I have gone to this salon for about 1 year. The manager is hard working she likes fast money but the service was terrible my last experience. My gel pedicure was very quick the toe nail broke after 2 days. I went back to the business to fix it but the manager seemed to want to make money not provide quality work. My toenail broke in the same place after 2 days of receiving a spa pedicure, because of the managers inconsideration to resolve the problem I decided not to come back. She was more defensive then understanding and i paid her for services that only lasted 2 days. I would not recommend

They were a disgusting salon. Literally ripped my nails off after I told her I had sensitive nails. Tried to pull my hand back and said it was hurting and literally yanked my hand back and ripped off another nail. Unprofessional

I love this place, I bring my daughters here. staff is so professional, excellent at what they do. They keep it clean sanitized and safe through this pandemic. Jessie does an awesome pedicure and massage having you fall asleep in your chair 😁 Trish and JC is amazing with there art skills, the go to ladies!! Its really great when you dont have to watch their every move. (Trust) Prices are great for the time and skills they put into there clients. Highly recommend visiting 👌🏽👏🏽😁

This place doesn’t care about quality. I waited 30 minutes to be sat at a pedicure chair no liner it took them another 15 minutes to come back with a pedicure liner still I have no assigned lady to do my toes. Why even sit me there and have my feet soaking? She fills it with hot water the next technician over had to come over and add cold water and to turn it off before it overfilled. I sat with my feet soaking for another 20 minutes the hot water now completely cold not even warm that’s how long I’m waiting I finally gave up and walked out. Don’t try to fill the seats if you don’t have enough technicians because your customers get rushed poor quality service for very expensive would not recommend. They do not care because they will always have walk ins such bad service.

They don’t care about service only money. I went to get a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was horrible because she done it in ten minutes and my nails was the most horrible nail job. The only person who works there that done a good job is the young guy in the back.

Tee or T (?) did an amazing job with my nails. I was scared to come back because I had a bad experience the last time but T saved the day. He was fast efficient and did an amazing job.

Trish is my favorite. I’ve been going to her for years now and she never disappoints! Always coming up with creative, beautiful designs and always a pleasure to be around 🖤 everyone here is really sweet and welcoming

Finally I found my spa spot in Florida. I just moved from California 3 months ago and I clearly remember, I had a big day coming up. So, I just went to Stuart Walmart for my manicure and pedicure. They hurts my toes and fingers! Also put thick layers of nail polish, they didn’t even ask me how I want or how am I feeling! Last 3 months I was scared to do my manicure and pedicure, also in trouble to find the good spa. Today, I had few hours to spend nearby La Mer and decided to take risk again 441 the clear color Lol! Swear to God, they are amazing spa spot! Specially Jessie was very warm worthy lady who did my pedicure done. I am happy with their service. I would like to go their my regular basis for sure.Update : Went to do my nails done last day. Jessie is an incredible lady! I love to ask her serve me whenever I go over there. She did my nails very carefully and helped to pick a nice color 200. I love it!

This place is actually pretty decent, my first visit but I’ll be back. TRiSh did an amazing job on my ombré full set, ESPECIALLY in her sculpting & properly cleaning my cuticles & ALL under the nails the way it should be. And my favorite part is they’re not one of those salons who rush you, unless you want them to. Satisfied customer over here

I went as a walk in and a very nice girl I believe her name was sue did my nails n pedicure.. she was very polite n patient with me. Now I know she works on weekends mostly and I will be booking with her from now on..

My nails began to chip after 2 days and sadly I purchased gel French tips. Im willing to try again just with a different nail tech. Facility was clean.

Been here twice, the first time was ok, got a full set which jus looked ok, 2nd time was a disappointment, I think they are over price, I went for a refill, replace 2 fingers, and that’s $40, wasn’t even a full refill because some of my nails weren’t grow out enough to need refill, I might as well soak off and went in for a full set instead 😤so basically jus repair 2 nails and change my Gel polish was $40.plus the service was rushed because they were busy and guess caz I didn’t have a appointment, . Jus won’t be back here, I really rather go somewhere else, their work isn’t even that neat to say it was worth it, was jus bla! Rather spend it elsewhere!

Left dead skin all on my feet telling me that it’s from wearing sandals and I don’t even wear sandals an refused to remove it and tried to show me there feet saying they have cracked feet!! What does that have to do with removing what I payed for. The nail tech kept complaining of an upset stomach from throwing up the night before. If you are I’ll to do your job don’t mess up people feet!!!! Worse service ever!

Visiting from NYC for the Holiday and needed to find a place to get a pedicure and waxing. Saw the reviews and decided to take a chance. Saw all the reviews about Sue and was lucky enough to get her. I had the Organic Spa Pedicure, eyebrows and waxing. Sue did a great job. We spent the entire time talking about NYC and food. She recommended some great restaurants in the area which was so sweet. This will be my go to spot when visiting the area.

