This place is awesome! I was looking for a good place to get my nails done, this place always has same day openings (especially during the week). The quality is really good! I went the first time and had Victoria, she was great and did a great job. This time I had a different girl, I think her name is Annie. She did such a good job on my pumpkin nails! Very close attention to detail and you cant beat the price! Also, theyre doing a great job with complying with social distancing and cleaning! Highly recommend.

They were so nice. I had Mallory for pedi and Brandy for Mani and they were so amazing and talented! I would come back! The pedicure is a bit expensive but it comes with a lot and takes a while, they take their time and everything was perfect! They pay close attention to detail and were very talkative. I loved it.EDIT: The polish started chipping sooner than I would like and my skin around my finger nails was a just bit red and sore.

**EDIT** Total rebound!!! I decided to try it again, and have found the only nail place I’ll go anymore. New management and staff, and the place is great!**2 years ago** I used to visit this location and loved the gentleman who always did my nails. Apparently, he moved on, and I’ve had nothing but poor quality nails the three other times I visited. Beautiful place, clean, kind techs, but the actual quality of the nails has been poor.

The new set I received yesterday is embarrassing. My nails look huge and fanned out. Way too much acrylic was left on the nail and they were very poorly shaped. Looking at my nails from the side and even just feeling them they are not smooth but have an uneven and wavy texture. My mother’s manicure was also done in a sloppy manner (different tech). Polish did not cover entire nail. My tech did not have a name tag or introduce herself either so I am unable tell you who to avoid. I’m not sure if it’s lack of skill or just plain old carelessness but it’s not a good look for their business. Would not recommend.

Run as fast as you can! Not only are they unprofessional they were rude and obnoxious. My nails were a different color than my toes. I asked for them to match and the nail tech REFUSED to change the color. Do not waste your time or money.

Very very nice. Let me try a couple colors combos. This still Isnt what I really wanted. Shape wise. Ill still go back.

The service was awful, the workers are sooooo unprofessional, I didn’t feel welcomed at all .they weren’t on time tho i booked my appointment and came on time. My nails were missed up, they just wanna finish with you super fast! I.can go on and onNEVER again!!!!!

Nothing extraordinary really, paid about $55 for a dip gel manicure which is a bit more than I’m used to and the service was fine. Only would go back because of the convenience of how close it is. Overall an average experience, nobody was rude.

I got a infection in my nail bed from this shop. I did notice she did not sterilize any of the tools she used on my nails, just pulled them out of a box or they were already on her work station. And the file and buffer were not new. I had to go to urgent care (it was that bad within hours). Afterwards I stopped by the shop to show the owner (he was not there) Vicki (nail tech) was upset and said she would pay my bills. She insisted she didnt cut me, I tried to explain that they are not sterilizing their tools they use. I asked to see her license she could not produce one. Im waiting on the culture results of what type of infection they gave me, in the meantime I will be filling a report with the health department.

The the nail tech was not professional. She didnt get all of the black polish of the acrylic before she put the new layer on now I have black spots underneath. I asked for just a clear coat she took that as well no polish then so she didnt put the clear coat on. The quality of the fill isnt any good either. I wont be going back.

I am incredibly pleased by the service I received today from Julie! They were fast, no awkward need for conversation, just exactly what I wanted when I arrived. They have a 5% discount for cash payments and a rewards program - $15 off for your 11th service. There are better, and worse, but this is up there with salons I would actually enjoy to go back to!

Terrible service. I’m a frequent patron of this shop which usually has mediocre service but it’s location is convenient. Today I went in to have one nail replaced and waited about 20 minutes before a patron with no appointment walked in. The patron who walked in after me got impatient so the nail tech began to service her immediately. I waited a few more minutes before asking when I would be serviced and a tech finally responded saying she doesn’t do long nails I would be serviced soon. (My nails are a medium length and the person who stated this did the nails I have at the moment on a previous date) never the less I just asked if she could just fill the nail in then instead of adding a tip and she stated I’d still need to wait. Unfortunately a lot of nail shops like this don’t value service because of frequent patronage and walking but I’ll be one less customer for this nail salon due to today’s experience.

