I changed salons a couple of months ago and I have been very happy there. They do temperature check, plastic bags for pedicures and give great customer service. This is my new spot after 25 years with my old shop that no longer takes time to accommodate their valued customers with better safety measures during this pandemic.

I recommend this place. This place has such a good services and social distances.

Its my favorite place on the street, and i went there many times. They are very kind, The service is quick and the place itself is very pleasant: sunny and warm with yellow walls. By all means no one ever mistreated me here and i dont even see how its possible. Maybe its the competitors putting bad reviews.I get powder gel manicure and pedicure here. They have a large selection of colors. Only once maybe i didnt quite like the pedicure from a young girl bc all nails were different sizes but i just fixed it at home a bit. Im sure they would fix it for free but i just did myself. Such things happen, i think people need to be more kind to workers in small business. Many people are too hard on them. What they do is difficult enough. They even just had a car crash right into the window and broke the whole front part of salon! They have just recovered from that.

Workers are nasty and disrespectful. I asked a simple question and instead of an I don’t know or we don’t have it he started talking to his co worker with an attitude then I was verbally attacked by another customer for explaining there was no need for him to respond the way he did to my questions and statements.will never do my nails here again. Worst place.

The reflexology massage I paid extra for during my pedicure never happened. The fill in needs a fill in. She made my acrylic nails thicker and didnt actually fill them in. I had gotten a pink and white French set elsewhere and just needed the fill in. Even after expressing several times that there was a gap between the acrylic and my cuticle she just couldnt fix it. And to top it off she painted my nails a lighter shade to cover her mess, when all she had to do was add the clear UV gel and send me on my way. NEVER GOING BACK. There are too many nail salons on post ave to deal with subpar work Im paying for!

This place is horrible. Ive gone here before for a basic fill in and it was fine, but today was atrocious. I payed 35$ for a full set and when I tell you I could have bought a Sally Hansen at home acrylic kit and gotten my cat to do it, it would have looked the same. The technique is all wrong. My nails were lumpy, not in a coffin shape, more like an amorphous oval. I asked for French, they were not lined up at all and not buffed out. I went to back to my normal nail salon after because I couldnt even let anyone see the mess on my fingertips and they literally laughed aft how bad they were. Never Ever again!! Do not go here unless for a basic pedicure or manicure, and to be honest they might even mess that up too.

I came here 3 times. All for the SNS:1st time: nice work, however the nail was extremely thick. Lasted a month.2nd time: came for my wedding nails. Different tech. Nails were great. Got first pedicure. Not so great,polish was chipping in day 2 and my feet were peeling. I dont have rough feet by the way.3rd time: came back for SNS and I swear it was terrible. The SNS has a top coat that you put on top and it wouldnt dry because it was old. They were putting polish thinner in the bottle and they kept going over it making the nail thicker and the brush was spraying hairs. It took 2 hours to dry. The pedicure was terrible. I paid for the 55 dollar one with the massage and it was suppose to be 10 minutes. It was 6, and softest massage she would have just tickled my feet with a feather. The SNS last 2 days before it was peeling off of my nails. The customer service is good but dont half ass the service and replace the products as needed. Also, stop putting cold water in the manicure bowls and please soak the nails before taking the SNS off. They dont do this instead the use a MetroCard to take it off with a combo of the electronic filer. Its uncomfortable. Also got my eyebrows done here and I told her lady specifically just to clean and keep the hair as thick as possible. When she was done, my eyebrows were so far apart they were playing hide n seek with my ears, I have gaps in the eyebrow and the tail doesnt think out gradually instead it bluntly stops. I will not be going back.

Horrible service, this place has to be the absolute worst. Went in to get regular tips with french, two days later they are all popping out, i go in and speak with the owner requesting for my money back for the crappy job they did, the manager yelled at me saying it was my fault and that they dont guarantee good service. save your time and go somewhere else like Dawn Nails. horrible place will be complaining to the licensing dept about this.

Great place, clean and quick

Got my nails done two days ago acrylics 53$ and yesterday I had to put glue because one was lifting up they did my nails so bumpy and today one just came off and I didnt even hit it or put pressure DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON Im going to ask forMy money back today I will keep you guys posted
