The property manager was very rude. Very quick to answer when inquiring a property. Need better customer service. Glad I didn’t visit the place if that is the representative of the place.

My daughter and I moved in just a month ago, we are amazed at convenience to all thats needed. I loving the apartment with the super high ceiling it gives it a even more of a spacious feel. The complex is small and quaint, extremely peaceful and the neighbors are sooo friendly, unlike Tampa. So Im truly enjoying this experience.Our relocation from the Tampa Palms area was made extremely effortless due to the wonderfully help of Melrose property Manager Kelly Prieto. Words definitely can not express the gratitude that I have for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine desire to help others. Recently I stopped by to view the property as I am just beginning the process of looking for my next rental. The Melrose is one of the first communities I visited and honestly I think I’ve already made my decision. The community is well maintained and most importantly Kellys Prieto, Property manager, was absolutely outstanding. She made me feel welcome and knew the property inside and out. At the beginning of the year when my current lease is coming to an end I will be leasing from The Melrose and only dealing with Kellys!

My experience at Legacy Melrose, was quite satisfying, Kellys. the property manager was very helpful at all times in a very professional manner. My husband and I have been living at the Melrose for the past 3 years. We love it very much because its kind of secluded and private. It has high ceiling and spacious which is good and a plus. The property manager Kelly is very professional and is a nice person as well as Ben the maintenance staff. They are wonderful people.

I’ve been spending quarantine in my mother’s house located at The Melrose Apartment and I am beyond impressed on how good they’re managing the situation of the Covid-19. They have handled the residents masks and gloves, they’ve maintained the community clean and taking the right precautions in regards to this pandemic. I recommend this place to live without a doubt because they care a lot about their residents and that’s the first thing in a community.

This is a great area to live in. Everything is so peaceful. You are minutes away from I-95 and turpike and shopping centers. The staff are excellent Ben and Kellys they always exceed my expectations in service. The residents are always friendly. I couldnt imagine living anywhere else. So glad I picked The Melrose Apartment to be my Home.

Just moved in. Kellys and the maintenance crew are swift and amazing! They got me moved in within a matter of days and were very polite and helpful. These apartments are roomy with plenty of cabinet and closet space. After viewing many different apartments, these are by far the best for your dollar. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Having relocated from Colorado to West Palm Beach we came across The Melrose Apartments and met with Kellys the property manager. We cannot begin to express how welcoming she was and how we felt at home immediately! This is a great apartment community with large apartments, high ceilings, clean grounds, a fantasticpool area and high level maintenance and incredible service. We are very happy in our new home!!

I have been a resident of The Melrose Apartment Home for several years due to the spacious layout of the apartment, quick turn-around with the maintenance request, good neighbors, quiet and a pet friendly neighborhood. The Property Manager keeps the residents inform of all holiday events which include a pet costume content which my pet (Barkley) was the 2019 winner who won a Starbucks gift card. I love the Melrose.

My wife and I moved to the Melrose apartments in West Palm Beach In December 2019 and we love it. The first time we came to inquire about the apartments before moving in and was greeted by Kellys we knew this would become our new home. We could feel the compassion and concern that Kellys has for people. This isn’t just a business for her, she genuinely cares about getting you into your new home and making sure you’re happy. Kellys went above and beyond to make sure that happened for us. Moving into the apartment was a breeze and the cleanliness of it was amazing. Ben, who does maintenance in the apartments, is very through, attentive and does a fantastic job with a wonderful attitude. You can see that Kellys and Ben really care about the apartments and grounds and it makes us feel proud to call The Melrose our home. As soon as we moved in we invited family and friends to visit us at this wonderful place called The Melrose that we now call our home. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable place to live, look no further, The Melrose is the place to be.

I love it here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments are also very spacious, having more than enough room for everything I need and want.As far as maintenance goes: The respond time is fast and the problem is always fixed.The community here is great. The people here are welcoming and friendly.Overall, its been great living here. Theres nothing negative that I can say from my experience living here.

I visited the Melrose to see an apartment, when I arrived there was no apartments to see however the manager Kelly was able to show me the floor plan and what the apartments looked like, she even showed me around the property and we actually ended up just having a wonderful conversation. She is a very nice lady who cares about her property. Would definitely recommend.

I have been living here for the past 4 years and its a quiet, safe community. If I have a problem with anything in my apartment once I contact the office it’s always taken care of in a timely manner. The apartment is very spacious and I love the master bed and bath. The property manager and maintenance staff is always pleasant and professional any time I have spoken with them.