Took my girls to have a daddy girl day. Staff was awesome, made them all feel like princesses, and very patient while they chose their colors. First time Ive been to a nail place it was even nice for dads. Clean place and a chill vibe.UPDATEThird time going her updated their shop real nice forgot to make an appointment and they fit us in with little wait offered tea, coffee, or water while we waited owner was real nice and made sure we left happy. Had a picture of nails and they made them come out just like the picture. Girls had a great time thanks again

I am not one to typically write reviews, whether I am extremely happy or unhappy, but I had to write a review because I am so unhappy with my experience today at this place. The first time I went, which was a few years ago, it was a great experience! The salon seemed clean and the woman who did my pedicure did a fantastic job. I also treated my sister and my mom to a pedicure and they were happy too. That same year, I asked my husband for a gift certificate from there so I could get a pedicure before our 10 yr. wedding anniversary trip. I made an appointment for a day or two before we were to leave and the salon cancelled because the nail technician I was scheduled with called in sick. I explained my situation and they made no offer to try and get me in, so I had to scramble and find another place last minute.Fast forward to a few years later. I decided to finally go and use the gift certificate and to also treat my sister to a pedicure for her birthday. We both got the deluxe pedicure, which is $45. Her technician made rude comments about her feet. Also, because I chose a color by Essie, i had to pay $3 more. When I went to pay, using my gift card, and to pay the balance with a credit card, they said that because the salon was under new management and the gift card was purchased a while ago, it was only worth $10. My husband had purchased a gift card for $50. I expressed dissatisfaction, but didnt want to cause a scene. Essentially, the pedicure was $45 and since they didnt honor the gift card for the full amount, I essentially paid $85, plus an extra $3 for Essie brand. When I got home and looked closer at my pedicure and saw how sub-par the finish of my pedicure is, that was the last straw and what caused me to take the time to post this review. This salon has gone down hill and I will never go back and recommend you choose somewhere else too!

The best thing about it is that my nails have not lifted or broke off at all in almost 3 weeks!! The shape is 100%the way I asked her to do & the cost is very comparable to other places that dont keep my nails on long enough.

After a bad experience at another salon, I was nervous to get my nails done again but they did a WONDERFUL job. The salon was large, airy, clean, & nice. Great setup & selection of polish. Wonderful & gentle work on my acrylics. Both the owner & tech were so nice.

There are better salons. No one was very friendly. Everything was done very quickly during my gel manicure, and the tech was a little rough. Wisps of cotton ball kept getting stuck to my nails as she was painting them. She was disorganized and kept dropping things. They are not nearly as neatly done as my usual salon does, but I needed a manicure today and my usual salon was closed. Its a shame because this salon is much closer to my house, but it was more expensive and not nearly as good. I wouldnt bother with this place.

Pleasant staff. Clean and bright salon. My technician Julie remembered my needs after one visit, and she is timely and very thorough. My dip powder lasts 3 weeks with no chipping, or fading. (I also prefer not to use LED top coat). The open concept doesnt make you feel crowded and rushed like a mall nail salon atmosphere. Huge selection of colors. So glad that I found Lush!

Quick and clean, but not very polite. She was really short with me and asked me to make up my mind when I changed my mind and decided that I wanted my nails trimmed. Also, there were some mistakes in my polish and polish on my skin around some nails.Also, I was up charged from what I was quoted on the phone.

I’ve been in 5 times now. I haven’t made an appointment so I’ve gotten different techs. The first 3 times I loved my nails! I had no complaints. The last two times I have gotten the same women. The first time with her, I didn’t really pay attention to my nails until I left because they had been sooo good before. All of my nails were slanted and uneven in the same direction. I decided to go back last Friday and get them done again. This was the second time with the same woman. I tried to address that my nails were not even a few times. And still ended up with uneven nails. At this rate I don’t think it’s worth going back.

I’ve been to Lush multiple times with my daughter and the experience has been fabulous! Vaughn and Vivian are so nice and absolute perfectionists! Prices are fair and the salon itself is very clean and new. Plus you can bring wine in from the bar next door! They always care about the customer experience and go a long way to make sure you leave happy.

I feel like I will have foot fungus after leaving there. She did not get everything off my feet, She cut my toe nails too low and to top it off the polish was chipped and smudged before I left. VERY POOR I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I CAN! I am upset that I had to pay for this mess. It was not worth it and I never send reviews but this was AWFUL! YUCK this place is so close to work that I thought I could and would go back. NEVER EVER EVER! TWO THUMBS DOWN! Under my big toe nail it is already itching and burning.

I would rate this establishment at 0 if I were able to.I received a gel manicure and pedicure, within 8 days my gel polish came off completely. My nails are so weak.I returned to ask what they would do to fix this and was told to sit and wait until they had time. I sat for a while, but I had to leave.The next day I called to see when would be a better time, they told me to come in the next day at noon. I arrived and sat for an hour and I left because they didnt want to fix this. I asked for a refund and he refused. I will NEVER return.DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!

