Bait and switch! It took them over 2 weeks to pick up my package. I Was quoted 259.00 at the start. Ended up being 457.00! I think they like to get your credit card and go shopping, then lay down some bogus extra charges to cover their a$$.
Could not provide a jump for my stranded vehicle.
Received a phone call to arrange for delivery of my package for the following day between the hours of 11 am to 4 pm. When no delivery occurred, I called them and they claimed delivery did not occur because they could not confirm my address. They will try to to make a delivery the following week.

They didnt call me when my stuff had arrived. I had to call them. Also they dont take cash or card. They offered two websites to pay with card (third party) and did not inform that there would be yet another fee. They also didnt know that one website doesnt work for individuals (only for companies). Took way longer than it had to.

Poorly managed distribution warehouse. It was way too hot inside, at least 10 degrees over the outside temp. The office staff is confused and unhelpful, and desperately in need of proper management. Never do business with this company.
Just a fantastic experience with these guys. I ordered a TV on EBay, and I was really nervous paying that much for such a delicate item and having it shipped across the country. The seller used Forward Air and they were just great. They gave me a window of time during the day to be home for delivery, but the driver, Zach, called me early in the day to let me know when he thought he would be to my house, which narrowed down the time I would have to be home quite a bit. The box was in excellent condition and the driver was extremely friendly and professional.
Poor communication on initial delivery schedule followed by failure to meet two consecutive scheduled delivery dates - no communication and no apologies. Delivery arrived late on third scheduled date. Package should have been offloaded with forklift, but my wife and I had to help van driver unload ourselves. All around aweful experience.
The lady at front desk is rude .it seems like she owns the company. Lol. She needs customer service classes.

Greg is a racist. He hires only white guys. He think black people can not do the work that the white guys can. He ignores people of color and consider them as if they dont exist. Diversity and inclusiveness is what he doesnt understand. His team behave like him and do as they please.Horrible man who is still living 1950 and 1963 racist and slavery style although he cant own nobody He pretend. Forward air of Utah is not equal opportunity employer as longer as Greg is there.
Terrible communication, constant delays, and late transits. Never going through this carrier again.

All I wanted was a shelf I purchased at Modani Furniture in LA delivered to my door. That is oat. Worth noting- I have purchased many items (17) from Modani and had them delivered to several cities (SF, LA, Laguna and SLC) with no issue. I was assured this would not be a problem with this carrier. I even called ahead to coordinate and make things smooth. IT WAS A GIANT HEADACHE! Literally one of the worst businesses I have EVER dealt with. Employees are inept, rude and the owner (who I believe I spoke with- probability not high) is even worse. ZERO HELP. Pardon my French but, f*€k these people. They really don’t get how to do business, don’t care about their actual users and I am sure will be out of business soon. Save yourself the headache and choose someone else. ZERO STARS!
Really bad customer service. They messed up my shipment then blamed it on me. You must triple check their work because they don’t know what they are doing. The employee Diana Kelsch was horrible to work with. All the 5 Star reviews here are from their employees.

Great place to ship Heavy items...
Retreived my shipment from France there. It worked okay, no issue beside the surprise $45 fee to be paid by money order. I already paid 2900€ to the French company that shipped my stuffs. They need to put a sign on their door to tell you where to go, cause we waited 10min (in the cold) at the wrong one.
