Typically when people do dip nails, they are bulky and unnatural. Mrs. Diane and Mr. Frank are incredible and my nails speak for themselves!

Went in today for the first time to get a pedicure. It was the best pedicure I have ever received. Angela was very attentive to detail and considerate. I accidentally messed my toe up and had to go back and they fixed it for me at no charge even though it was totally my fault. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

1st visit and it is a very nice salon everyone was friendly! Frank is was a great tech(my nails were a mess)

I really wouldnt suggest to go to this salon.1.) The do not have a solid pricing system so they will over charge you with hidden fees. They bring this up in the middle of doing your nails so you feel like you dont really have a choice.2.) With them having hidden fees you will not know that they charge acrylic nail prices by length and they will also add a few for shaping. I can understand the shaping one a bit more, but they really need to be more transparent with the price being higher with length.3.) This doesnt go for everyone in the salon, but the guy that I was with was inconsistent with my acrylic nail shape.My nails didnt look too bad at the end of the day, but the little problems throughout the experience were definitely ones that I have never had before while getting my nails done. Im hoping that through this review, they will better display their prices and be more transparent.

Kind, efficient, clean and creative!Been here for more than 2yrs.My Frank is better than yours.Im always satisfied when I leave.For my 50th he did Wonder Woman nails. I was completely satisfied!

I am moving my original review of Nail Studio to this place because they moved across the street and changed their name, but its the same place:I went here for a full pink and white set, not even 2 weeks ago. I usually go 3 weeks in between balances when I am getting nails done. A week in, they starting lifting from the back, giving a HUGE POTENTIAL for fungus. I told them I wanted them to take them off no charge, as I dont want a fungus to grow. She said 20.00 to remove them and offered to balance them. Not on your life would I let these people touch my nails ever again. She claimed they needed balanced, but a balance is when they grow out, not lift from the back. I havent ever had this happen. Go to La Vie nails by Jommy Johns. I showed them my nails. They couldnt believe this was a new set and didnt charge me to take them off. They just earned my business. Its just as close and their quality is much better (I know people who have been going there for awhile) SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM Crystal Nail Spa.

I had my nails done this past Thursday and the color a glitter was exactly what I wanted. But, the shape of my nails were not working for me. They were oddly shaped and I really didn’t notice that until I got in my car. My schedule wouldn’t allow me to go back inside so I went back the next day. I told the owner that I wasn’t happy with the shape of my nails and he called for the technician (Lin). She told me to sit down and she started filling my nails. As she is filing them ( she was hurting me)....she is also scolding me and telling me I should have told her when I was in the salon. Obviously, I would have if I had paid attention and examined them when I was there. She continued to file and yell at me the whole time I was there. She hurt me so bad that I haven’t been able to use (4) of my fingers without severe pain. The skin is cut and bleeding in four different places on my hands! And the worse part is she knew she was hurting me. I would pull my finger out of her hand to stop her from continuing to hurt me! I should have gotten up and left the first time she hurt me but I didn’t. If I had it to do all over again I would have!today is Sunday and my fingers are still so sore and painful. The moral of the story is, I guess you never really know what someone is capable of until you piss them off! It’s really a shame because I always liked Lin! Best of luck to you!

Technicians are friendly and do a terrific job. Easy to make an appointment and they always return phone calls in a timely manner. I also love how the place doesnt have that nasty, overpowering nail salon smell. Able to relax without getting a headache. Good selection of polish, gel or dipping powder colors, options on the massage chair, and youre always offered a beverage, water or coffee!

I love this store!! They have the best people there. The owners Tracey and Frank are very attentive and care about their customers very much! My nail beautician Trish is very patient and has done a good job on my nails! Want your nails to look perfect? Come here. From the minute I walked in to the minute I paid for the service, everything was great. I feel like my gel nails stay on consistently long here and are super well done. I had a wonderful experience and my nail and toes look GREAT! I will definitely return and would recommend it to my friends.

I called this before scheduling an appointment to ask if they could dip on one of my toenails which got injured several years ago and didnt ever grow back right. Im allergic to acryllic. Over the phone, I explained about my allergy and asked if they could do a repair with dip. The reception asked a nail tech and came back to the phone and said they could do it itfit would be fine. When I got there, at the very end of the pedicure, one of the employees comes over and says they cant do it. I drove past no less than 10 nail salons ( from Gahanna) just to waste my money on a service performed by unprofessional liars. I will never return and am literally posting about this experience to my Westerville Womens groups on social media.

I absolutely love Crystal Nails! Ive been coming here for 0ver a year and Diane does such a great job with my nails, The atmosphere in there is always a fun yet relaxing one and the staff makes you feel welcomed. So I went here to get my nails done for my wedding I am a nail tech myself and told “frank” that I did nails he said he could pull off a design I showed him and I was not pleased 1 he did not use clean sanitized tools on me he put all the drill bits used on me right back in his stand to use on the next person !!!!!! The buffer block he used had nail dust from god knows who!! There was little dips on my left pointer finger and my left pinky is shaped funky my right pointer finger had a large dip in it from the pink to the white needless to say I paid 55$ to go home and fix my nails myself I was not satisfied with the work I received he had to keep stoping to answer the phone and take care of people at the front and I feel that’s how my nails ended up messed up they are under staffed he needs someone to take care of the front for 17yrs of working in the nail Industry he should know more trick and trades then just basic nail work . I will not be returning here and I recommend you not going either

Wonderful experiment, we had all three girls gel manicure with a lot of color to choose from here. We will be back, the place is so clean and fresh air with welcoming from friendly nail tech.