Great apartments. Unfortunately for work reasons we couldn’t renew the lease and it was very sad on our part. We wish we could stay longer. The property manager Kelly is VERY nice and accommodating. The master bedroom is huge with a walk in closet. Great area, always kept clean and nice. No crime in neighborhood. Really enjoyed how quiet it was. In the past few months cars have been stolen or broken in to . And nothing is happened to prevent it . We pay to much to not feel protected. A gate or camera need to be placed in the front . The two cameras on the property are only by the office. When cars are getting stolen from the back . This is ridiculous

I am a former resident of the Melrose Apartments and loved the place. I purchased a home, which is the reason I moved. I wanted to leave this review for future residents. The grounds are very clean and the leasing office is well kept. Kellys the manager there is very willing to assist with any issues regarding maintenance and Ben the maintenance man was their quickly. I am sorry I had to leave such a nice place. Thank you Melrose Apartments for all you did for me.

I have been living here for almost 4 years and I love it, Our Community is very safe and well kept the pool is always clean and the staff is always doing something to improve our community (planting new trees, replacing lighting installation of cameras,etc...) there doing it. If you have a maintenance issue the maintenance guy is there within the hour to accommodate you, The property Manager is super nice and always welcoming she is always having some type of event for the residents(Mother’s Day,Fathers Day,holidays etc....) My apartment is very spacious the layout is great it feels like you’re in a midsize house I don’t plan on moving anytime soon. If you’re looking for a safe and oversized apartment to make it you’re home this is the place to stop into.

Overall, my experience at the Melrose apartment has been great! The apartments are very spacious. The Master bedroom is my favorite area of the apt. Its a bit pricey, but you get quality and quantity as far as the size. It would even be better if there was a playground for the children, but there is a pool. Its a small community, so if you are nosey like me, you recognize who belongs and who does not. No issues with crime and overall the complex is quiet. Sometimes maintenance is quick at fixing stuff, sometimes not. I think they go by the severity of the issue. Additionally, the staff is friendly and professional. My family and I have been living here for almost 2 yrs.

Two years ago I moved to this beautiful apartment complex with high ceilings and spacious rooms. In my apartment I have top-of-the-line appliances that are well-maintained by band or a maintenance rep. Kellys our office manager is extremely thoughtful and caring she is always ensuring that we enjoy our home. I highly recommend this complex.

I am a current resident for 2 years now and my husband and I love it here . We will be re-signing our lease and plan on staying here until we buy our house. The apartments have high roof ceilings, the two sink bathrooms which is my favorite in the master room, and 24 hour maintenance . The maintenance and the property manager are really nice and very helpful . If you are looking to find an apartment in West Palm Beach I highly recommend The Melrose .

We recently moved to Melrose and let me start my saying WOW!!! the hospitality experience that Kellys Prieto in the office offered was over the top. She went above and beyond to answer all my emails very quickly, helped us organize the moving company and gave us great suggestions on things to do around since we are not from this area, all of this with a huge smile on her face such a great experience. thank you Kellys for everything.

I came by this apartment complex today and spoke with the office manager Kellys, she was very kind to us but unfortunately she did not have any apartments to show us. She did however show us around. The place was nice and the pool area and pool were clean. It has a small fitness center but top notch equipment. She took our name and said that if something should come available she would give us a call. I would recommend this place. Hopefully an apartment opens before its time for us to move. Thank you Kellys for taking the time to speak with us.

The experience of moving into the Melrose was a pleasant one. Ms. Kellys was very informative and made the experience easy and enjoyable for me. The area is great and the community is beautiful, I love my new place and I love the team of Ms. Kellys and the maintenance guy.

Where do I start with this place? First of all, I called on a Friday to go take a look at an apartment because I saw online that they had 1 available for $1,450 a month. Kellys is who I spoke with and she told me that the price was incorrect and that it was actually $1,525. When she asked could she honor the price she told me no. I was ready to go see the place that Friday when I called, but she told me it was not ready. She said it wouldnt be ready until that Monday on 2/18/19, which was Presidents day. She asked me could I come at 2:30 pm to see the place, because the maintenance guy would be done cleaning it by then. I told her that would be fine as I was off that day. I arrived at 2:15 pm, to find a sign on the door that said someone would return at 2:30 pm, so I sat in my car and waited. I waited until 3:00 pm even though my appointment was at 2:30 pm. Finally at about 3:05 pm I saw the maintenance guy going into the leasing office and told him I had an appointment. He was very nice, and tried to get a hold of Kellys the property manager. He made several attempts and thought it was weird that she did not answer, since her car was in the parking lot. He decided to show my husband and I around, and even let us take a tour of the apartment. By the time we were done it was about 3:45pm, and of course still no sign of Kellys. I decided to leave as at this point my husband and I got tired of waiting. She called us hours later saying she had an emergency, and then she told us she had already rented the apartment. What type of manager does this?! She never showed for the appointment, and then called us hours later to tell us it had already been rented. Such a shame! I would stay steer clear of this place. The only reason I gave it two stars is because of Ben the maintenance guy. He was very nice and very considerate.

