Very nice atmosphere and a pretty good hair cut. I was highly discouraged though by the stylist constantly commenting on how it was taking too long because I had too much hair. She began complaining around the half hour mark that she was going to behind the rest of the day and that I need to be more on top of getting my hair cut. If I am going to pay the pretty large price they charge for a hair cut it should not be my responsibility to keep their schedule. I was on time for my appointment and did nothing wrong.

Pretty pricey, but they do a great job! All the ladies are very friendly and professional. I had Kenya take care of me, and she pampered me. I definitely recommend!

I had Mariana and she did a great job with my hair. Came in with an overgrown mess and she took the time and effort to make sure my hair came out looking great.

I checked out the prices online then headed to store. Once inside the price was $9 more then online price. They didnt offer to honor the online price just made a comment as that must be old. I did get excellent service!

Megan did an excellent job. 100% satisfied with their Club Cut service. Came in with a mop on my head, left looking the sharpest Ive been.

Don’t come here if you have long hair she cut it like a bob cut, all my flow is gone I don’t understand how you can’t let me walk out looking like Lord Farquad.I’ve come here when I’ve had shorter hair though and the cut was great.

I visited Tina at the Westerville location today, and I cannot express how pleased I am. I have lived in the Columbus area for just over a year now, and up until this point could not find someone to cut my hair the way I like it. Tina was very receptive and super friendly. She is extremely detail oriented and makes sure everything is perfect. I have finally found my new regular place/person to get me right every two weeks. THANK YOU, TINA!!

Stopped in yesterday while sporting a beard for the first time in my life. Do yourself a favor and book some time with Mary. Ive been to quite a few different places in life and Ive never felt more comfortable or in more capable hands. I showed her picture of how I hoped my new beard would look and after only a quick glance from Mary, she offered me a seat and within an hour I left more than impressed. Wish I could give her a rating more than 5 stars; surely an asset and hope shes always there to book when I need another trim.

I had my haircut here for the first time by stylist Michelle.I stopped in and they were busy so she offered to book me an appointment, so that we did not need to wait the 30 minutes for the next stylist to be free.(went and got dinner, instead of waiting around)When I returned they were very professional, personable an polite. Felt like I had been there 100 times, when this was my first visit.I was changing my haircut (had the same style for 5-7 years) and did not give Michelle much to go off of, as I had no idea what I was talking about... just shorter.She was able to offer great advice and took a little off at a time. Made the process much easier.When they were done you receive a hot towel and wash, as well as a straight razor neck shave.Overall I had a great experience and felt very comfortable here. The cut rooster package was $30 + Tip, but I felt like you truly get what you pay for. I will be back when it is time for another cut, solely based on the service that I received. This is coming from a previous $10 haircut special kind of guy that would not normally spend money on a quality haircut. Keep up the good work!

Always a great place to relax and get a good haircut

Nicest stylists and owners around! I walked in for the most dramatic hairstyle Ive ever attempted and it was a resounding success. Tina was my colorist. What I especially love about this place is the cohesive vision for the salon -- the decor, music, style, and attitude. This is a salon sans drama and trash-talking. Everyone was noticeably helpful to one another and to me. I was offered drinks about 20 times. My services kept me in the salon all day because they were so intensive, so they even offered to bring me lunch and moved my car twice to avoid getting a ticket! I will definitely return, namely because of how exceptionally well I was treated.

For starters my haircut is very simple - buzz cut all around so for those of you looking for in-depth reviews of the specific styles and what not just keep scrolling haha.....otherwise awesome quick haircut! Greeted shortly after arrival which goes a long way in my book. Sarah was great and attentive to whatever request I did have. You can HEAR the difference in the clippers they use versus the ones at other haircut places which shows that they are quality and the buzz cut certainly shows it. Straight razor neck trim was an added bonus and for the price-point - will definitely be making this my go-to place in the future!

Great experience, staff are friendly and do a great job. Three listen to what you want, and for me, always get it right. You are not rushed, and the appointment system means i have never had to wait. I get the full shave and cut, great service. It is expensive, but the overall decor, experience and ultimately the quality of the cut, is a superior and worth the dollars

I take my son here for his haircuts and he is always happy with his hair cuts.I would share that even though you pick a specific person the last 2 visits he did not get the person he requested.Also this last time a female stylist cursed outloud several times while my 8yr old daughter was feet from her not professional at all.

Tina did a fantastic job with not only my hair but with every aspect of my experience. Roosters is clean and well maintained, you feel comfortable entering the building. With every aspect of their service they go the extra mile and make you feel amazing. The decor looks even better in person. Fantastic is the word I’d use to describe this place. The workers create an atmosphere of relaxation and professionalism which is not seen in other barber shops. Also i was coming off work late and i had a scheduled a 6pm appt, i called and notified i would be late by 10 minutes late. The receptionist at the desk was incredibly helpful and David said it would be no issue. If you are on the fence about price don’t be it is worth every penny. I have had many of the barbers at the Polaris location and all are great but to me the standouts are David and Tina. I have given both of them very little on what i wanted with my hair and both of them have worked wonders.

I love this place and have been going here exclusively since discovering it two years ago. In fact, I first came for my kids but loved the service so much I changed my stylist and became a Roosters fan. Ken, Kenya, and Tina are my favorites here but you probably can’t go wrong with anyone.

