I was so impressed by Mercedes Spencer!!! She did my daughters hair in 2 hours. Took it from tight coils to straight with a cut to make it healthy. She was professional and fast. Amazing at what she does, you wont be disappointed.

Mercedes is very professional and always a beautiful smile to see when you walk into to shop. She greets you with warm welcome. Her work that she gives to the customers is phenomenal, I have never had a bad experience ever with her doing my hair. Her customer service is so great and professional you would think she is the manager of the shop. My opinion she deserves it to the fullest.

I asked for a color and a cut for my son and they barely even trimmed the back of his hair and charged me full price... I even specified that I wanted it to be cleaned up and evened out around the ears and she didn’t even touch the hair around his ears.

This is the ONLY place I will get my hair done. I live in Dayton Oh and I make the drive because I have never been let down by my experiences here.

This is the only place I go! I started to bring my young daughter here as well. I started to go to Heather back in 2011-ish back when this was Saturday’s. Everyone is always so friendly. I’ve gone so many colors: blonde, red, brown, ombré, highlights.. I’m naturally a very dark brown. Heather always does exactly what I want done, and I always have a good time there while doing it. She never cuts off more than I want, she is very good at listening to the client. Every time I get a compliment on my hair I always tell them to go see her. Holiday hair will be my go-to place for many years to come!

I went in for my first haircut after all the shut down covid stuff happened. I asked for a haircut that I was so nervous to ask for because it was short and if any mistakes were made could turn out a disaster. I cannot say enough nice things about this salon. Jen was awesome. She went above and beyond. I felt totally comfortable there and left looking fly AF. Will definitely go back.

Heather is great. Was able to get my super dark hair lighter by working smarter. Well worth the time and money spent. Would recommend and Ill be going back for sure.

Butchered my hair!! I asked for the back to be short and the front to be longer at an angle. It was the same length around my chin and then she texturedit so now I have pieces so incredibly uneven all around my head. I understand you get what you pay for. I still should not have had to pay for this.

Somewhat beat up location. Staff not the friendliest. Youre better off elsewhere, but they wont kill you and make you into a pie.
