The application process was super easy, my move in was great!!! The community is quite and clean. I love my apartment but most of all the complex Manager Adrianna is amazing, she is helpful, nice and request are answered within 24 hours. Loving the community 🤓

Presidents walk is a fantastic place to live the grounds are always kept nice, and the place is quite. I love my apartment out here. Management is great Laura always answers immediately and handles everything I need she is truly a great manager! The maintenance is done when I need it! If your looking for a place where you feel at home definitely come here!!

I love Presidents walk, I just renewed my lease going on my 2nd year living here. My apartment is very spacious its just perfect for Me . The staff on site have gone over and beyond for me as a Resident. If you need any information on this property I recommend you speak to Adrianna She knows what she is doing This complex is close to everything, Shopping, Dining, and highways . Presidents walk is a Definite gem.! I am proud to call this place home.

Quiet, which I like, maintenance is ok. Rent rate is good but I have an upstairs neighbor who EVERY night throws food, beer cans and trash down in front of my porch. Ive reported to office twice, they told me they know who it is. They are unable or unwilling to fix the problem since its still happening. Office is only open 10am-2pm M-F making it impossible for tenants who work an 8-5 nob.

I have been at Presidents Walk for going on 2 years. I have never had a problem with the staff. The grounds are kept clean, its always quiet day and night. Whenever i needed anything done, it was taking care of. Im giving them a high 5💯💯

Been living here going on 3yrs now had problems at first with maintenance issues but now everything seems to be going in the right direction. Seen a lot of improvements lately. Very quiet and the Property Manager seems to be on top of her game. Keep up the good work Laura.

Presidents walk is the most affordable and cleanest places I have live in and it is close to all the best shopping districts and restaurants what more can you want .

This is by far the worst place ever. Management is rude, there is no communication, maintenance is terrible! they care about nothing but getting paid on time, people break into cars and they do nothing about it... Cant wait to move out

Has to be the absolute WORST apartment complex Ive looked into!To start off, when I got there the place was dirty, no landscaping, and the walk way impassable. Aside from that the staff is RUDE, and UNPROFESSINAL. I had gave the leasing lady Ana part of my $600 deposit to hold a one bedroom apartment while she conducts a background and credit check...Ana called the day after to tell me that my fiancé and I were denied because of his background but that couldnt be the reason because his charges were dropped and expunged. We kindly asked for our $400 back because they denied us, she said that wasnt possible. She later then called me stating that my credit wasnt good enough to rent there and that I must get a cosigner. I proceeded to tell her that I would just like my money back because I do not have a cosigner. She kept rejecting my request and told me she was going to give her manager my number to call me, she NEVER did. Ive written emails to the manager and call numerous times, I have not gotten one response.According to the Landlord Tenant laws, if an application is denied then deposits must be refunded within a reasonable amount of time.

Same thing happened to me, we were denied because he said husband has bad credit, now when I want to ask for the money back they wont answer the phone. It seems like they just talk you into paying so they can find excuses to steal from you.

This is the worst place you can live in ......No community management and you could wait for maintenance for a week or two
