The pedicure was ok but the manicure is the WORST I have ever gotten.1) cuticles are unevenly pushed back,2) the nails are filed unevenly (even after she tried to fix it twice),3) there is left over gel nail polish on my skin which looks unprofessional4) i asked for square shape but some are round, some are square and some are a weird hybrid, and5) they advertise this brand SMS which is supposed to be better for your nails so I requested that specific brand of nail powder. Before I realized it, she was using some other brand.I have to go to several events this week like this.

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure before a recent trip to Turks and Caicos. Both turned out great. The staff was so helpful — helping me pick a gel color that perfectly matched my toes. The lady who did my nails even left me switch the color when the first one I picked was just far too light. After layers and layers of sunscreen and the beach wear and tear — both my nails and toes look good as new. More than a week later! Definitely will be coming back here!My biggest regret is not getting the lady who did my nails’ name. She was so kind and did such a great job, I would love to come back to her specifically!!

May be the person who did my nails wasn’t that good, because these pictures look nice. My nails wasn’t neat, she didn’t clean up cuticles, and it chipped (gel on acrylic nails) very quick. Plus my pedicure chipped in 2 days both times I got it done. May be the nail polish they use is poor quality, my pedicure usually lasts at least 3 weeks. I wanted to give them another chance, that didn’t work out.

LN Nails is a top quality nail salon. Lana and her staff always make people feel welcomed and beautiful. The salon is clean and bright. My nails always look wonderful and the manicure lasts a long time. The pedicures are phenomenal and the massage chairs work miracles! Highly recommend this too-notch salon!

Before coming to the nail salon, I called the salon & asked how much is it for the services I want to get it. She gave me a fair price, but when I went & was ready to pay. They charge me a whole different price, & was trying to tell me they never said that on the phone & I might of thought of a different place. I know what place I called & what the lady told me, trying to scam me. Please watch out.

It was a great pedicure. Both me and my 6 year old come here for pedicures. Today I got the gelPedicure with the callus remover. My feet feel like heaven.

I had scheduled an appointment earlier within the week and came on my appointment day on time. The person who I had the appointment with Trim, was doing someone else nails. Ok, it’s whatever. I didn’t mind waiting a bit. But then there’s confusion and the nail tech didn’t know that she had an appointment with me. I’m telling the ladies, I had called ahead was told I had appointment with Trim. Well apparently, that was nothing cause they were like. “oh just wait for Lana”. I just got up and left. Why didn’t I just wait for Lana who wasn’t even in the shop? Because no one said when she was even coming in. They just expected me to sit there and wait for however long until she came in. I always called and informed them when I was going to be late because I respect others time but they didn’t respect mines. Lastly, if you screw up the schedule/ appointment, take responsibility and apologize for the mix up. Very disappointed of the service I received here.

This is by far the best nail salon in the west orange area ! Lana and her staff are professional, kind, and excellent in their craft . Mani, pedi, fill ins, waxing - they do it all and do it well ! The salon is bright, exceptionally clean and very relaxing. Lana, the owner, is very sweet and her upbeat personality has an overall affect on the atmosphere. I highly recommend L&N !!!

The procedures for COVID prevention are very good, including collecting contact info in addition to physical barriers and spacing. This was my usual salon, and my first visit in 8 months. I was reassured by a thread on Next Door about this salon, which gave me the courage to get up and go for some basic nail care. It felt great.

LNnails is the best ! I have been going regularly the past 4 years for acrylic/gel nails and bring my daughter for mani pedis too. I love my gels they always stay on for longer than any other salon I went to before and I was very sad to take them off during the Covid mandatory closing, however LN nails has reopened with all new safety procedures! They are always very clean and the new precautions make me feel comfortable coming back every few weeks for a fill-in :)

I remember I came with my 4 best friends and they just wanted to contribute to this review as well! I’ve been coming here for about a year now. It’s very close to my house so I’ve been giving them a chance. This shop has good days & bad days. I’ve waited hours one time to get seen for a pedicure. While people who came in after me were seen right away.. Lana is normally the one who does my nails. To be honest.. even though she’s a very nice person. She rushes & my nails end up coming out bad. The tips come off within days, gel colors chips after days. Nail comes completely off less than a week. When she truly takes her time & pays attention, the set is fine. I just got done my nails less than two weeks ago & 4 nails came off. The shop isn’t good for young adults like myself but for older & elderly woman. I paid $75 for my feet & nails. Honestly it was not worth that price. Although the pedicures are good, full sets are horrible... One woman by the name of Maria does very good pedicure. One of the other ones, seem to be very rude towards (don’t know name). I’ll be coming here just for a pedicure. But I will not get my nails done here again. It’s not worth the price or the time. Lana is a great nice person but nail tech skills.. need more practice.

I absolutely love this place. Lana is the best but so are all the other girls. I have moved pretty far 2xs and tried so hard to find a new nail place. But every single time I go anywhere else I am never happy with them. I am very active plus have a 5 year old child. By the 2nd week i have nails either broken or missing... With Lana @lnnails my nails look absolutely amazing and last over a month.. Plus she can do any design you want. They always know and keep up with training for whatever is in style at the time.. The staff is friendly and its always nice and clean inside. Highly recommend you check it out.

Excellent experience at L N!! Tips done exactly how I asked for, no push back, no attitude, no huff and puff because you came off as too particular, none of that! Trene did an outstanding job! My pedicure was wonderful! I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years and I’ve been to a lot of places and I can actually say I have finally come to a place to build a long-term relationship. And the place is very clean and sanitary. As precise as they are they are also fast!

This is my Go To nail place. Its clean, the staff is friendly, and overall I get what I pay for. My nails always look great and my pedicures are amazing. They take real good care of you and make sure you like your nail color, shape, and thickness. They match pedicure and manicure colors perfectly and they have massage chairs and various packages for pedicures. Lana and Trin are great at what they do and keep the establishment running smoothly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants perfect nails :)

Second time going there and now confirmed that they definitely water down their nail polish. Toe nails started chipping the same day! Gel manicure bubbled up and tips are white after taking a shower!

Lynn is a very nasty and disrespectful person she charge me for a simple gel pedicure 45 dollars it was not done properly the staff was unprofessional the gel is flaking out in one day.I would not recommend anyone to this place .also waiting for an hour this place sucks.

I just walked out after waiting one hour in line. I was up next and the lady who is there when Lana is off tells another woman to go sit at a chair. I told her I was there first and she says the lady was there earlier. I was so pissed off I just walked out before I ended up going off on someone. She was very rude unlike Lana who is always polite and courteous. I hate the fact that people are so willing to give our money to asians when it comes to hair, nails etc but they are some of the rudest people on earth! I do not want to generalize but I have had terrible experiences with many and I refuse to continue giving my money to people who are rude to me.