What I like most about living here at the Melrose is the size I cant find this size apartment know where my furniture is too big for what theyre offering out there today Ive lived here almost 9 years I love the size the community small quaint quiet neighbor property managers Ive had have always been very friendly Open Door you can go to them with any problem the place is always kept well-groomed and the quiet very quiet just what I like.

I just signed my 3rd lease. Wonderful place to live. Very clean and well maintained. Office Manager Kellys is wonderful. She handles all problems at once. She is very nice to speak to, and she talks to you with professionalism.Maintenance Ben is the best. He takes care of maintenance problems at a timely matter. Never have to wait. I tip my hat to both Kellys and Ben. Thank you for all you do.

The Melrose is a great little community that is less than 10 minutes from downtown and the airport. It has amazing amenities such as a huge and clean community pool, a gym with updated equipments, and a computer room with wifi. Kelly, the property manager, listens and fixes any problems as soon as possible. The grounds are kept cleaned and manicured. The maintenance guy lives on the property, so any emergency such as a water leak or ac problem, will be fix promptly. The rooms are large with high ceilings, with a walk-in closet. The only problem that I have is some neighbors are nosey and I know for sure my next door neighbors have been unemployed since they moved in over 3 years ago. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. If I did not buy a house, I would still live there. I recommend The Melrose Apartments to anyone.

I live in Melrose for 4 years already I just renewed my lease and I cant be more happy, I can honestly said this is the best place I had live in West Palm Beach, everything about this place is good. let start for Manager Kellys Prieto she is so nice and always with an smile and helping in any situation you may have, my father pass away and she even send me flower that touched me, always doing activities to the residents and make us feel at home, then maintenance Ben Holloway is on point every time and very friendly every morning said good morning since we are neighbor, my experience in Melrose is nothing but the best, the ground are always clean, pool is heated and small community. high ceiling in the apartment and very spacious. Im a resident at the melrose apartment at Haverhill in West Palm Beach .....and I have been living here for almost a year now and I absolutely love it the manager Kellys Prieto is always helpful and also when you call for some one to come and fix something they are always there, I would recommend this place and it is spacious.The experience here is amazing and top of the line treatment from workers.Pool is heated and alway clean, the place is always impeccable!!!! Whenever i go to the office to check on a apartment. The manager is never there, always a sign on the door saying to come back. Idk if i always show up at the wrong time every time, but the manager is never there . When i did get to look around it was a decent size, just the price of 1600 and your not getting more than 1200 square feet.

My wife and I were here about two weeks ago. The property manager is very nice and very informative. We woyld have moved here but 90% of the units are carpet. That was a deal breaker for us for now since we have a service dog.

I recently went looking for a rental of an apartment and looked in many places. This community at Melrose was great. The property manager Mrs Prieto was great with her hospitality and her knowledge in the rental market. I will recomend Meleose Apartments to everyone I know is lookout ng to live in a great community. Although there’re no apartment available she took the time to explain everything in detail about this community. I will consider this property for the future.

We had being since 2005 and I love the place is a great place to live. thanks for the property Manager Kellys Prieto our stay for the last 4 years is being nothing but great. Maintanance Benjamin Holloway is always on point for any work order and the place is very clean and nide. I recomendated this place for anyone that is looking for a home.unfortunable we have to move because we need to expande but otherwise I will stay here.

I lived here from 2012 - 2014. The first year while under management by Gables Residental it was great! No problems. Then at the start of the second year another management company took over. It seemed as if they started letting anybody move in regardless of background. The crime rate within the small complex appeared to increase. I myself had my license plate stolen as it sat in the parking lot. The asking rate for a two bedroom is ridiculous. When it came time to renew my lease after the second year they proposed I would pay $1,400 per month (a $200 increase!). Then they wanted a 60 day notice to let them know if I planned on staying or I would be moving(ridiculous). I had to give my notice and hope to find a place towards the end of my lease. I ended up finding a three bedroom townhome($995 per month) but had to move in 30 days before my lease ended at The Melrose. I gave notice to The Melrose with a forwarding address to send closing costs. Four months later I am contacted by a collection agency asking for nearly $2,000 for closing costs without a notice from The Melrose.Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. Btw, if you have children I wouldnt waste your time. They dont have a playground and if they see your kids outside playing they will write you up. Not kid friendly at all.

I am a Melrose resident and I really like the apt, they have very spacious spaces and theCommunity is very nice. Kellys Prieto is very helpful and collaborates with any concern or help that is required, very kind in the office and they offer snacks, soft drinks, water and coffee. Benjamin Holloway is very helpful and helps on time with needs. I just moved in and my son participated in a hallowen activity and it was very nice for my son to share with the other children of the community, propitious moments to meet and share.
