I decided to let my feelings marinate for a day before writing my first bad review of a company. just yesterday i received the single worst haircut i have ever gotten. i had quite long hair and was interested in keeping it long but trimming it back about 2 inches. i was extremely specific with what i wanted. the lady took off way more hair than i asked for, and cut my bangs that were previously down to my mouth when not styled up to halfway up my forehead. there’s literally nothing to style now. all of my growth from the last 7 months is just gone and i am out $27 dollars. should have asked for my money back but the lady was very kind. felt bad expressing my unhappiness. however, regardless i will not be returning to sports clips again lol

It was a nice experience. I dont go to these places because I like sports, (I dont HATE sports, but I dont care to talk about sports while getting my hair cut) but I do go here because they tend to be better than average with a set of clippers. Checked-in via mobile app (because why not) to reduce my wait time. Had a nice conversation with Allie, the stylist, who seemed to have a genuine interest in making me look better... And I assure you, I need all the help I can get.

I had the exact same experience what austin posted here.1. The stylist who checked in with her started to fold washed clothes for almost 10 mins making me to wait until i asked when i would be called.2. She doesn’t listen what we say, rather more interested in marketing their products3. I replied their survey and they replied it is a mis communication. It is their job to confirm what they interpret is rightI am highly disappointed with this store. I do not recommend and wont come back here

Really .25 star. Not 1. Only .25 because the lights were onStopped in for a haircut tonight but no one wanted to cut hair I guess. I got there a little before 6 and signed in. There were two women working, one cutting, and one at the desk. Two guys were waiting to get cut. The woman at the desk got up after about 15 minutes and took one of the guys. In that time the other woman finished her customer and immediately took the second guy, so I’m next. By now it’s 6:25’ish. 10 mins later the first guy is done and the woman cleans up, grabs her purse, and disappears. I waited 20 minutes but she never came back. The other woman never acknowledged me, at least said I’ll be with you, or made eye contact. My hair takes 5 minutes to cut. It’s one blade no fade. Two women that were there, just retire if you don’t want work. Tell a customer you can’t get them in if you can’t.

Waited 30 minutes past quoted time because the available stylist took the person below us on waitlist first. Even though we were checked in store and waiting 15 minutes prior to her doing that.

Nina did a fantastic job! Before I came in, I was unattractive and ugly. I looked like a caveman that was on a 30 hour meth binge.After she serviced me, I turned into a solid 6 out of 10.10/10 for the service

Came in for my son (9) to get a haircut, he ended up ecstatic with what he got! The stylist asked questions and got approval but over all conversed with him and got it done.
