Every time I go to this nail spa I get excellent service!If getting manicure and pedicure at the same time you can have the option to get them together by 2 technicians. A time saver for sure!It was reasonably priced at $37 for gel manicure and $37 for a regular pedicure. You save 5% if you bring cash to pay with.With a little massage included with both manicure and pedicure you definitely walk out of they are feeling pampered!

WARNING! I had been going to Yen every three weeks for over six months. I always made appointments ahead of time, speaking directly with Yen. I loved it. Yen did a great job and it was a friendly, fun experience. I even randomly took Yen a nice bottle of wine after being at Kroger one day.Then, out of nowhere, a few weeks ago; I was seated, and waited 10 minutes for Yen. When she sat in front of me she was nasty. She threw down the schedule book in front of her and began rapidly flipping back and forth through the days and asked if I had made an appointment. I could clearly see my name and phone number on the date I was there. So, I asked her to go to today’s date and pointed it out. She said she didn’t take the call or write down my appointment, someone else did and she didn’t have time to see me! She was abrupt and rude. It caught me off guard and hurt my feelings. She then said she loved me and came around to hug me. I got up and told her I was shocked and was leaving. I wasn’t sobbing or blubbering, just hurt!My daughter had purchased a $100 gift card for me and there was money left on it so after leaving, I called her. I verified twice it was her to whom I was speaking and said someone other than she would do my nails that day or give me the money left on the card. Her husband, Johnny did them. I will not go back. She needs help and I don’t mean as in other employees….

I’m not one to judge but SHEESH. been here twice in the past 5 days, first for a pedicure, second for dip powder on my fingers. Pedicure was okay at best. Went for dip powder today, terrible service. I was greeted then left waiting for 15 mins, eventually someone came up for me. Nail shape is completely off. Some nails are jagged and not one of my nails was done similar shape. Dip powder feels chunkier than normal. Save your time save your money. Also extremely over priced, especially for this poor quality.

Wen took great care and detail while doing my pedicure and manicure.Very relaxing atmosphere with a water wall and calming music. I highly recommend to everyone. Two men were also being serviced while I was there which is always great to see. Customer service and satisfaction seemed to be too priority at this location. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis.

Booked an appointment. Arrived on time. Waited 15 minutes only to be told it would be another 10. I asked over the phone if there was availability when I booked. I was told yes. If that wasnt the case why take appointments? Nothing was done to remedy the situation. Terrible service.

They did a lousy job on my nails. They charged me $85 for a full set of nails and they look like a 12 year old did them. Not happy!!! Will never return and the 3 girls with me had commented only how horrible their nails were and they will not return either.

I initially wasn’t satisfied with my dip powered manicure. However the owner not sure of her name was EXTREMELY sweet and truly cares about her clients I came back in and they made my nails look absolutely fabulous! I couldn’t be happier!!!! Thank you all soooo much!!!

Both my mother, wife, and each daughter have used them. They did an awesome job on their stiletto full set nails and gave each of them the best pedicures theyve ever had. They were friendly. All technicians were detail-oriented and did an excellent job. Their pedicures are still immaculate, even after walking around all day in socks and shoes. The color selection was great. We were only in the area for awhile but will return again. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get quality, friendly service. Thanks again for doing such a great job for us!

My experience is excellent. I walked around 5:30 pm thinking that they would be able to suit me because it was Saturday and they would be very busy. Yes, they were busy, but I could still come in to get a manicure. The man who welcomed me was very kind and pleasant. I was asked to sit and pick out a gel color while the next manicurist is available. He is my manicurist and he is not surprising. He listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I asked for an almond-shaped nail, he did it. He also spends his time and attention on the small details. He advised me to take the dip instead of the gel because I was growing nails. I am very happy I went with my offer. Although the color was not what I expected (the powder in the package looked pink with a shimmer, but it turned out to be red with light emulsion), I liked my nails. I can wait for my next service with Lavie Nail Spa

Yen is the best!!! I have been going to her for years. I mostly get pedicures, and brows. I keep my nails short, due to my work. However, she is the only person that knows what I like, and never fails to deliver. I tried another nail salon about a year ago (they were closer to me) but they were in a rush, and I suffered the consequences. Yen’s salon makes sure everything is perfect, they deliver! 😘.

