Days of trying to get someone on the phone for an appointment. I have called several days and at different times during their business hours. I dont want to walk in due to the length of time it takes to color my hair with highlights and lowlights plus a cut. So, yea I need an appointment.They lost a GOOD tipper because they wont man the phones.

Unfortunately same experience as others that have reviewed. Would honestly be 1 star if not for a good job on haircut and the workers being personable and patient. My review is based on the environment of Saturdays and an employee not following their own guidelines, and not on the quality of the haircut - which was very well done, and they were quite patient with a teenager.Jessica was 30 minutes late for a 1pm appointment (not with another customer, but walked in the door 20 minutes late, then took another 10 minutes getting ready) and during a pandemic the she also was not wearing a mask...didnt notice until nearly halfway through a haircut and had chalked it up to her running late and getting prepped...but then she never attempted to put one on even after another customer had asked for one because he forgot his (which they didnt confront him about, he had to ask when he noticed how uncomfortable we were). While patient and nice service, there was only one employee wearing a mask the majority of the time (an older lady who was also spraying down her station and appeared to be doing everything she could).The place also reeked of cigarette smoke, almost stifling...I think the employees smoke out the back door?

They messed my sons hair up so bad!!!!!! We wanted it short on the sides and long on the top and she basically buzzed all of it off… and his first day of kindergarten is in two days…. Thanks a lot 🙄

Ive never left a review of anything before. I typically dont complain even when I should, but Ive been upset about this for 3 days now, and I cant get ahold of anyone at the salon, so here goes: Thursday, 8/19/2020, I checked the website to see if they were open. The website had their hours posted as closing at 8 pm. I called to be sure but didnt get an answer. I had 2.5 hours left, so I decided to drive up and take my chances as a walk-in. When I got there around 6 pm, I was able to open the door, but the lights were off, and there were two ladies at the desk who told me they were closed. I apologized, started to back up as I explained it said 8, they said the hours changed to 6 due to Covid. They at least offered to schedule an appointment for me, so we schedule an appointment with Brandy at 5 pm for the next day, Friday 8/20/2020. When I arrived for my appointment the next day, there was only one girl working, I didnt catch her name, but she had long, wavy hair. She was busy putting rollers in an older ladys hair. I told her I had a 5 oclock appointment with Brandy. She said shed have to call her, so she abruptly stopped what she was doing and disappeared into the back. When she came back, she hung up the phone, looked through the book and said she didnt see me scheduled. She told me I could schedule another appointment or wait, but she didnt know how long shed be. I told her Id wait. When she finally got me in the chair, it would turn out to be my worst experience getting a haircut. This location has always been mediocre or awful at trimming my mohawk, but there arent enough negative words to describe this most recent experience. I explained several times what I wanted to have done, and she still somehow managed to do the exact opposite of what I instructed. I explained that since the hair that grows on the top of my head, closer to the front, grows faster, it was a lot longer than the hair that grows on the bottom,or the tail of my mohawk. My intentions were to have the front of my hair trimmed, so that when my Mohawk is spiked and fanned out, it is an even, circular, arc. What she did was cut the tail of my mohawk, so that everything is an even straight line when it is laying down, so now the tail of my mohawk is even shorter. Everyone knows, or should know, that a proper mohawk is going to look super choppy when its laying down. Lets face it, I now have a bob. This will take me at least 4 years to grow out and fix. If you dont know how to cut a mohawk, dont brag about cutting your girlfriends mohawk, and certainly dont ruin someones hair whos spending $70+ on the cut and product. She didnt even buzz my sides properly. I said NO GUARD, and she still used a half.
Had an appointment on Saturday at 11. However, when I arrived I was told Caitlin was not coming in that day. I rescheduled for the next day at 11. Once again I sat there for 15 minutes and she didnt show. Another stylist took my number and said the manager would call me that day by 5. No one called. I had gone to the Saturdays on North Hamilton for the past 2 years and never had any problems.
Good luck getting in. Been here twice now and they have 1 person working on a weekend. Pretty much impossible to get in without appt. There people care about there job and are good but will probably never come back
Stopped by at 4:30 on a Tuesday evening. Was told “I’m done for the day, sorry”. Store hours state open until 8pm. Not the first time I’ve stopped and they have been closed well before closing time. Hire reliable people.

