Worst company in the history of shipping. They continually deliver the item I purchased and it is broken. Drivers putting forklifts through boxes, etc. They continually reschedule at the last minute, citing needing more manpower and broken trucks. The worst part, however, are the awful, rude, dismissive, unhelpful and lazy people who answer the phone for scheduling. Dont know where they find these employees but they should start again.
Had some problems with getting an order delivered from is origination, and my dates were moved a few times, but thus far theyve been good to work with.
My kayak has been lost on the dock at either Salt Lake city or Denver for about 3 weeks now. Customer service answers the several times Ive called but no1 can figure it out. I dont understand how you loose a 10 ft kayak

They scheduled my delivery via email for between 3PM and 7PM with the information that someone needed to be present. Took the afternoon off to make sure I was home. No show... it’s 7:46. I haven’t received a call or update and the website says “Out For Delivery” since 3:53:42 PM. I have called the 24/7 customer service number four times and waited on hold while hearing a recording that they are experiencing a high call volume. Each time after about 20 minutes, a recording comes on and says “due to high call volume, your call is being disconnected”. WTH kind of 24 hour service is that? If I had a choice, I would NEVER ship with this carrier!
Terrible, unorganized company. My delivery was scheduled for the 10th and I was told I needed to wait the entire day and would need to be present for the delivery. I waited and waited, nobody showed up. The delivery was then rescheduled for a week later. I waited the entire day AGAIN and nobody showed up. I called the delivery company and was told that they were not even in possession of the items and that the deliveries should not have been scheduled in the first place. WHAT? You dont even have the items and the only reason you figured that out was that I CALLED YOU?! So many bad reviews on this company!! Do not use.
When I speak with representatives or when I interact with their drivers, the experience is pleasant. They do need to communicate with their branch offices and dispatchers. Several times I have scheduled appointments for pickups and they arrive the day before the scheduled appointment.
Worst delivery ever. The box came and it looked like it fell off a truck and was run over multiple times. They were supposed to contact me and deliver it inside the door of the home and get my signature for delivery but instead they left the beat up box in my driveway and later claimed I signed for it. Horrible horrible delivery service!
As I was waiting for my package to come I looked up their reviews. It made me worried and I wondered if I was even going to get my package. It came into their warehouse on Friday and they called me to schedule a delivery. We scheduled it for Monday from 10 to 1. Monday came, the entire time I was worried we were waiting for naught (because of the reviews), but around noon they got there with my package. No issues came up that were mentioned in other reviews. It went very seamlessly.
Pilot was supposed to expedite my shipment from Dell. The item was in stock and arrived at the Pilot warehouse ... and sat ... and sat ... and is still sitting. Multiple calls have not gotten any response. All I get is oh we are working on it and will get back to you shortly... and then NOTHING happens. Worthless customer service who promises and delivers nothing is apparently Pilots theme. Its been over 30 days since I shipped with Pilot. They cant seem to track my order. They dont contact me back. They dont deliver. In the same order FedEx GROUND delivered two weeks ago. UPS GROUND did the same. If Dell keeps using Pilot, Ill got elsewhere.

Set my schedule for delivery of LIVE SALTWATER EXOTIC TROPICAL FISH according to their delivery estimates. I confirmed those schedules when tank arrived in SLC depot just 17 miles from destination 2 and half days ago.. Est date of delivery yesterday...to be continued.........
I ordered a swing set for Christmas and have spent a whole day waiting for them to deliver it on the scheduled appointment but it never came. I called and was on the phone for hours and never got a real person to help me. Still waiting. Sorry I used this company!
Useless. Dont use this business if you can avoid it. They sent half of my order to another customer, they didnt notify me that they had, they simply delivered 1 item and crossed out the other on the delivery note. They made an appointment to deliver the item, didnt show up for the appointment and didnt call. At no point did they inform me where my item was. They just lost it and maybe hoped I wouldnt notice?DO NOT USE THEM. They are a delivery company that doesnt deliver.
I picked up a package from Pilot today. They were very helpful, especially when my car decided not to start! Kimber gave me a jump and Kevin was very helpful. Tonya helped get me my package and I was on my way. Total time there < 15 minutes! Thanks so much to the team!
Was contacted promptly when they recieved a package of mine.Easily called back to re-schedule.Only problem was the delivery driver was late by 3 hours, hense the 4 stars.
If you order something on Amazon DO NOT order it with this service look anywhere else for what you need they’ll won’t get you your package for over a month since it’s been shipped so you can’t even get a refund or cancel it.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered! I had a palette with over $1000 worth of product and they LOST IT! No one seems to care to help or do anything about the situation. Im being given answers like well, its not looking good and to top it off, they are only going to shell out a few hundred dollars which only covers the cost of the shipping fee. As a small family owned business, this kind of problem can cause devastating effects. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN!
Tonya was great. I had a mishap with my item shipped item out of California (unrelated to pilot) and she did everything and beyond to resolve the issue and even called me personally to schedule the item to go out on the first van available. Thank you Tonya for your professionalism and follow up. Pleasure doing business
People are nice, curious and very down to earth.
Extremely impressed! They contracted with purple to deliver my power base for My purple bed. They scheduled a date that was about a week away. Was a little sad it wasn’t sooner. The next day they called and asked if I’d like a sooner delivery! YES!! They scheduled a time. They then called again that day to ask if they could delivery early (LOVING the communication!) I said yes! Jarren and Alex were nice, friendly, professional and careful not to damage my product or my house. Jarren even took extra care mentioning that because it was raining he recommend I put a towel or sheet down since the purple on the box “bleeds” sometimes. Just to be cautious for my carpet! So impressed! They set everything up and took all trash with them. If I ever needed a service like this I would hire them personally after my experience! I felt so bad I didn’t have cash to tip them, otherwise I would have! I did call their office to tell them how impressed I was! They went above and beyond!

These idiots will hold on to your deliveries for a week because they cant manage work loads and then when you call them out on it, will hit your stuff with a forklift a few times like spoiled children lol. No skin off my nose, sure the replacement charge makes it their way eventually anyway and Ill still get my stuff.
Absolutely the worst Shipping company EVER, They couldnt even pronounce my wifes name. Dont order anything from Sunsetter they use them. They claimed to have called me to schedule a delivery which they never did, Not a fan of being called a lair. Needless to say i hope this company goes out of business asap!!
Delivered package even after I had scheduled for a specific day. I called letting them know the time they were wanting to come would not work, and scheduled for another day. They called back asking to come yet another day, which I told them would not work. They came anyway. Dont know how they stay in business. Terrible customer service.
Worse than Comcast in meeting delivery schedules. Would rate a zero if possible.
They called twice to schedule a delivery appointment saying they would deliver all my items and both times the next morning the guy loading the truck called and said he did not have all my items and they wouldnt be able to deliver them. Why would you say you had everything TWICE and schedule appointments with someone when you really didnt?? Its been three weeks since I placed my order and I still dont have my items which supposedly shipped the day after I ordered them... What a joke.
This moronic company lost a pallet with $1,000 worth of goods and only compensates for a few hundred of it. Avoid at all costs.