Came in the nail salon for getting the Shellac manicure/pedicure w/th MY daughter. The nail tech that worked on me is very young- talent. Nail work and customer service is top notch. Will definitely be coming back!

I have been to so many nail salons and none compare to Lavie Nail Spa The technicians placed a little sunscreen on the top of each of my hands for the UV light and did each nail flawlessly. I was just in this morning and asked for a simple art design and they said they could accommodate. We got through the appointment and when the tech asked again about the design and I showed the picture AGAIN was told by two people they could not do it. So after being frustrated that they had already said they could I told them to just finish off with just color. Not even 30 min later after my appointment, the gel on the acrylic was coming off and peeling. It was a very poor job! I went to anther place to have it fixed and they told me it was a poor job and that the design I wanted was simple and they should have been able to do it no problem. But they also said that gel is not supposed to come off like that right after the appointment. It wasn’t properly dried or something. So the other salon basically had to strip it down to the acrylic and start from fresh. Super disappointed.

I really like this nail salon. I came in after work an hour before closing. They were happy to take me in. For being the last customer for the night, they did not rush the work. They treated me as if I was the first customer of the day.I am not a loyal person when it comes to nails service or hair salons, but I do picture myself coming back!Definitely worth checking out.

They are so incredibly friendly and hardworking. Have been going for awhile and have had several pedis, manis, and my eyebrows done. Today I brought my two month old with me to get some much needed self care time. I went in and the staff was very nice, including the owner. The owner was the one who did my toes and nails. I told her I wanted to keep my nails longer and square shaped. When my nails were finished, the were the shorter than I have ever cut them and were completely rounded and uneven. One staff member threw a piece of apple from her child, who had spit it one the floor, into my friends pedicure water while her feet were in it. They even cut my nails so short, it is painful to write or do anything. Would not recommend!

Ive been to 10+ nail salons for a full set in the last 4 years and my experience at La Vie in Westerville was by far the best yet. They were extremely thorough, constantly made sure I was getting what I wanted, and the results were phenomenal! And they were less expensive than other salons in the area. I will definitely be coming back to their nice, affordable, clean, and professional salon!

I usually dont do this but im highly upset. Im new to Columbus and came here with a friend to get my eyebrows done. Only to have a big chunk of my right eyebrow chopped off directly in the middle leaving me with a ball spot there. Only for the lady to tell me I have a scar there. Ive been getting my eyebrows done for over 15 years now and ive never had a scar on either of my eyebrows. Im highly upset and I feel like I look absolutely ridiculous. Honestly I feel like she did it on purpose. I wont be back ever. I feel really silly paying to have my eyebrows completely destroyed 😢😢😢

***NEVER GOING BACK!!!***I had my nails done here for my wedding and the acrylics started lifting and broke within days of getting them done. Then I returned about 8 months later to give them one more chance since this salon is less than a mile from our house. I got my eyebrows waxed along with a gel manicure. The technician pretty much butchered my eye brows (it took me over a month to grow them back) and she never used any type of cooling gel or lotion so they got terribly infected and swollen. Then my gel manicure was done so terribly that it chipped within a week of getting them done not to mention the tech was un-able to find the matching toe polish. I sat in the chair for 20 mins while he and the manager searched for the correct polish and still the color on my toes is at least 2-3 shades darker than my nails. So after all this I left and realized on the drive home that the gentleman had bumped one of my nails during the initial application and had smudged my right thumb then just tried covering it up with one coat of paint. I will literally drive 25mins back to my old salon in Clintonville before ever returning to this place!!! The staff talks about you in front of your face and the manager is incredibly un-professional!!! I highly urge anyone considering this salon for the first time to STAY AWAY and take your business elsewhere!
