I would recommend this company to everyone who needs a great property management company. David and his staff are great to work with they get the job done! Efficient and great customer service always a pleasure dealing with them. I have been a customer over 5 years .

**Warning** This business handles properties in Foreclosure and are very dishonest! They misrepresent the condition of their properties, are slow to make repairs until forced, only make the very basic repairs they can get away with, and in our case they concealed HUNDREDS of dollars in move-in fees (over $700.) that we were responsible to pay until AFTER wed signed the lease! There is no law in Fla protecting tenants from this. Adding to the problem is a continual turn over of help in the office that are normally completely incompetent. Our home was falsely advertised in photos with new front loading Washers & Dryers. However, when we moved in they werent in the unit. Then after 10 days of repeated calls they delivered a set of VERY old, dirty & used standard washer & dryer. So, we unexpectedly had to buy our own. We also had to pay over $500.00 in unexpected Associations fees and have had to make many repairs on our own. We have also had vendors try to collect their payment from us when they werent paid for repairs they did. We also were sent eviction notices (while being treated for cancer) but NOT for non-payment of rent but because we wanted to speak to an Attorney after they tried to make us sign a new lease saying we knew the house was in foreclosure WHEN WE DIDNT! If due to your credit, financial situation or something else you HAVE to use them thats one thing, but if you dont have a previous tenant/landlord issue, your credit is ok and you can afford your rent.... find someplace more reputable. We pay our rent on time, are good quiet tenants and thought we were renting from a reputable company. But all this place has done cost us unnecessary money and added stress. And one last word of advice, get a clear, concise receipt for every single dollar you pay them. You will more than likely need it at sometime.
