricey. I will not be going back.

I love how my nails turned out, but when I looked carefully few of my nails were cricked !! And the lady was little rough with my hand and rude . But I would want someone else to do my nails there .
