The guy was nice but Paid $35 for a Pedicure which all he did was paint my nails he didnt do anything that would require to be a pedicure other than Trim my nails

It has only been a week and they are dull the polish is poor quality they refuse to change them the pic u can’t see how dull the polish is they do not match or would they fix them I did not pay with a card so I couldn’t dispute it it’s dirty in there along with a bad polish I’m calling the health department to send a inspector

I know both John and Kathy both from coming there for over 20 yrs. We all laugh and have the best time!! Every time I come I meet someone else New!! There Talent is excellent. Great job every time.

The worst place to go get your nails done they don’t have a set price the lady that works there always over charge people extra. They are very unprofessional every time you refer people to go get their nails done they will give them a different price and them have excuses, that’s so wrong you cannot do that I understand you guys I don’t have enough clients you need money but you can’t have you give people different price every. Thing need to change, the owner need to go there and see why they overcharging people and come up with a price range like every other Nail’s shop. I hope this review will help you not to go waste your money there. I also hope that the owner will go and check them out because this is Unacceptable.

John and Kathy always do a great job for a good price. They are always friendly and welcoming, and I dont feel awkward when I visit them.

If you want your acrylics taken off, do it yourself. Well I went in with acrylic nails and asked to have them removed & get a normal manicure on my natural nails. I was expecting something like an acetone soak, but instead they took literal pliers to my nails and cracked them off, and used a bit of plastic to scrape them off as well. Two of my natural nails were broken down past the whites and it hurt like crazy. The manicure was next and overall I was charged FORTY FIVE BUCKS. The same price as a standard set of acrylics. The staff is very kind and friendly, and any other service I would recommend, as I’ve gone there a handful of times before. But my fingers still hurt and I feel I was overcharged.

I enjoyed my experience today. The nail tech was very professional, and polite. He took his time, and did a wonderful job on my gel manicure and gel pedicure. I would recommend their services. He asked me several times if I was happy with the color to make sure I left pleased. This was my first experience here, I will definitely be back.

The service was terrible, if you wanted something done properly they will tell you to pay extra. Poor quality of service. Highly dissatisfied

I am not a fan of the woman’s work on my acrylic nails. It was beyond rushed. I am disgusted by how they turned out and if I didn’t get them to stop biting my nails I would remove them. I’d stay away from the woman, but the man did a great job on my friends nails. I will not be coming back here. I can not believe I paid $30 for this work, I could have bought a kit and done it on my own for cheaper.

I have had nothing but a good experience whenever I come here. I get the gel dip and I love it! The staff is nice. And I also mentioned to them about other colors I would like them to have so they showed me the catalog to pick out some and had them in stock by my next visit! It also didnt matter how many colors I wanted at one time they did it and didnt even charge extra. I dont think Ive ever had to wait except for one time. Now if I decide I want to go get my nails done Ill just call them on my lunch break and schedule a appointment for when I get off work.

Both the man and women were very nice to me, but it seemed as if they were in a rush, even though there was no one else in the store. The man brought the drill too close to my cuticle and ended up cutting me, but that was about it. Everything else was great.

Workers communicate well and create conversation, the first time I went it wasn’t bad. Second time I was rushed out, didn’t even get the full time under the light. And he used nail primer as my top coat. I will never tell anyone to not go somewhere, just pay attention to things. More than I did!

John and Cathy are always quality! Always personal! No assembly line service here. Easily provide safe distancing and masks required. My manicure always lasts longer than other manicures Ive had!

I spent $30 for gel nails and a $6. tip because the color was pretty, John was nice and my nails looked nice. That is until I got home & put on my reading glasses. They were bad!We went ahead and spent our day as planned and by that evening, Id already tried to smooth three snagging nails, and two others that had cracked and one peeling because a strip of previous base coat that wasnt removed was coming off.I went in to show John, (calls himself, sexy john) and he too began filing and blamed it my my weak nails. Yes, theyre weak. ImIm in my late fifties. I know my nails. I have been getting gel nails about every two weeks from another nail place on Polaris Pkwy and this has NEVER EVER happened! I was hoping to find a place closer. This isnt it! Even if you have $ to throw away you will regret spending it here!

Went in needing a manicure with correction needed for one of my nails.... the repair was done and was never told it would be temporary. I thought the repair would at least last until my next manicure.... it lasted ONE DAY! Plus another nail broke in that days time. Probably because he only put 2 coats of gel polish, who knows. Went back the next day and he said he didn’t charge me so he would have to charge an additional $10 for each of my broken nails. That was after I had just paid a “discounted” cash rate of $37 plus tip!!! 😱 Bad lesson learned and will not be back unfortunately....

I love QT nails! I go there to get my nails done regularly and I highly recommend getting the dip nails. I recently just got a beautiful color and it is perfect for fall! The service is amazing, they are so friendly, and I always have great conversations when I visit. Check them out!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming! Prices are affordable as well. The staff only paints, no airbrushing or nail designs so if you want something a little more fancy, skip it. It tends to get busy evenings and weekends but you can always make an appointment if you dont prefer waiting... its worth the wait tho :)

I went on yesterday to get my nails done and I was very pleased. When I entered into the salon everyone was very nice and pleasant. I grow my own nails and I went to get an overlay done and I was introduced to a new technique. The nail tech that worked on my hands name is John. I told him how I wa Ted my nails to look and he did a flawless job on them. When it is time for them to be redone again I will be returning and goes anyone that visits there I suggest you ask for John!!!!! My nails look great!!!!!