Great salon, great nails, great experience! Having had some bad encounters at other salons lately, going to lush nails and a true professional, Vaughn, was very refreshing! My nails look wonderful! Vaughn does a great job with attention to detail and is very personable and entertaining as well!

I would highly recommend this place and if you dont live close, I guarantee it is worth the drive! Excellent service and everyone is so friendly!!

I just came here today to get my eyebrows done and it was such a poor and disappointing job. The salon looks good it looks pretty clean but let me tell you about the experience for my eyebrows. The wax felt like it barely got any hair off, and I was correct to think that because she spent so much time tweezing. My brows were also arched unevenly. She didnt use scissors to cut until I mentioned it and even then it wasnt done properly.

RUN !!!! Do not .... I repeat DO NOT get your nails or anything else done here. This is THE most UNPROFESSIONAL salon Ive ever been to. I will NEVER waste my time or money here again. I suggest you do the same !!!!

I would give 20 stars if I could! Vuong did my pedicure and I had a blast!! Hes very funny and takes the time to explain things that may go beyond the particular service you are receiving that moment. His customer service is amazing and I think I have found my new nail shop. This spa can only succeed with this man on staff.

My sister and I both went for manicures. We both left with polish all over our skin, my sister got the wrong color, and both of our nails were uneven, slanted and shaped terribly. Very unhappy customers.

Vicky is amazing! I go here often and they always get me in and out. Very nice and professional. They do dip polish and it is so much better than gel!

It was a not so great experience honestly. 5 of us walked in around 6 on a Thursday as I had made an appointment for the 5 of us earlier that week and they didn’t even take note of it so weren’t ready for us. One of us got just a gel pedicure and she started first and it took well over an hour and a half I got a pedicure and a gel manicure before she finished (we both got a basic pedicure so nothing crazy that should’ve taken that long). My toes look bad I asked for flowers and theres just dots with lines after explaining exactly what I wanted many times. Then when it car to my hands she couldn’t do the first 3 things I wanted because they were designs and apparently my nails were too short but they’re fully grown out. These were also my wedding nails so she basically couldn’t get anything I wanted so they’re just white and the ring finger is just rose gold sparkles. There’s also bubbles on several of all of our nails. She also kept buffing and filing my nails and kept getting my finger it was so raw and started to bleed and now has a scab she also made my other hand bleed. Its also only 3 days later on Sunday and my nails have already chipped.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I walked in today for a full set one lady started on my nails and cut them too short so I requested them to be longer she threw a temper tantrum and complained To one of the other nail techs loudly with an attitude then I had to move and get my nails done by another nail tech who was very aggressive and my nails did not turn out as good as they should have very overpriced me and my friends will never come back save yourself and go to Pascarti around the corner!

Ive gone here twice and not pleased at all, the first time I went I was with a friend and it was a Sunday we walked right in the place was clean and staff was friendly but the guy who did my nails(Ken) rushed through half of my pink and white set and pushed me to some woman to finish my set so he could start my friends manicure I figured ok they are busy Ill just deal and understand but my nails came out uneven and just not what I wanted especially spending that much money. I decided a week ago to give them another shot because I needed a balance. They had the same tech Ken do my nails because I guess they all dont know how to do a pink and white set and again he rushed through to help another client he did finish my set this time but again they are uneven and not what I should of gotten for the price! Will not recommend to anyone I will be finding a new salon so I can at least get what I want with the quality Im paying for! Id give them 0 stars if I could! Dont waste your time find a salon that will invest their time into the quality not just an experience!

Von did a beautiful job on my nails! One of the cleanest and friendliest salons I have been to in Columbus. Prices are reasonable and you can tell they care about their business. I would absolutely recommend!

We made a reservation a week ago for 4 of us to get our nails done. When we arrived, it seemed as though they didn’t even know we were coming and ended up having to wait 25 minutes to get our services. I was excited to go somewhere new based on the reviews it got, but it was a total waste of time. I ended up leaving because i didn’t have enough time to get them done at that point. Was very disappointed.

I i’ve been going to this nail salon for years. I specifically would make appointments with one woman who I knew does great work every time I would come in for my appointment with her she would put me with another person this happened 3 times, she cancelled 3 appointments. Those three times my nails have been chopped, botched and I’ve left aggravated and in pain. This last time was the last time I’ll ever go there. She filed my nails so low beyond repair, i had to argue with her to stop filing and they are crooked, poorly done, manager will not respond for a refund. The pain is clumpy it’s the worst and I’ve sent MANY people here!! Next post for picture

The staff is very friendly and the service was awesome! There werent many people working so we ended up waiting until people were free, but ultimately I would definitely go back. Especially at their price point! Ive had worse pedicures from places double the price. If you arent in a rush, this place is perfect.