I went in 45 minutes before close and asked if there was still a discount offered for customers that worked in our plaza. He told me Id have to ask the manager tomorrow and made me feel dismissed. I said I didnt really need the discount and he looked at the clock and asked if I was willing to wait. I said yes and he told me to have a seat. He didnt say how many were ahead of me or anything else. He never took my name to check in or gave me any indication. I stayed for a half hour waiting until an elderly couple came in after me and he treated them the same way. The man wanted a hair cut and stated his name. The stylist asked if he had an appointment and he said that he didnt so he asked him if he wanted to make one. I understand it was much closer to closing at this time however this employee is simply rude and disrespectful. I stood up and left so that they could be taken care of because thats how I was raised. This business needs to address their associates accordingly. After observing all of this, I dont think I wanted this person touching me anyhow.

I can’t believe the atrocity that I found on the top of my head after leaving Saturday’s. This was by far the worst haircut I could’ve imagined. The layers were not blended whatsoever, my hair was MUCH shorter than what I asked for (which made it very difficult to fix at Kenneth’s), and I didn’t receive the shampoo and style as the advertisement indicated. On top of this, the woman cutting my hair mentioned she doesn’t work at Saturday’s, she is just filling in because they are understaffed. I was waiting for a cast with cameras to come out saying I’ve been Punk’d. I would HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere for your next haircut.
I went in with my own hair issues, my hair had turned a slight green color after I colored it myself ( mistake)! Well Gerald Jones at the sunbury rd Saturdays absolutely fixed my hair. Made it a beautiful brown with highlights and also a wonderful short cut. I really love it! Everyone tells me how wonderful it looks. So thank you Gerald!
This was the WORST haircut I HAVE EVER HAD! I asked for a TRIM and she chopped off my hair! It was so uneven and chunky. I had to get it fixed by someone else. This girl butchered my hair so badley that my hair went from my shoulders to my chin by the end of this whole ordeal! I am beyond upset. I learned my lesson, Saturdays is not worth my time.

I booked an appointment with Meghan due to a friends recommendation even though the salon is very far from where I live in Columbus. I have a wedding to attend this evening and when I showed up for my appointment today, I was told that Meghan was not coming in and my appointment wasnt in the books. When I called and texted Meghan, I didnt get a response so I went home. On my way home, I got a text from the mutual friend explaining why Meghan wasnt going to be able to do my hair. This was 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment and after I spent over an hour in the car.Very unprofessional behavior. I understand that things come up but a courtesy text/call would have eliminated the entire situation.
Me & my family have been going to this Saturdays for 25 years & it is consistently great with the stylists creativity & excellent prices. Keisha is by far my favorite & styles my sons hair too.

I have been going to Gerald for quite a while, I usually just try to walk-in on Sundays, keep in mind they are not geared for walk-ins. I went on a Saturday and got an awful haircut by somebody new that probably shouldnt have been allowed to cut hair alone just yet. Reason for 5 stars, I called the next morning and Gerald answered the phone, and said come on in and Ill see what I can do. I thought it was hopeless, I have very fine hair that is unforgiving. He still managed to make me walk out feeling confident about my haircut, apologized despite it not being his fault, shook my hand and said I appreciate you coming to me. From now on I will schedule appointments with him, hes the man!!! Also Miesha is equally as good at cutting mens hair.

I went to Saturdays a little over a week ago to get my hair cut and I absolutely love my new hair! Megan was so nice and fun to talk to while she cut my hair.

We made an appointment at 11 AM on Sunday morning and arrived at about 10:57...lights were still off and movement in the salon. We waited until 11:10 & still no lights and no movement. The website clearly says open at 11...this is ridiculous.
