I am new to the area and just happened across this great establishment. It does a good job of nailing that classic feel, and the atmosphere is very hometown. I did not schedule an appointment, and walked in after work that day about 4:45 pm. I was told to check in and that it may be a few minutes, which is expected since I did not call ahead. But before I was even able to sit down, Laura, waved me over and let me know she would take care of me. She did a fantastic job. Super fast, super efficient, and super friendly. After she completed her work, she made sure to introduce me to Bill, the proprietor. Awesome customer service. I have been going to see Bill at Sport-Cuts for close to 10 years, beginning when I was a student at Otterbein College. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else for a haircut. Ever since I first visited, everyone has called me by my first name and been so friendly. I have never been disappointed with my haircut. Bill (along with everyone else) does a great job of making my appointment based on my availability. Every walk-in is greeted and in a seat quickly. Price is very reasonable and there is a discount for Otterbein students. I have taken my soon to be 2 year old son to Kristy, ever since his first haircut. Kristy does a fantastic job! My son can be a challenge in the chair too. Everyone always make myself and family feel welcome. The entire staff take the time to get to know you and their focus is always on the customer. I would highly recommend visiting any barber/stylist at Sport-Cuts!

I have officially been going to this place for 21 years! Doug Williams (Owner) does an amazing job cutting my hair and I have never been disappointed. The hair cuts are very reasonable and he actually offers discounts to Otterbein University students! Having graduated from Otterbein in 2012, I took full advantage of that offer, walking over after my classes. I would highly recommend going to this place if you are in need of a haircut without paying an arm and a leg for it. Dont worry ladies, they offer womens hair cuts, coloring, and styling as well, all under the same roof!
