I haven’t even had my nails done for a week and 2 fell off 1 almost completely gone. one fell of my nail and took off my natural nail. i paid $55 for acrylics and a pedicure and my toes are chipping as well. they started chipping on day 2. my nail chipped on day 2 as well and the other 2 fell off today which is day five. now looking back i accidentally tipped the lady $10 instead of $5 which she didn’t even deserve $1. they use cheap products and the lady that had done my nails was on her phone instead of paying attention to the nails. i wouldn’t recommend coming here for anything.

I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. My appointment was at 9:30 but there was 3 people in there when I arrived and the lady asked me to wait. Then for my pedicure the girl shaved a chunk out of my toe nail while taking off the gel and painted over it. My pedicure is bumpy because my nail is bumpy from the horrible filing and they still expected me to pay the full price. When I came back to get my toes repainted the girl gave the wrong nail color. Horrible service I will never come back to this place.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years! Very clean, good quality nail polish, and excellent paint job. I get all types of pedicures & gel manicures here and have no complaints. Prices have jumped post COVID but they are sanitizing after every single customer. They take appointments first.

Weeeell, Im updating a previous review and increasing the score to 5 *****s. After moving to NJ from Westchester NY, I became a SEMI-frequent figure in the seats of Sunny Nails...with reason, no doubt. Receiving the same/similar greeting as those that were regulars, engaging in SEMI-conversation w/ me just as they did w/ their regulars, and maybe even asking my name after the 5th visit would have brought me in there MORE frequently, and most likely after about the second month I would have definitely become a full fledge regular; HOWEVER, not everyones level of exceptional customer service is the same, yet the $$$ which Im asked to exchange in return for this particular service IS.Possibly, I may hold the bar too high for many establishments conducting customer service (if that happened to have gone over your head--it was constructive sarcasm). Anyhoo, in my experience, part of the journey to building client based relationships & inreasing ones customer base, is mostly about providing an exceptional LEVEL of service, catering to those not YET frequenting ur establoshment, & always being cordial; thats where Ms. Rachel comes into play. For me, she is the newcomer to Sunny Nails altho it had been quite a while since my last turn off* visit, [*the nature of being turned OFF🤭]THANK U, Rachel for providing me w/ the best service & attention I feel that Ive ever received during my visits to Sunny Nails. I look forward to many more w/ u. You are extremely cordial and seek to please your consumers satisfaction. THAT ladies and gentlemen, is exceptional customer service. Rachel has brought an awesome aura to the salon, even when she answered the phone when I called, days prior to revisiting the salon. As I always like to inform people: Everyone deserves a second chance. Definitely glad that I decided to give Sunny Nails their second chance to make a better impression on me.

Sunny Nails is an amazing place and I absolutely love it. Their work ethic is great and so is their customer service. My nails came out great and I am very happy.

I do not recommend going here. There was only one lady that knew how to do tips and she could barely do that. I had to correct her about 4/5 times about my nails. I came for a fill in & had to take off 3 nails. The lady doing my nails wasn’t going to add the tips to the 3 nails & just leave it that way & put acrylic on it before i corrected her. My coffin shape is not a coffin at all. My nails look thick & bulky. She spent damn near 3 hrs on my nails and they still came out bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE IF YOU ARE GETTING A FULL SET.

I got a gel nail set down, but they did it too thick. I told the lady several time to make it thinner and natural. She kept saying, yes and okay, but obviously what said went in one ear out the other.

Their pedicures, the peppermint spa pedicure is the best! I feel like my feet are brand new!

They did a good job, fill in’s are 35 dollars and they don’t charge for broken nails. massages are included!

They get the job done (Ive only done regular mani/pedi; no tips, acrylic, gel or anything fancy). Love the massaging chairs. DO NOT get your eyebrows done by Sue, she does not follow instructions and did not give me what I asked for and had the nerve to argue with me about it.

I just began a new job just a few minutes away form Sunny Nails and I am very disappointing in the outcome of my gel manicure. only 4 days after I had a gel manicure, three of my nails chipped, two small chips and one nail was missing polish on half my nail. I had this manicure done so it would last for new years so I went back two days before NYE and when I said I needed my nails fixed, the woman looked at me and laughed. After waiting a half hour the woman began fixing my nails but only fixed two of them and just did the minimum on one nail and filed down one chip not bothering to actually fix it. Now it has been 10 days since my manicure and more than half of my nails have chipped off completely. I will never go back to Sunny Nails and am very upset I wasted my money.

I saw the owner slap her employee on the back. The employee was wrong, but that was NOT the way to handle it. Im not going back there.

Pedicure is just a 2 min soak a quick brush and a slab of moisturizer on feet to hide undone work as soon as u get out u would realize it was a not soo good job

Been going here for years and there service is consistent

I had my nails done here a week ago with SNS nail polish. Just two days after application the color started chipping off and my nail chipped off too.It was my first time doing SNS here. I have been doing SNS since January every time it has last over three weeks. A waste of money and also had my feet done here the girl just rushed and charged me 23$. They’re using very cheap quality SNS gel color destroying customers nails. I have been keeping my nails healthy and now it’s destroyed by these low integrity humans in business.

Im no expert on acrylic nails, but to my knowledge the way they do fill ins is not standard, or good for your nails, and one part seemed unsanitary. Got gel polish and it chipped within a week, which Ive never had happen before from other salons. Dont plan on going back
