The worst staff and staff management,The Undisciplined management which they are expert in bringing excuses .Anybody who is the manager either he has not enough and appropriate skill to lead a team or buildup an effective working environment.My recommendation is to review the system pave a way so the customer can reach to management easily share some management numbers or controllers or complain officers .