I love this place. I got a gel mani and a regular “deluxe” pedi, they have a couple of selections for the pedi with up charges. It spent $98 with a tip. I felt welcome when I arrived, the tech took her time and didn’t rush through my nails. I called before I came in and as soon as I walked in they had a seat already open for me and someone ready to do my nails. I love the consideration. I will definitely be back in the future.UPDATE: I got my nails done Saturday today is Friday and ALL of my gel on my nails has already lifted and needs redone, when I had initially went in on Saturday I ended up smudging one of my toes. I went in the next morning right at 11 when they opened and no one that worked there offered to take the polish off and repaint it, I had to sit there and do it myself (just paint over the smudge) normally I wouldn’t care but after spending close to $100 dollars there the day before I felt like they could’ve done a better job. Probably won’t be back to this place because of the gel already needing to be redone and it hasn’t been a week.

Overall friendly staff, but its day three, and my gel polish is starting to bubble up. My daughter has a spot on her foot that is rough where the foot scraper got her, so its a little tender, and Her friend needed a bandaid when we left because her cuticle got cut too far back during her pedicure. Nice polish selection, clean work stations. We will likely return.

I went to this place yesterday because I decided I wanted a last minute gel manicure and didn’t want to schedule an appointment at my usual salon. My nail technician was so rough that two of my fingers are swollen and sore today (hope I don’t wind up with an infection). She repeatedly jammed her long fingernail into the space between the side of my nail and skin (I’m assuming to remove excess polish) until it hurt and told me the problem was my nails are too short. She didn’t shape my nails as I requested, and when she was finished, I still had polish all over the skin of almost every finger. Won’t be going back here.

I love coming here with my dad! The service is exceptional :-) they take such good care of us and are very attentive!

As bad as I wanted to leave this place a good review, I just couldnt. My sister in law and I stopped in on Friday because we had a wedding on Saturday. We called ahead to see if there was any wait and since there wasnt we decided to give this place a shot for a mani and pedi. We arrived with no one in the salon and immediately went over for our pedicures. During this time a woman came in wanting a balance and pedi without an appointment. He went ahead and had a third staff member get her started. Later, another woman walked in whom they forgot scheduled an appointment. They rushed our pedicures (didnt even get the full experience) and then made me wait until my sister in law was done with her mani for him to start on mine. Meanwhile, the lady who came in after us with no appointment didnt have to wait. Does that make any sense?To top it off, the color I picked from the examples wasnt even close to the color that ended up on my nails and my gel manicure is completely off. It chipped the next day and then began peeling off a few days later. It hasnt even been a week and I have no color on my nails at all. It was a complete waste of money and not even worth going back to have them fix it.The place was nice, bathroom was clean, staff was friendly but never in my life have I had gel come off that quickly. I am very disappointed and will not be returning anytime soon.

I recently moved to Columbus and stumbled upon Lush Nail Bar after I had a very negative experience in another salon. Over the course of a couple of visits, the technician did an amazing job helping to restore my damaged nails. I havent gone anywhere else since. Nice atmoshphere, friendly staff, and quality work! I would definately recommend this salon!

I got a full acrylic set done. Ken kept hitting my skin. I know its hard but to get me so bad I check to make sure Im not bleeding is crazy. Not coming back. No tip deserved.

The staff are very friendly; however the person doing my nails was not very good. In fact he laughed about his inability to polish nails when he began there. I got a gel manicure. It was very bumpy, uneven and sloppy looking. The tech had to try to file down the edges where it ran. They looked awful. Will not go back.

The next trip I went back to get a balance thinking it was jus a mishap. NO! My nails broke again within 5 days. The owner told me if you get long acrylic nails they will break this is UNTRUE. She clearly didnt care about what I was saying nor what I wanted. Anytime I ever get acrylic nails Ive never gotten short nails only medium length or longer and theyve never broke EVER. To prove it my sister also went to this same salon and got short acrylic almond nails her nails broke twice upon her visit. Long story short, Id never recommend this company to anyone ever in my life!

Lush Nail Bar is the best nail place I have been too . Both times I have had great experiences and my nails have held up for a long time . Both sets of acrylics I have got done lasted over 3 weeks ! The staff is so nice and they do the best work ! Will definitely keep coming back !

Great service and quality. I however would not recommend the older koren* woman who works there to have your acrylics done she doesnt listen to your requests and does a crappie job, every other employee there however does a great job and always listen to your wants.

Will never ever ever return back to this place. Originally typed up a long review of why but hit a button on my phone and it disappeared.