I came here with my mom and they did a wonderful job on our pedicure. I don’t know the name of the lady we got but she did a perfect job applying the polish and didn’t hurt me once while doing cuticle work. Will come back and totally recommend

So I went here today after a long day at work.Tony did my pedicure and he did an amazing job, he got my little grown nails, & he just took his time, he also didnt rush on my leg massage like some do. I did receive a mini water bottle,he was nice and overall I got to relax for a bit before going home! Definitely will be back.

I usually go just for pedicures. I like they do walk ins never waited more than 2 minutes although I have no appt. Its clean & stations are wiped after every client & employees wear masks at all times.

I usually go every week to get my eyes done. They do great brows and lashes. Just one bad experience last week. Was skipped after waiting a total of 48 minutes for my eyes. Never happened before hope it doesnt happen again.

Went here for a pedicure, it was very thorough and well done which is why I came back. I decided to do my eyebrows here too, I graduate in 3 days. The lady that did my eyebrows waxed off some of my skin. I felt more pain than usual so I looked at it and showed her. Mind you, she waxed over the same spot twice. I had my doubts about this. Her immediate response was not sorry, or any other customer centric solution, just blame. Oh, I have sensitive skin, I should have told her. I told her this has never happened before. She says oh you have sensitive skin, the wax wasn’t hot, etc, etc. I didn’t fight it, I know better now. She just took my payment and that was that.

I have been going to this establishment for the better half of 4 years. But today I went to get the regular eyebrow wax and kindly asked to just clean and leave them thick how I prefer it. But the associate after completing the process decided to then tell me one of the them was too thin compared to the other so she decided to make both of them thin to make them even. She could have asked this before starting and I would have kindly declined and said its fine if one is a little thinner than the other no big deal. But offer this experience I will never go back. And I will make sure that my friends and family that also go there are aware of their below average service. Not worth the money at all

Usually come here all the time to get a pedicure by Tony (who is amazing) however one of the best parts of the pedicure experience is taking advantage of the massage chair the pedi chair I was put in wasnt functioning AT ALL throughout my whole pedicure experience, in the beginning I told Tony about the issue and absolutely nothing was done!! I addressed it again in the middle of the pedicure and at the end, they finally fixed the chair once I was already finished with my pedicure. Nothing was done except about the issue except for being told Im sorry therefore I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!! They lost a loyal customer thats for sure Ill be taking my business else where.

Decent prices, large selection of colors but not many light colors. Good application, quick in the morning. Dont get your nails removed here though, they just pry them off without acetone.

Great service, what I like the best is the workers are meticulous all materials used for manicure and pedicure are disposable. What is not disposable they sterilize to make sure everything is clean before the service. Ive been to many places, but only at this place I can enjoy the pedicure because they really take your time. I sat in the chair today for almost an hour and a half for next gen nails, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and my heart looks like a silver blob on my nail and there is no white outline. Also, my thumb nail has a huge blob on it. Such a disappointment 😢 But $45 dollars and I’m left feeling less than satisfied with my service. I won’t be backUpdate: it took you months to reply to my original review, and I’ve never been back. The wait time was an issue, but the major factor was the way my nails looked when I left. Appointment or not, my nails should have looked what I showed the person, and if they couldn’t do it, they should have it said when I showed them what I wanted

Le Mer is the best around for any kind of manicure. I have yet to utilize their other services such as pedicures, brows, and facials, but intend to in the future. This facility is very clean and Katelyn, the owner, is simply the BEST! They are quick, efficient, kind and my nails always turn out great even though I only go once per month! Ive been going there for over two years and would highly recommend to everyone!

The service was okay, I mean the man that did my nails totally didnt do his best job and then my mom told me it seemed like he was talking bad about me after I paid and he did receive a two dollar tip verse nothing at all but any who. I received coffin gel nails and their lumpy and two of my nails are going in the wrong direction. I loved the place though it was so nice inside but the lighting is poor so I couldnt really tell till I got home. I just need to know who does the best nails in there I will never go to him again and I didnt get his name. My sister was telling me theres a female that works for them that does nails really really good though, I wonder who she is and at the price GEL COFFIN nails are I dont want to make that mistake again.

I guess nobody told them its rude to speak in another language with co workers while doing someones nails. You almost feel like they are talking about you..

Decided to go to them last week Thursday since my original nail girl was booked and my birthday was Friday. The gentleman that did my nails was nice but I was not pleased with the work. I got gel and chrome on 4 fingers. For what I paid i definite was not satisfied. Had to go back yesterday because my chrome was coming off. Needless to say I will not be returning there.
