Really enjoyed my experience! I forgot to ask the name of the woman who did my gel polish change (her equipment said Sue and Ann), but she was very friendly and my nails look great. They offer their services for a pretty good price, comparable to another nail salon I have been to in the area. I also love the ability to book an appointment online. I will definitely be returning here.

My first manicure and pedicure in years and I fell in love. Rose was amazing and Dom was a blast to talk to! I will most certainly return as the customer service and precision and care that was taken of me being a first time customer was spectacular! They were able to get us in last minute and were extremely kind and professional with excellent service and products, leaving me and my mom feeling absolutely pampered even in our limited timeframe which they were very willing to accommodate!

My BFF and I have looked all over for a good place to get our pedis... she drives all the way from Chillicothe and let me tell you this place is WORTH the drive!!! The customer service is exceptional the level of services they offer is better than anywhere else. We shopped around many places and made this one our spot!!! Highly recommend the Royal pedi for only $55 they really take care of you and take their time making sure you feel relaxed!

Dominic is the best! He never rushes his services and you deff get your money’s worth with him. Everyone is good as well I just feel like sometimes they rush. There is one new lady there though that is 1000000 percent thorough and if I knew her name I would deff give her credit! But all in all great place... plus they have wine😁😁

I love this nail salon. The staff is always friendly and efficient, they always try to get you in even without an appointment, it is also affordable and you get a lot of services for your money.

I was looking forward to finding a nail salon near my apartment complex. I thought I had found my spot, but I left highly disappointed and underwhelmed. The pedicure was good even though the price I paid did not match the price advertised. As for the acrylic set... I am staring at thick nails and I am not impressed. I told the nail technician how to shape the the entire time, and I still left with thick nails. I asked for an itemized bill because I didn’t understand how it was so high in comparison to the prices advertised. I wouldn’t mind if I actually liked the nails.My nail technician said she has been doing nails for ten years, but I think a refresher course is required to keep up with the trends. There’s no need to have thick acrylic nails in 2020!

Im so disappointed in my nails that I think Im gonna go on a nail recession for little while and just do press ons. I got a balance on Sunday and by Monday 2 nails broke. I figured maybe they were too long and asked for a cut down when I returned back to get them fixed. my nails are still supposed to be long choffin shaped and instead I have nameless nubs. Ive attached pictures to show the nails dont even match the others in length. Im over paying full price, twice in 1 week, for nails that dont meet my expectations

Dipped nails were not straight. They were very nice and accommodating but I was not impressed by my dipped manicure.

We have been going here for years. Had my wedding party in for toes and nails. I’ve tried other places and always go back even now when I no longer living close to here. Kind of like “Cheers”, where everybody knows your name. The decor is peaceful. My nails always look better and last longer than other places. Love Angel and Dom!

Not recommended bbbaaaddd!!!The worst service I have come across!Don’t know to do good manicure and pedicure!!!Charge a lot for nothing!!!!Me and my mom come to do manicure and pedicure and we get some dipping powder they really did bad job they do the nails extremely thick and not like you ask them and the service was so bad that I would never recommend any of my friend to come there!!!!!!You pay way too much than what you get we pay $120 and we get a work of 20 bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I had a gel pedicure with Dom which was honestly amazing! He is so detail oriented and very professional!However! I went to get an acrylics fill and I am disappointed like no other! First, I asked for Dom and was told he doesn’t do acrylics (what?). And then another girl said she would do for me and guess what! It started peeling 2 days later! (Which has never happened to me in the past 7 years of using gel polish!!) I went in to get it fixed and she put a coat on top of the existing peeled polish and of course not a week later and it started peeling again from the same exact spot!I am beyond disappointed and will never return!

Work across the street and I can always count on coming in during a lunch break for a quick pedi. They’re very nice, gentle and reasonable. Highly recommend it you need a quick and quality pedicure. Thank you!

I saw that this place opens at 9am ( with appt.) I tried them out. Angel did not disappoint. He had me out in 35 mins. Exactly how I wanted and ready for work by 10am. BTW, First time customer. My new Nail Spot👍👍👍

The people were very sweet. However, the nail tech cut two different fingers. As one finger would not stop bleeding, I felt unsafe continuing the manicure and adding polish on top of it. They let me leave free of charge.Update2 hours later- Three edges of nails were cut. Two are now puffy. They shouldn’t be cutting cuticles.Do not recommend.

The staff was very nice, however I dont think the lady who did my nails understood English very well...I told her I wanted my nails cut three different times so they would match as two of my nails were broken and she nodded like she understood but she never cut them. So, I left with two nails that are way shorter than the rest of my nails. Also, when I was paying for my nails and signing the receipt, I noticed there was a $7 tip automatically added on to my balance. I never even had the option to tip. When I pointed it out they refunded me and re-did the transaction. Big waste of time and money.

Best nail place Ive ever been to. Ive gotten countless shellac manicures and this is the only place that consistently does it well. They stay on forever! Staff are extremely friendly and remembered me after my second visit. Love these guys!!

I wanted to get my nails done ASAP and they are right down the street from my house. The pedicure was awesome! I walked in though and I hate when nail shops are hot. It was 78 degrees in there and I’m 8 months pregnant! When the husband (owner) came in he noticed that and finally put the A/C on. As for the nails I asked if they do the dip and they said yes. Well they started on the dip process on my nails but COMPLETELY cut corners to save money (or ran out of the supplies) For those who know the dip process the drilling on the nail should be LIGHT and there is no UV light needed so that threw me off. And just as I expected three days later my nails look dull from the gel top coat. (Which was the whole reason why I stopped getting solar nails). And the dip colors were scare compared to other places I’ve been. They are super nice and friendly, but I wasn’t truly satisfied.

This was my first visit and it was great. They were able to accommodate our group of 5 quickly and took great care of us!

I felt punished . . ? I was looking forward to a positive experience, however, I couldnt understand the lil girl doing my pedicure. She handed me a card and asked which one. Since I was short on time I pointed to the Basic $30. . I ended up paying $55 with no explanation of the xtra cost. The water was scolding and the salt massage took off half my skin. Next time Ill drive the xtra distance to CK Nail for a more professional relaxing pedi.

Its the worst place I ever seen, I had very very bad experience in pedicure I chosed the deluxe and its even cannot accounted normal in other nail salon. And for the manicure they don’t have the gel color I want and when I found it in the regular nail color they told me that they will charge me as a gel. For my doughter they didn’t do what she asked them, and she was very sad. I do not recommend this place ever ever

Bellagios staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Lloyd is fast yet very detailed with nails.

Its a rather small place, but other than that, I cant fathom why its so unbusy! They do great work, some of the longest-lasting manis and pedis Ive had. Relatively cheap here too, especially for the quality. Top value.

Overpriced. I had an appointment for a gel mani pedi one hour before they close. They made me bleed while doing my cuticles more than once. They rushed on everything they did. They cut my nails in a very sloppy fashion and when I asked very nicely for them to fix it they refused and said no, they look beautiful. Will not be returning. Do not recommend.

Way too expensive. Cut my nails down to the skin, painful to even type.