I originally went in to get an acrylic gel set but John introduced me to dipped nails. The technique was easy and quick and I also felt that it was a good price. He did an amazing job and Ill definitely be going back!

Horrible. I am upset with the customer service I experienced here. They rushed my sister and I. Our appointment was at 6:30 and they finished around 8; since they were closing, they rushed me out although my nails were drying. They also tried to force gel polish on us, even though it’s a $12 up charge. My cuticles weren’t pushed back, some of the nails aren’t filed straight, and the polish isn’t all the day on my nails. Never again.

I was there once before and received a very good pedicure from the owner and so returned again to be very disappointed. The only other person there was a woman who was not friendly and seemed annoyed that she I was there. She cut my toe during trimming, and was extremely rough during the massage causing me to pull back twice from her. No apology, just give me your foot I should have left then. I was cut again on my heel when she used the (grate) on me. I will not be back. I called to speak with the manager the next day and was hing up on twice! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. dont waiste your money. Oh nails just down the street is much kinder and more professional I have found out. Very nice owner and wife at OH nails.

I come here to get my balance done everytime and I always get good/lighter results! The other nail shop Id gone to applied way too much gel and my nails felt heavier. They like having conversations with their costumers and overall is great service/results! ☺️☺️

I walked in on a weekday afternoon, and understandably there were no customers to be seen. The male employee, who greeted me immediately and politely, insisted that I needed a gel manicure rather than traditional polish for durability and longevity. Well, he worked very fast, Ill give him that. Barely soaked one hand, the other not at all. No cuticle treatment. I felt quite rushed. My gel polish, which he said would last up to 2 weeks, was bubbling and peeling in just 3 days. I am very disappointed with the poor quality of my manicure. I will not go there again.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!!! I got a Gel Manicure and the woman that works here cut my fingers up so bad that 4/10 fingers were bleeding when I left, then SCABBED in the days following. The polish I had applied was so sloppy. I NEVER complain about service, but it was so butchered that I asked for a refund. TURNS OUT THEY DONT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Was given the # to the owner, called and left 3+ voicemails and never heard back. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Their goal is to get customers in and out as fast as possible- absolutely NO quality work. AVOID!!!!! 0/5 Stars.

This place is very expensive and not good quality to be as expensive as it is, they took their time and they were rough and very rude.. $102 for a full set with gel polish and they didn’t even tell me before hand that it would be that much.

My nails looked like they were painted by a 10 year old unfortunately, so I went back to have them fixed and was given a big attitude about it. Then one chipped after a day. Also nicked my skin and it still hurts. And to top it all off, theyre very slow. But they were nice the first time I was in.

Would not recommend this place at all! My friend and I went to get a full set acrylic. Nails were placed crooked, the lady apply the polish with layers and was very streaky. She didnt even bother to fix it you can see my nail through the polish. If I could give this place zero stars I would. 😡😡😡

Nipped my skin and antiseptic did not help. They assured mev they DIDNT nip my skin by my big toe but they clearly did. It was infected. Good ppl but not happy with service.

Also definitely should have read the reviews! My gel polish has chipped after only a week of having them done. She clipped my nails to be shorter rather than filing therefore cracking each nail so they are falling apart. Also each one is wavey because of the way she filed them. Do not go!

I went to QT nails in Westerville for a mani pedi. They checked me and began the pedicure and did a fair bit not stellar job. Toward the end of my pedicure the staff member told me I would have to come back on the following day for my manicure. I was astounded that someone would just stop in the middle of my service. When I protested the staff member was just plain rude. I will not be using this shop again. There are too many choices in Westerville.

Horrible experience I went on may 27th before I left on vk for a week to get toes and nails done, was in there for almost 3hr 75.00 later with tip. Jones wife did my mails and got really up set when I told her they looked terrible and she had Jon finish he said how do they look I said Im so unhappy none of them were shaped properly and they look like a kid did them he said come back in and Ill fix came back Saturday when I got back and he said what do you want me to do I said fix or give me my funds back so I can go elsewhere he refused so long story shot my bank fixed it

I was googling for a nail salon just now. QT is so close to me I could walk there but I am NEVER going back. In mid January 2012 the wife was doing a pretty crappy job on my nails. I was talking to her, she had asked me a question, then she snapped at me that my talking was giving her a headache! She abruptly got up and went into the back, her husband sat down and proceeded to apply polish. My nails were not finished being filed. They were actually sharp and some were more squared then the rest. Worst manicure ever!Most unprofessional salon.

The rudest husband and wife team, awful experiencehusband and wife team, never busy- now I know WHY! I go to Happy nail in Westerville, however they were swamped so I stopped by QT. I asked for a solar balance and for them to fix the white tip that broke. They attempted to fix my nail and it looked awful and the white didnt match what Happy nail uses. The husband decides to tell me that I do not have solar nails, Happy nail doesnt use Solar Powder and that the nail looks fine. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. The Wife says, Customer not no nothing about nails! - really, she should have said that in her native language!
