Awesome. Staff have always been super nice and friendly, very attentive to what youd like done. This is my favorite place to go because the stylist, Melania, always does a perfect job on my hard to cut, thick, cow lick ridden head haha! If you go I recommend asking for her if shes available, I trust her to cut my hair in multiple different styles and I always leave feeling handsome after a great haircut by her. 5/5.

Awesome place for a hair cut, they cut and shampoo, which the shampooing is great because you get a massage and a warm towel with conditioners for your beard, love the service here.

I drove from Newark Ohio to Westerville Ohio it took 45 minutes with it being the Covid times that we are in I checked into the mobile app and waited another 40 minutes until it was my turn. Even though I had to wait and there was only one person working cutting hair I will have to say my experience with Kaley Jo was one of the best experiences I have had when it came to a haircut

Cant comment on haircut. Cancelled my check-in and locked the door as I walked up. Times are hard so I get it hard to find staffing but please update hours. Hard to get out with kids For a haircut so really a let down.

Showed up at 5:40pm and was told that they were unable to provide me a haircut due to them closing in 20 minutes, despite the closing time being listed as 8pm.

Malaina did a great job and was friendly, prompt and professional. I will definitely be back and recommend her to my boys.

My son and I have been going here for about 5 years. They always do a good job but dont get your heart set on getting the same stylist every time. There is a lot of employee turnover, but it doesnt seem to affect the service.

I’m sick of this app telling me I’m up next then I get there and I’m 3rd in line and have to wait 30mins for my hair cut after I already waited 40mins for the app to tell me I’m up next.

All the stylists are very professional and really listens to how you want your hair cut. Mu son will not go anywhere else and he is very picky with his hair. We received 2 MVP packages for free just for showing up and my son could not be happier.

That was two people in there that had no idea of what is going with the salon, computer or hair cuts. She is totally destroyed my and my son’s hairLike really bad.

Ive decided to try this place after receiving a coupon for a first time customer, Ive never tried them before. Ive registered online for check-in and visited the place, asked the stylist if my coupon is valid. I was surprised to know that Im not a first time customer, not sure on what basis. Im sure I never been to a sport clips before, i wonder if its because I registered on online account or my phone number that many mobile companies recycle, I do not know. Any way it was embarrassing before others to defend myself but it was hard to prove I never been there before.On another note while paying the bill, the minimum tip for the stylist starts at 25% with three other options up to 50%, if Im right there is no option to select lower than that to complete the checkout. If there was an option, I think the screen should show gratuity 15 - 20 % which is most common in the US. I assume most people would choose their lowest 25% tip not to embarrass themselves or no time to do the math.Regarding my hair cut, it was done quickly thankfully without any issues. Prices are higher than great clips. The above review is mainly on the customer satisfaction on way things are done at sport clips.

This place excellent place for a quick, inexpensive, basic haircut. Lot like your old time barbershop. Down to the hot towel on face and talcium powder on the neck. Highly recommend.

Today I received a haircut from a new associate or associate in training. I was not notified of this prior to her starting to cut my hair. This haircut took 42 minutes and the stylist next to us cut 3 peoples hair in that time. At the end my stylist asked another to review her cut. The stylist next to us came over and attempted to fix, but in my opinion it wasnt fixable. The haircut took WAY to long, in addition it looks awful! Unfortunately this is something I have to live with for the next couple of weeks until I can get this fixed. Not notifying me prior to starting is unacceptable. In addition if this is going to occur there needs to be a dedicated stylist there to help during the haircut not afterwards when it is to late. I have gotten my haircut at SportsClips for over 6 years now and I am not sure I will ever go back after this experience. Completely unacceptable!

Overall great place to get a haircut. The wait can be a little daunting and slow frequently but they have tried to improve that lately with an electronic check I started.

Always treated me nicely and gave me a fresh cut and hot towel. Just get the MVP, worth it.
