Dont waste your time . When people say old school they mean youll grow old waiting . Your place in line is dependent on if the barber feels your cut will take longer than he wants or if he thinks the next guy will tip more . The numbers on the wall are decorative or something. Used to be a great place but I guess like everything else, things change . Was able to find a new shop that shaves after the cut ( only other one Ive found ) in Gahanna and wow, wish Id found them sooner .

Waited 40 minutes and then was passed up to have to wait another 20 minutes just to be passed up a second time . I wont be back . Sad . Used to be so good . Maybe it was do to only having 2 barbers and 2 empty chairs but never used to have stupid wait times or poor service. Not looking forward to finding a new barbershop after 33+ years and 3 different owners but I guess everything changes .

Been going to Westerville Barber Shop for over 6 years. Consistency is great. All the guys are meticulous.

Convenient location, plenty of parking available, and access is down an alleyway between two stores in the plaza.Waiting area is outside in the alleyway which is overhead protected in case of inclement weather, with tables & chairs for customers on a first come first serve basis.Pandemic measures are in place; a sign up sheet is required; and everyone, both barbers and customers, are required to wear a mask.Inside the shop there are three chairs separated by thick plastic curtains.Barbers are professional, skilled, and attentive.Strongly recommend.

Granted we are in 2020.The wait time was short. Put my name on the log in book, and took a seat. My wait time was only 5 minutes, as it was half time for the Buckeyes game. The gentleman asks what I wanted to do, that it self is hard to explain. As I have been going to a franchise hair place, for 4 years since moving here. He took his time getting everything perfectly straight. The one part of the experience there. Was the hot neck shave. That is something you just wont find, at your local franchise type location. I will definitely be a repeat monthly patron.

Excellent cut at a great price. The gents behind the chairs are all competent and confident in their craft. The conversation is often lively and always courteous. During peak times there can be a sizeable wait, but its worth it for the quality of the job. Once youre in the chair, its always less than 30 minutes and often quicker based on your desired cut. The guys always make sure youre satisfied with the work before you leave. Once I found this place years ago Ive never had my hair cut anywhere else.

Ive been going to these guys for about 20 years. Tom is the only one left from back in the day but its still a great shop. As one guy said, the banter is worth the price by itself. The guys have great rapport with their customers and have a lot of loyal guys like me who keep coming back. This place is a good, old-fashioned barber shop that knows how to cut a guys hair.

I received my first haircut here as a child back in the 1970s, and Ive only gone somewhere different a few times since. Theyve always done a good job and I feel they charge a reasonable price. They cut my hair the way I ask, if for some reason I dont like it, its not because they did it wrong.

Ive been going here for about a year now, ever since moving to the area. Ive had 5 different barbers cut my hair there, and have gotten a great, traditional barber shop haircut from all of them. I always get what I ask for, or what I forget to ask for. Ive moved a little further away, but an extra 10 minutes of drive time is well worth it...The guy just up the street jacked my hair up one time, and thats once too many for me. Heres a tip...Bring cash, and leave a tip. The price is more than affordable for 2017, and real barber shops dont take plastic. Take that plastic and your greased up, hard-part hairdo to your Moms Stylist! Good work fellas...See you in a couple of weeks.

These guys cut hair and they cut hair good. They aint pretty. Well OK one of them is pretty sure he is pretty but the other guys arent so sure. They dont take credit or debit cards. Cash works every time. They dont have a receptionist and they dont try to sell you shampoo or hair conditioners. They dont have a Latte bar and if you wanted a scone with that trim you are probably in the wrong place and nobody here is gonna miss you when you leave so you dont need to see a therapist about the feelings youve hurt. Their chairs look like barber chairs not stadium chairs. There is a place on the wall next to the door where you can take a number if the shop is full but nobody gets too anal about it. Youll know its your turn when you get the nod. The only bad part Ive found is that the shop is hard to find the first time because it sits at the end of a sort of cul de sac passage way in the shopping center. Well there is one other sorta bad part that probably is good. There are very few women passing in front of the windows at this shop, thats bad. The good part is the barbers dont stop cutting while everyone turns to look at the attractive ones so the haircuts are pretty quick.

Ive been looking for a barber closer to home. Took my son in for a haircut. Explained that we parted his hair a specific way, and the barber proceeded to give him bangs anyways... Needless to say, well not be returning.

Decided to give this barbershop a try and got the worst haircut Ive ever received in my life. The older gentleman with the goatee has no clue what hes doing. Im embarrassed to leave the house without a hat on. I may have to shave my head because he messed it up so bad that the only way it can be fixed is to shave it. If I could give this man 0 stars I would.
