Cathy, the owner, her husband & staff keep a clean, well maintained shop with a warm & friendly atmosphere & offer a variety of services. I always get a great pedicure along with taking care of my ingrown toenail issue & have been coming here for years. Suggest you give them a try 😉

Kathy, Tran and her mom always take great care of me. I prefer Tran to do my nails, she takes her time and I always get compliments. Kathy builds great rapport with her customers!

Although most of the workers dont seem to understand English( theyre Asian.They dont appear to be able), they do excellent work on pedicures! Since I dont get manicures, I would assume theyre good at that as well. Each chair has a massager that you can control. Their prices are not bad at all. I try to go once a month . Its totally well worth it !

Friendly, fast and efficient. Ms. Kathy and Danny are great.

They dont have enough staff and dont follow the order people come in. Be prepared to wait, and they always greet you by asking you to come back another day/time. This will be my last visit.

Took a chunk of my toe. YES a chunk, with the foot scraper on my pinky toe. it’s bleeding. first time coming here.. 50$ for gel pedicure. probably won’t be back:( *** EDIT 8.15.20. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS... PINKY TOE IS BLEEDING AND FEET ARE PEELING. WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!

I always have a great experience when i come here, very busy salon and they have good customer service. The owner is a wonderful woman and makes sure she greets all her guests..you can definitely tell she runs her shop quite well. 5 stars!

This place accepted walk ins and had friendly staff. The decor is dated and the options for colors is less than some other places but theres still a good amount. They did a nice job on my nails

This nail shop far surpasses the COVID-19 nail standards. They are super clean and reasonable on the prices. Kathy is great at brows as well as nails. Very friendly and inviting.

My 1st pedicure in a couple of years because I really dislike having my feet touched. It was actually a pleasant experience for the most part. Everyone was very nice & my feet look as wonderful as can be.

The worst nail salon in Columbus. Save yourself time and don’t go here. I had a horrible nail tech who was on her phone most of the time while I sat there with my nails half done. When I first got there and was directed to sit down at her station she didn’t even acknowledge me and kept looking at her phone. She didn’t show me all the gel colors even though I asked multiple times if they had any more colors. She did such a horrible job on my manicure. My nails are uneven, there are bumps in my gel, and she didn’t even put lotion on my hands afterwards. She used hardly any cuticle gel too. For a $35 manicure I expect a much higher standard of customer service and quality. The quality here absolutely sucks. I’m extremely disappointed knowing I could have gone anywhere else and had a better experience. Will not be back.

Kathy is the best! She does a excellent job and doesnt take a long time! Depending on the time and day you go there may be a wait but remember good things come to those who wait!

I have been coming here for about 2 years now. Kathy & Tran are always willing to try whatever design I show them. Danny & the rest of the staff are awesome too! They always make me feel welcome. Sometimes there is a wait, but they are worth it! I moved out of the area, but still come here because I love the staff, their work & the prices are good.

I had a great first experience! Cathy was my nail tech and she was awesome! Helped me pick the right color and the polish is impeccable! She shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them and was sure to check that I was happy. Very chatty and super fantastic customer service! My nails look great!

Love the staff here. Very friendly. If there is a wait it is worth it. Ive been coming here for a while either by myself or with my daughters for a girls night. Ive had acrylic nails and gel nails which seemed to peel. Cathy started me an dipping. I love this process, the nails last for many weeks.

My nails haven’t been the same for months because they damaged my nails so bad! They make them look so nice but once I took them off my nail beds were damaged. Even my my toe nails are so damaged. Save your money and go elsewhere because I don’t think they are sanitary at all. I feel like my toe nails have fungus under them. My nails are finally better after 4 months and constant care for them.

Great prices, friendly staff, and great service! The weekend wait can be long, so I no longer go than. On week days Im served within 10 minutes or less.

The work is good but the wait is awful. Only the techs in this entire salon for a busy Saturday. Two weeks in a row over a two hour wait and no preference for loyal repeat costumers.

The wait is so long...but had the best pink & white ever!

I asked for my gel nails off and regular polish. The lady kept saying you know regular polish chips. Gel so much nicer. I kept saying I didnt want gel again it was for a special occasion. She pushed me again to get gels and finally I said NO!The gels came off easy enough but the manicure part was one of the most painful I have ever had. My nails were soaked in a shallow bowl of tepid water with marbles for less than 3 minutes and then she went at my cuticles like a weed whacker. Multiple times I pulled my hand away and said OW! multiple times my cuticles bled. She said you okay. Not a questions a statement of fact. Her tools came from a plastic box in her drawer, not from a sealed bag from an autoclave. I have serious concerns about the sterilization of the tools. I came home and soaked my hands in Epsom salt and doused them in alcohol to try and get rid of any possible germs. If I didnt want the gels off immediately I wouldnt have went there but I know for sure I will never go back.