High turn over rate or they move people around too much which is a HUGE con because the regular faces are the best. Went in and got a cut that looks like a child attempted it for the first time and not at all what was asked for. This isn’t what you expect from Roosters, especially at the price. Extremely disappointed and not coming back and that’s a shame because up until now it has been fine.

AJ just gave me the best haircut Ive ever had hands down. His attention to detail was impeccable. I am a single father and bring my 16 month old son with me and the all of the staff has been nothing but amazing with him. 10/10 would reccomend. Worth every penny

Moved up here about a month ago and by far my favorite haircut Ive gotten. Im picky with my hair because it gets poofy when it gets longer but without saying much Jomar knew exactly how to cut it. Great conversation, very professional and polite, and just an all around good haircut and experience!

I can honestly say that Ive tried every salon in Northern Columbus for a good mens cut. Everywhere let me down, but Roosters is amazing. I have loved my hair cuts and the service is just simply something I never get anywhere else. Oh, and the Shaves are AMAZING. Trust me!I am so happy I found this place.

I have been going to the same place for years and because I moved Was forced to find a new barbershop. I am very picky and particular and I will say this place exceeded my expectations. I even looked around and everyone seemed to be getting great cuts and treatment also. Definitely recommend. I see some people commenting on the price point but I say you pay for what you get.

From start to finish my experience there was wonderful! Kenya was my stylist and she was very attentive to detail and spent extra time making sure there were no fly aways and assured I walked out of there looking GOOD. Awesome, old time, looking barber shop that finishes with a hot towel, hot shave, and a shampoo after the cut.

Jomar is a magician with clippers! You want a once and a lifetime fade, you need to go to this place and see Jomar. Roosters is an atypical. Barbershop feel with true time and effort being put into your grooming. I won’t be getting my haircut anywhere else or by anyone else other than Jomar moving forward. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Roosters since they opened (3+ years ago). People are great, shaves are outstanding and always love my haircut. The management team is top class and laser focused on providing an enjoyable experience. Thank to Tina and Tom for making Roosters the only place I will go.

Expensive at 35 to 55 a visit, but their people are the best Ive found. Its worth the time and money. When you go, ask for something new. Since you can be sure they wont screw it up, its a good chance to test out a new style

Nice haircut in a comfortable environment

John was my barber and unfortunately it looked as if he put a bowl on my head and cut around it. No fade or taper to blend the hair for a seamless transition. My previous visit was good, however that stylist is no longer there. I am extremely unhappy with this last haircut.

Best haircut experience in my opinion. Roosters Mens Grooming isnt cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for in a haircut. With your haircut, you get the hot towel treatment, they shave your neck with a razor, shampoo (and sometimes conditioner), and then they put oils and powder on your neck afterwards. Theyll normally put gel in your hair, so its also a good place to go if you need a quick cut and need to head somewhere else afterwards. I definitely recommend this place!

Jomar at Roosters is by far the best barber I’ve found in or around the Polaris area!! I moved down here about a yr ago and haven’t been happy with anyplace I’ve been until meeting Jomar!! Best barber in and around the Polaris area, hands down!!!!

Prices are up there but the service is unparalleled. Went here for my wedding and my best mans wedding, and got lots of compliments on my hair. Dont go anywhere else. This one stop shop does it all.

Expected a perfect haircut... but got a very basic haircut thats not even in par with what I get in GreatClips. I am very disappointed and now stuck with this for next 3 or 4 weeks.Lesson learnt and I am going back to my old hair stylist from next time. I regret making the decision to come here.I cannot offer a second chance to this place at this time. May be after few months or never.What sweet about this place is the service. After our discussion with the lady over the counter, she was kind enough to not charge me. I like that and so 2 stars. Else I would rate 0.

Worst haircut experience ever. Paid $50 to get my hair trimmed, needed up shaving my sideburns off, cutting my bangs off and then leaving no fade just a big line. Spoke with the manager and they fixed it and said i have a credit for a free cut, come back in and they charge me full price. Called the shop and got no answer 3x left a message and still have not heard back. Gave them time to make it right and they didn’t. Wish I could give 0 stars.

This place is a butcher shop. I had been going here since it opened. On Saturday took my son in for a cut because he had school photos the upcoming week and we wanted him to look sharp. The had appointments at the same time. I told his barber Jamal ( who turns out that it was his second day cutting hair) to trim and taper the sides and back. When they spun my chair around I saw that Jamal had given him a crew cut. The manager said she was sorry and Jamal had had a mistake. Unreal! I asked to speak to the owner. The manager called the owner but she REFUSED to speak with me. Terrible customer service and she owns the Roosters in Dublin too. FYI, while this was going on, another customer returned stating his stylist had gotten distracted while cutting his hair and forgot to cut one side. His wife noticed and sent him back. Wow! Get your hair cut there at your own risk!

Best place to get a premium mens haircut in Columbus area. $30 for a haircut where they exclusively use Avada Mens products and wash your hair after each cut! My new standard.

It was amazing!! Super clean & friendly loved the atmosphere.The gentlemen barber on staff today(dan I think?) was great!!! Funny!!! Was great w all of his clients while we were there & even able to entertaine & kindly tease the kids ! Now my kids are 11& older but it was wonderful ! Haircut was jacked up and the guy literally tried to put a bloody towel on my face. When I said thats was blood he immediately said no its not. I said i dont want a towel. Never left a review on anything, but that is gross.