Very, very unhappy with my experience. My nail technician had 1 headphone in her ear and the cord hidden under her sweatshirt so that she could talk on the phone during my entire manicure... which she did. She said all but 3 words to me- I asked a question regarding one of the colors and she responded “yes” however it wasn’t a yes or no question!!! Was trying to get glitter on top of my color and when she put it on you couldn’t even see it. Instead of offer a new recommendation or show me other glitter options, she was just going to keep it like that until I asked her to let me pick something new. Bottom line will not return here again for the sole reason that she was sneakily on her phone the entire time and obviously not paying any attention to my nails. Disrespectful!

People were very nice but couldnt understand anything they were saying. I was there at 5:45p and they didnt close until 7p but I felt like they did a rush job so they could get out early.

For several months, I had a irksome nails until I found here and no complain. The employee was talent and funny to chat to and did a great job! Highly recommended!

Since had some bad experiences at other salons, I decided to check Crystal Nail Spa out! She was truly kind, funny and did a fabulous job! I cant wait to come back.

Diane is great! She was able to make my short tiny nails look so natural in a French tip style. Attention to detail and super clean and very sanitary. Will drive back to Westerville for their services from Centerburg .

I started going to this nail salon before they moved and always enjoyed my nails there. Only complaint is they didnt have a lot of gel colors to choose from and always trying to upsell you. Well yesterday I went to the new location called Crystal nails now, and was treated horrible. I walked in and the girl says we cant take you. I go I dont mind waiting, she says no were booked cant take you. So the lady I had been going to for a few months name Trish comes out didnt speak never even looks at me and says Im busy and walked away. It was extremely hot in there as well, but the way I was treated after spending my hard earned money in this business for months was completely unexceptionable!!! I will never go back there and will never refer any of my friends here again. The salon was full of people who didnt look like me so I wonder if this was the reason I was treated so badly?! My money as an African American woman is just as good as anyone elses. This is a very bad look for this business and I will never ever go there again.

Took my sister with me over the weekend to get our nails done, we both get acrylic nails, the man that did my nails was very rude, I showed him a picture of what I wanted done and he did something completely different and got mad at me when I told him that it wasnt correct or what I had asked for! The lady that did my sisters nails was being very rude to her and laughed when she burnt her with the drill, OH and to top it off one the guy had finished putting the acrylic on my nails and was filing them, they werent the same length or shape, he also made them so thin that after two days the tips of my nails are literally breaking, this place is HORRIBLE and a complete waste of money, Im going back to demand a refund for how much I spent for our nails to just break off. Please anyone that reads this, DO NOT go here, theyre rude and they dont listen to what their customers are saying and then get mad and purposely ruin your nails to get back at you for correcting them.

The owner is super nice but I was fooled by how nice he was. The nail artist I was placed with didnt know what he was doing. He filed my acrylics down very low I clearly said not to. When I ask for a design on one finger, he told me he didnt know how to do designs just solid paint. So I spent a lot of money for a new set of nails for my spring break vacay to be very dissapointed and embarassed. Four days had past and one nail pop off completely, I felt like I had glued on plastic nails from wal-mart. It has been a week and a day and all nails have came off. I will not return or recommend anyone going unless you see the only actual nail artist they have in there. Which is only one and you will need to call for an appointment. Good Luck Guys! Booked an appointment for myself and my 7 year old daughter for mani/pedis. (They have a kids service menu!) We were both warmly greeted and promptly taken back to begin our pedis. Salon decor is beautiful! Pedi room is nicely lit - no glaring light. Really pretty chandeliers and motivational paintings! Music is on but not overpowering. Tina did my daughters toes and nails and Dylan did my toes and nails. Both were soooo nice to us! The massage chairs and whirlpool pedi tubs were very nice with liners. Treatments we selected were great!!... get the hot towels and sugar scrub. So good. Everything was very clean and sanitary!. Could not have asked for better service, ambience, or treatments. (much better than the grand salon down the road ). We will for sure be back!! Thank you Crystal Nail and Spa! We really enjoyed our visit!

Im not impressed. Unfortunately the nail tech I got didnt seem experienced.For my pedicure I picked a color from the tower of nail polish selections. I always look for OPI in black but didnt find it. So I pick from whatever other brand they offered in the color I wanted. Before the nail tech painted my toes, she tells me the polish I picked is extra long lasting polish brand name bottle and it will cost $3 more. I told her I didnt want that. I just want the color I wanted. That was frustrating to be asked for an upcharge when I wasnt expecting.My foot soak water temperature was ok, not hot but tepid. They had run out of hot water. For the next customer, I saw a girl filling the foot soak tub next to me with hot water the Kerig coffee maker! I couldnt believe it! This girl ran back and forth at least a dozen times.Lastly when I got my nails done, there was a flower vase with gross old brown water.The massage during the pedicure and the manicure was weak as well.Overall, I didnt like the service, lousy attempt at up charge, or lack of attention to detail. The price was very good due to the 40% off new grand opening, but I wont be back. So many other places to pick from know in less than 1000 ft away.
