These guys were quick and really cheap. They communicated with me during the whole process. I will definitely call these guys next time I need a tow.

We had been waiting for 4 hours for State Farm to dispatch a tow truck to tow our 2004 Mustang. We were in a semi truck waiting for a tow for our car and when we just couldnt wait any longer, we called Bail Out Tow. They immediately dispatched a tow truck and were in route when a tow truck dispatched from State Farm showed up to tow our vehicle without notifying us they had even been dispatched. We immediately called Jason back at Bail Out and even though he was in route he canceled our request at no charge. This is the most amazing customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would never call anyone else again if I am in need of a tow. Thanks Jason you rock.

Needed an early Saturday morning tow service, and Bailout was the only one who answered their phone. They were very prompt to get me off the interstate and very patient with us as we sorted out where to bring our truck.I highly recommend this company; very helpful and courteous driver.

I live in slc. We broke down in Fruitland Utah with a camp trailer on the back of my truck, and no phone service. People stoped to help but they didnt have phone service either. So they moved on until they had phone service. Called Bailout Tow and transportation. After about 4 different people calling Bailout Tow, a tow truck pulled up within 1hr & 45 wait. It was Bailout tow and transportation. A 90 mile trip. Excellent service!

Called and he said he doesnt have any trucks available. Bail out? Yeah right!
