Truck driver backed right into our bike rack ruining it, then just drove off. Good thing we have security cameras. Tried contacting fedex personally to handle the situation and they WILL NOT RESPOND! So we are filing a police report.

FedEx Freight was one of the amazing companies that I had worked with. The workplace was well-kept and orderly, the management was supportive and motivating, and the workers were friendly and pleasant. The entry-level wage was $16 ish and would end up $20 ish after a year. The healthcare benefits and 401 (k) plan were incredible. Thermal clothes would be necessary to work in during the wintertime.

Management was late for my interview. waited 15 min for interviewing managerto arrive! Listened to employees gossip in a dark office. (Didnt get the job) dont think Im missing out!

Best Deal Spring will never use this carrier ever again for any shipments! just because we did not get a freight quote before we shipped with them they charged me 5 times the going rate for a 6 pallet shipment. $6700 for 6 pallets at 8800 lbs! What a Joke!! I could of shipped the same shipment with 6 other carriers for $1300. They got me this time but never again!! I ban Fed Ex Freight in all of my locations! They were not willing to work with me on the billing either. Very unprofessional and very NOT competetive! Fed Ex Freight will never bring us freight nor ship anything for me again!!!

Every time I have a delivery come thru FedEx freight in salt lake City Utah I run into problems. Same story every time, package scheduled for delivery, package sits in a truck for 4 days, doesnt get delivered, I call and complain, get permission to go pick up the package myself, I get to FedEx and the package is not available for pick up.

Facility was impressive. Was frustrated with one employee but others ended up completely surpassing expectations.

Been waiting for multiple packages for days which were supposed to be here a week ago. No one in their customer service department can tell me any information about my packages... they say it is at their facility but they cannot find it and set the packages aside for me to come pick up because it obviously cannot make it on a truck for delivery. Super frustrating. Glad Amazon won’t work with FedEx anymore cause they have promises to keep and FedEx cannot do their part.

I would rather not give them 1 star. Drivers have already been fired for stealing. Driver claims a package with my phone was dropped at that door but I have a Ring doorbell and a camera that says otherwise. They cant contact the driver or give me the drivers name. I still havent received my package and would highly advise anyone from shipping through FedEx.

They said they would call when my trailer was unloaded as you must wait offsite.they didnt call.tried to call them, no answer .finally went there, trailer was empty .12 hours waiting.the guard was nice though

Promised Freight delivery on Friday. They called me mid way through the day that I took OFF of work to accomodate this date, to tell me We cant deliver today because of an emergency - SO they had to reschedule for Monday. So now, I get screwed and have to lose TWO days of work, to no fault of my own.The manager Jerry got upset I used bad language because when asked if he can guarantee Monday delivery, he said No I cant guarantee it but im sure itll be there - then hung up on me. Really? So easy for fed ex to make excuses. The customer gets screwed.

Different package different problem different day different day than expected delivery what a joke this company is

FedEx is a horrible shipping company and I will always refuse to buy from a seller who uses them.. When they give you an estimated date there is no possible way itll come before that day, but it can still be late, I order something with the express(faster more expensive shipping) to me by Friday, it arrived at the FedEx building down the street from me on Friday and when I went into the store and begged them that I needed it that day, even though it was in the same building! They couldnt give it to me because that container wasnt scheduled to be opened until Monday and I was SOL.. And this is not the first time this has happened with me! I have dealt with this numerous times! FedEx is a horrible company that only cares about their money.. I will never use them again in my life and I can only hope they go out of buisness or change their act up. Thanks to them I just missed the dead line on a time sensitive project.

Awful service could not find my shipment and they dont even know where their own delivery guys are. Charged me $123 for (liftgate use) and the drivers said nothing about an extra charge shipping was free from the company I purchased my product from. Called them to dispute the charges and they said they dont need to tell me about the liftgate charge in order to charge me. If I would have known about the extra charge I would have rolled the product off the truck myself. Feel extremely lied and cheated
